Introduction
Derevi is a bird tribal proliferation deck based around playing cards various types of counters and then proliferating many at once gaining advantage. It was originally helmed by Kangee where the theme technically makes more sense, but i decided to switch to Derevi since i wanted to play Flurry of Wings so badly. That said, Derevi is still an excellent commander for the deck, especially since it can act as a pseudo proliferator for cards like Lux Cannon. The idea behind the deck is that our cards will keep increasing in power over the course of the game as they gain additional counters. With a loaded Door of Destinies or Soulcatchers' Aerie, even a Sage Owl eventually becomes a giant when played late game.
The Proliferators
One Shot Effects: Steady Progress, Tezzeret's Gambit, Fuel for the Cause
These cards are decent costed proliferate effects with additional effects. They help to jump-start cards like Astral Cornocupia and Everflowing Chalice.
Engines: Throne of Geth, Contagion Clasp, Contagion Engine, Viral Drake, Plaguemaw Beast, Inexorable Tide
These are the recurring effects that keep things rolling. Especially useful for cards like Parallax Wave and Tide to help prevent them from getting sacced.
Enablers: Hardened Scales, Primal Vigor, Doubling Season
Nothing much to say here, they make +1/+1 counter effects double up. Primal Vigor is a tad bit dangerous since it works for enemies as well. Doubling Season is crazy good since it works on cards like Planeswalkers as well. The Proliferated
A smidge more card draw might be decent.

Ok so I play an aggro bird tribal deck its a bit different.
I think you have too few creatures.
Firstly remove the wraths you need creatures on board to do anything otherwise deveri doesn't work. Rift and mercy can stay.
Secondly I don't like the high mana cost bird themed enchantments, I get that you have doubling season and primal vigor so they are a little better than they otherwise be, but I like being low to the ground and fast. Remove brave the sands you will not be blocking, instead Bower passage or favorable winds and there is Gravitational shift. The paralaxes seem mean :S
She isn't a bird and she is boring but she is also broken Prophet of kruphix (or seedborn muse) can go a long way. These will probably be better than the mediocre proliferate creatures. Speaking of boring, I am lame and I play Reveillark + karmic guide over Gatekeeper, so many cheap birdies to abuse ETBs with... Mist raven/Aven Surveyor are really underrated, they get dumb once you start looping it.
Messenger falcons and other birds that ETB draw a card, sawtooth loon for example should be considered. Bronzebeak moa used to be in my deck when I first built it but it doesn't fly :(. I am trying to think of my lower cmc birds.
I am not sure how much the ramp is required I get that it is all +1/+1 counter based. Perhaps you want vorel, the hull clade he seems like a no brainier.
Throne of geth seems bad you don't seem to want to sac any artifacts, if you do play it Junk Diver is a bird.

I have not idea how you built a +1/+1 counters bird tribal without High sentinels of Arashin blasphemy! You have defiant falcon with only 1 rebel.. you need a second get crib swap!
