Trying to make a deck for a friend. He wants to create utter chaos, and doing so is more important than winning. I want the deck to be strong enough to at least keep up with everyone else, so that my friend has time to cast his spells and have his fun. Zedruu seems perfect as commander because many of the chaos cards are global enchantments that you don't mind giving away, and the life and cards keep things humming along. Trying to stay within a reasonable budget. Metagame doesn't matter a lot, but our group runs Ghave, Guru of Spores, Xenagos, God of Revels, Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Sliver Hivelord, Captain Sissay, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Sol'kanar the Swamp King, and Child of Alara.
