@ Pyrocrastinator_NL:
Thanks! It's more or less the same concept, though I am considering taking out some minor lords and Cover of Darkness in favor of more tutors. However, I don't want to depend too much on tutors. Besides, I think I have enough tutors with:
What I love about the deck is Precursor Golem. The deck is such a hodgepodge that people don't really know what's happening until halfway through the match: "Is it an elf deck? Is it a zombie deck? Is it a soldier deck? Oh, it's a changeling deck. Oh wait, it's not a changeling deck. What? I'm dead already? Wtf?" It really is unassuming. I would like to make it much more consistent, though. It needs more draw. I can only do so much with Slate of Ancestry and cantripping with Precursor Golem.
I'm considering making the change into a 5c Reaper King build like I had originally suggested. That way I can also run Xenograft and Azami, Lady of Scrolls for some more draw advantage. I would have to see how these all interact with each other because Conspiracy removes all other creature types besides the one conferred to by itself. 5c opens up an Aladdin level of a whole new world of possibilities. Goblins have such great lords. Or, if you wanna keep the mana base lighter than usual, you can run Reaper King without R in order to run Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Xenograft, and bounce effects to change the creature type chosen with Conspiracy without having to invest too much into more colors. Then again, having Krenko, Mob Boss with Mirror Entity in play has the possibility of becoming downright ridiculous.
@ Weebos:
Using slivers pretty much defeats the purpose of using other lords being as each sliver is a lord in and of itself. Using Sliver Lord you might as well go full slivers. Oh, and casting Shields of Velis Vel on an opponent and having Spirit Mirror in play means I can blow up all creatures for free, lol. Did that recently and it was awesome.

Thank you for showing us your version of the decklist. It has a lot of good ideas, so I included it in the OP (with credits of course). While I do feel it has the potential to gain pretty insane advantages, it takes up quite a few card slots to work and a Path to Exile can screw your entire board, especially if the opponent already saw your combo once (I am in a control-heavy grindy-type meta).
I am also interested in taking this to 5 colors. On top of having access to Xenograft, you also have access to Lord of the Unreal and Drogskol Captain which are among the best lords you can slot in. Reaper King is probably the best of the 5 colors generals to pick since he interacts nicely with the changeling cards and can be really scary with conspiracy out. The only reason NOT to in 5 colors is the cost. Making a 5 color landbase is very very expensive.
Thanks for the help.

You can make it into Reaper King without worrying too much about the mana base if you simply exclude R. You don't need so many fetches or dual lands, you can ramp with G or even lands (Maze's End, Thawing Glaciers, etc.) in order to secure your mana base. If you wanna keep it budget, just include all the pertinent tri-color taplands, shocklands, painlands, gates, and Amulet of Vigor. But adding U makes the deck pretty awesome. You get access to a plethora of awesome lords plus Azami, Lady of Scrolls makes the deck super consistent. And yeah, I got no qualms with you putting my list in your OP. The idea is awesome and people should be exposed to it, lol.

Chameleon Colossus and Blood-Chin Fanatic unfortunately do not work together because of Protection from Black (although that would be awesome). The main reason I was considering him was because one guy in my playgroup runs a couple pillowfort type decks with stuff like Propaganda, Ensnaring Bridge, etc...Seems like a good way to break the deadlock, especially if you can recur the creatures sacced every turn.

Here's my updated list. Thanks to General Tazri, I was able to build a legit 4color multi-tribal version of my previous build. Again, the absent color being red. I removed the Precursor Golem in order to have a more streamlined deck. It's also just as fun and intricate to pilot!
The all-stars of the deck come from the Cinderella Story of Magic: The Gathering. You guessed it: Homelands. Here's what Homelands has done for me:
This combo means putting any creature onto the battlefield at instant-speed for a mere 3 when you say "Minotaur" as Conspiracy is entering the battlefield. Here's some more sweet Homelands tech for you:
Granted, this one's a bit harder to pull off. Basically, you add a lot of green mana to your mana pool thanks to Elvish Archdruid. Tap Faerie Noble to give all your creatures +1/+0. Tap Myr Galvanizer to untap all your creatures then use Seeker of Skybreak to untap Myr Galvanizer. This provides infinite G in your mana pool and infinite power to your creatures. Thanks, Homelands!
Adding blue allows for the inclusion of several other broken cards:
Using General Tazri as general has the added bonus of it being a built-in tutor for Mirror Entity. Not only that, but if you want to keep the deck in Azban colors, General Tazri allows for that as well, so you can still play the deck without R or U and have a cheaper and more stable mana base. Now, I didn't think of this deck when General Tazri was spoiled. However, I was thinking of making this 4 colors for a long time. When considering to wait for the new commander product to see what 4-colored general could be perfect for this deck, I considered other pseudo-4colored generals like Reaper King. Yet, when I remembered General Tazri, I knew that would be the one - the commander with a built-in tutor for Mirror Entity, thus providing automatic consistency.
I still have to do some epic testing with this new 4-colored build. However, I loved your idea so much that I got inspired once more to continue working on it after so long from a mere bump! Lol! Really looking forward to your update! You can even update my build in your OP if you like.

Alright, so I was testing a bit and decided that some lords weren't cutting it so they were removed for cards that provided more consistency. Here's the list I have currently:
The good thing with General Tazri is the casting cost. 4W means an early casting thanks to Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, and Mana Vault. The deck is still a blast to play and it's curious to have a tribal deck with 20 tribes: minotaur, wizard, sliver, vampire, skeleton, zombie, spirit, dragon, elf, faerie, knight, kithkin, illusion, myr, centaur, scarecrow, snake, human, treefolk, and reflection. Joy!

So this deck is solely dependent on Mirror entity?
Which is why the commander I'm running is General Tazri. Again, the deck is casual/jank. Additionally, the deck also runs Shields of Velis Vel which makes all creatures you control have every creature type. Shields of Velis Vel can also be recurred from the graveyard with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge. So Mirror Entity is not the only method. Yes, the deck is a glass cannon, but if you're able to make your creatures have hexproof, shroud, or indestructible you should be fine - most of the time at least, lol.
On that note, it's not all that uncommon for commander decks to depend on a card that's not the commander. Other decks include Boonweaver Giant and Hermit Druid.

This reminds me of the janky soulflayer builds last standard. This looks like fun enough to build, albeit very risky. What do you choose with conspiracy? Whatever lord you have in your hand?
I choose "minotaur" with Conspiracy so I can flash in any creature for a mere 3 with Didgeridoo. The best game is played when you first do that with Conspiracy and then play Ashes of the Fallen for "knight" so that you can have creatures in graveyard be both. The other way around and Conspiracy erases Ashes of the Fallen's effect. However, if I have Reaper King in my hand or in play then "scarecrow" is definitely the priority with Conspiracy, lol.

Hey! Any updates on the deck? There've been some more lords these 14 months that have passed. And if you wanna keep it casual, Grimlock is another lord courtesy of Hascon.

I revisited this deck the other day and am really trying to not make it 5-colored (leaving it at 4C) but the Ixalan Block has the potential providing some dinosaur lords that are pretty awesome. Gishath, Sun's Avatar would be epic if it connects because you have the possibility of putting any creature revealed directly into play if you chose "dinosaur" with Conspiracy or Arcane Adaptation. However, I wouldn't add red just to include a single card. That being said, if the deck were to splash blue and red, you could also activate General Tazri's ability if all your creatures were ally. I would have to see which red lords would be worth including, but I may just end up with the deck being mostly GWB with a splash of U. Splashing U is great because you could also run Arcane Adaptation. You just have to worry about the order of them entering play (Conspiracy should enter first followed by Arcane Adaptation and Ashes of the Fallen).
Commander 2017 should probably have a few tribal cards that could be considered for the deck, as well.

I've tinkering with the deck a bit since the last set that came out before I stopped playing with it was Oath of the Gatewatch (I think?) so I had to see how many possible lords have appeared since then. I've still kept the deck nonR even though there are great lords in R. The purpose of General Tazri has been the same as always: have him enter play in order to tutor for Mirror Entity. I am considering running Jwari Shapeshifter though in order for it to be the first Tazri target. I then cast Jwari Shapeshifter to be a copy of Tazri. I sac the original as a SBA. That way, whenever I want to tutor for any ally in the deck, I just recast Tazri again. Rinse and repeat.
I want to try and have each creature be some kind of lord in some way or another. (If I were to include Jwari Shapeshifter even though it's not a lord, it does care about a specific creature type). At the very least, I want all creatures to care about a certain creature type (which is why I have Shapesharer in the deck. When all my creatures have all creature types, I can have Shapesharer make any creature into a copy of any other creature. That ability is too amazing to ignore. Again, it's legit per my philosophy on include abilities that care about particular creature types instead of just all or any creature.
The deck excludes red because having access to all 5 colors would be overwhelming in the fine-tuning of lords. Red has access to some great lords (particularly dragons and goblins) and even adding something like Krenko, Mob Boss would be ridiculous for the deck. Since all my creatures are everything, tapping Krenko essentially makes a 1/1 red goblin token for each creature I have on the battlefield.
Making tokens isn't a point of the deck but I am considering adding lords that make tokens (I already run Docent of Perfection -> Final Iteration) but only because Final Iteration is an excellent lord and it's very easy to transform Docent of Perfection. Although, Marrow-Gnawer is used more for the token making than the fear. Since the deck is already meant to be fun and janky I'm considering adding Earl of Squirrel because it not only pumps squirrels, but it could potentially make them as well - and it's totally legal!
I'm still running the main janky combos of my original build:
Haakon, Stromgald Scourge + Shields of Velis Vel + Spirit Mirror - This combo consistently kills all of an opponent's creatures. With Haakon on the battlefield, I can consistently cast Shields of Velis Vel since it has changeling (it's technically a "knight" spell) targeting an opponent. Since targeted opponent's creatures are every creature type, they'd also be "reflection"s. So I can destroy them with Spirit Mirror for a mere 0.
Didgeridoo + Arcane Adaptation with "minotaur" type - This combo allows me to drop any creature from my hand onto the battlefield at instant speed for 3. It's pretty self-explanatory. Unfortunately, this is my main way of getting Haakon, Stromgald Scourge into play (unless I get to discard him).
Jwari Shapeshifter + General Tazri as commander - Partway through this post I realized that I don't Faerie Noble to get infinite power because infinite mana gives infinite power and toughness when Mirror Entity is on the battlefield. So by my own explanation I made the swap in order to be able to abuse Tazri's tutoring ability. Granted, having to recast Tazri each time if I want to tutor for an ally will cost me an additional 2 per tutoring, it's not like I'm going to be tutoring for the entire deck. I just need to get the most important allies like Jwari Shapeshifter the first time which then gets me Mirror Entity. And then I get recast Tazri for 6W to get Sea Gate Loremaster. That helps out with consistently getting a major draw engine in play.
Other lords in the deck are for disruption. These lords are used to get rid of opponent's cards whether by stealing creatures, destroying or bouncing things, one-sided wraths, exiling cards from their library, etc. Bonus points for making another creature into a copy of Hythonia the Cruel with Shapesharer after the original already became monstrous.
Although I can pump up my creatures thank to Mirror Entity and an absurd amount of mana plus all of the lords that grant abilities like evasion as well as actually pumping them, the main wincon is swinging in for lethal damage. However, sometimes that's not always the case. As such, the deck runs other lords that serve as wincons on their own like Bishop of the Bloodstained, Ishkanah, Grafwidow, Malakir Bloodwitch, and Shaman of the Pack. For those whose abilities are dependent on entering the battlefield, Spectral Shepherd does an excellent job of bouncing them (which can also be done to protect any creature at instant speed).
The tutors are used for consistency. I don't run many of them, but they're basically for fetching the key cards like Arcane Adaptation, Xenograft, and Conspiracy. Tezzeret the Seeker gets Didgeridoo or cheap mana rocks if I don't get them early on for an earlier Tazri casting. Once I get those main enchantments and Didgeridoo, I could tutor for any of the previously mentioned wincons or disruptions. Worst case scenario (Mirror Entity somehow gets exiled) I run Riftsweeper (the only nonlord creature in the entire deck) to save it.

Joy!

Changeling is not a creature type; it's a passive ability.

Commander 2017 should probably have a few tribal cards that could be considered for the deck, as well.

Okay, so onto the deck!
