In my opinion this is the most brutal and effective version of Daretti, Scrap Savant. Often playing him out on turn 2, or even 1.

What's cooler than sneaking in huge artefacts and impacting the game like that?
Well how about denying your opponents lands, creatures, spells, or just playing in general?
You should be looking to cast Daretti, Scrap Savant on your second or even first turn. If you can’t you need to mulligan pretty aggressively, essentially if it doesn’t help you cast Daretti, Scrap Savant get it out. Once you get Daretti, Scrap Savant out you want the emblem as quickly as possible to try and lock the game up Mindslaver, Nullstone Gargoyle , with Possessed Portal, Ward of Bones.
Once Daretti, Scrap Savant is out you want to cast a board wipe to slow your opponents down enough that you can trigger the emblem.Only use the minus ability when necessary. If you run out of cards in your hand you can choose 0 cards to discard on the plus ability.
That being said if you start with Lion’s Eye Diamond , a free red source of mana, be it mana rock or a land, a free artefact and a finisher in your hand, Nullstone Gargoyle, Trinisphere, Ward of Bones etc. you can slam Daretti, Scrap Savant and immediately tick him down and put yourself way ahead, more than likely too far ahead.
I based this deck on Dies_to_Doom_Blade's deck Daretti Land Death and Control, which has been retired.
In my opinion this is the most brutal and effective version of Daretti, Scrap Savant. Often playing him out on turn 2, or even 1.

Suggested Replacements & Substitutions
Bloodstained Mire or Wooded Foothills can become Arid Mesa, Evolving Wilds, Scalding Tarn or Terramorphic Expanse
Clock of Omens can become Ghirapur Aether Network
Defense Grid can become Sphere of Resistance
Metalworker can become Palladium Myr
Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond,or Mox Opal can become Jeweled Amulet
Mind Stone or Prismatic Lens can become Fractured Powerstone
Chandra, Pyromaster can become Smokestack
Simian Spirit Guide can become either Desperate Ritual or Pyretic Ritual or Rite of Flame
Cards that should be in but I don’t own:
Ruination
Notable Absences:
Crucible of Worlds
Ghirapur Aether Network – I’ve had a hard time putting it in the deck, Clock of Omens is nice because it can tap itself to pay the cost
Dead // Gone – I’d like to add it to deal with Gaddock Teeg
Pyroblast & Red Elemental Blast – I used them to great success in the previous version to great success. Most counter spells are blue and if you aren’t playing a blue deck pitch them to Daretti, Scrap Savant
Raze – I don’t like that I have to sac a land in addition to the cost and I can only destroy one land.
Recoup - Seems like a way to recycle big spells and viable food for Daretti, Scrap Savant.
