Windfall? Now that you're on the dorks plan, crapping half your hand by turn three and following it up with Windfall to regain card advantage seems nice. It also just wins the game with C-Sphinx in play.

Windfall seems reasonable, although likely worse than timetwister (price nonwithstanding). Not a massive plan of the possibility of having to toss some toolbox cards to get a new hand when necessary, but likely will be so rare or the upside so great that it's still worthwhile.
Having used Windfall, its extremely rare that I cast it before dumping everything decent in my hand. And having played commander, there rarely isn't one player stockpiling card advantage for you to take advantage of. Think of the discard as a downside for everybody but you, because you can plan ahead for it and work on sculpting a state that its extremely beneficial. That said, you still would probably get more use out of Timetwister, like I told you last time we discussed it.
Updated the primer to my current list. My goals with these updates have been to make the deck faster and more focused, albeit while sacrificing some ability to be interactive. The origins cards have been reasonable so far, but nothing absurd. Nothing spoiled from BFZ has piqued my interest so far, but maybe we'll get something good. I'm excited for the fetchable "lateland" in the winter set (meaning I probably won't have to buy a trop) but none of the other cards have seemed particularly good for this deck.
Hey there. Isn't plaxmanta better than mizzium meddler? One less mana is important and plaxmanta survives the removal spell its countering, making it easier for us to replay with sabertooth or clones. I've found it to be extremely useful against spot removal, especially since its only 2 mana. Does meddler do anything else that i'm missing?
New changes to the deck after SCG KC and a trip back to the competitive home meta. We've added Natural order, greenwarden of murasa, survival of the fittest, plaxmanta, and alchemist's refuge, cutting the temple, mizzium meddler, caustic caterpillar, shaman of forgotten ways, and den protector.
Temple was awful as a tapped land, and I'm glad it's gone. Hoping for a U/G "battle land" to get another fetchable dual to replace it. Refuge is my current untapped replacement, may just become a basic
Meddler is far worse than plaxmanta, thanks to EldritchTrafficker for the suggestion
caterpillar was just too cute and ineffectual, and shaman was on the chopping block as too expensive of a mana guy (somberwald sage is on the block next)
Den protector was mediocre. 5 mana was too much, with no green trigger as a morph. Greenwarden's etb and ltb triggers plus green trigger make it worth the extra 1
Natural order was cut from the deck long ago, but has been added back in and been excellent. The plan was to use it for prophet, but it has actually normally grabbed an early bane of progress to stop stax decks. Strong inclusion
Survival was something I avoided playing mostly for cost's sake, and I'm glad I have one now. It just makes toolboxing so much easier, even though we don't really use the yard as a resource compared to other decks. Excellent inclusion.
Just a thought here since I am planning to build Momir. Argothian Elder/Krosan Restorer + Freed From The Real/Pemmin's Aura seems like a solid fit for Simic granted I am running Staff of Dom/Prosperity in my build. Thinking about picking up a MoM for Arcanis as well. Just a few ideas i'm mulling over. Also have you thought about add diplomatic immunity to your list to keep Momir safe from spot removal?
