Of my 3 decks, this is my tier 1 deck. It's my most competitive and consistent. My group does not use extra turns (way too long to resolves, makes the turn rotation take forever) and no Omnipotence. Otherwise, anything is good!
Unless I have a man land I won't be able to transfer them off of Narset, making me not be able to target her. I figured Fleetfeather Sandals would be good enough in its place. It's only 1 more to equip than Swiftfoot and grants evasion too.
Eh, being able to equip for free when you drop Narset on curve is really powerful. It's well worth the few times when you'll want to be targeting her with something and can't.
Also, you probably want Jace, the Mind Sculptor here. Not only does he give you another Brainstorm effect, which is extra powerful here, but he can also bounce flying blockers that want to eat Narset. Or even Fateseal yourself to get rid of cards you don't want to reveal off of Narset, when there's nothing in your hand you want to put back.
Also also, the Keyrunes are kinda bad. You should replace them with Talismans/Signets, and add in a Mana Crypt.
Lastly, Sunforger seems really underwhelming here. I'd replace it with more top deck manipulation.
My logic behind keyrunes is that they cast Narset just as quickly as a Signet would, but they can block for me in a pinch. However, I do feel like the times when I get multiple ramp pieces are more frequent than I expected, so I do think I will replace them with Signets.
Greaves may be better in this post-tuck land where targeting Narset is less important. Still though, I'd hate to not be able to give her evasion when it counts.
I have no real way to protect Jace, and no extra turns means I won't get much value off of him before he dies. Elspeth can protect herself and is mainly used as a board wipe, and Tezzeret is worth it even if he only gets one use.
Mama Crypt would be awesome. I have to spend money on things other than cardboard though
I keep wanting Sunforger to be good. Every deck it's underwhelming, including here Probably gonna be a Gilded Lotus.
