I had thought about Graveborn Muse but so far I haven't ended up with lots of zombie tokens :p. Also, do you think I should add in a bit nore spot removal like Go for the Throat or the new delve removal card? If so what should I take out? I mean for Cabal Coffers its easy, just take out a basic swamp lol. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions.
Hero's Downfall is amazing spot removal. Definately goes in all of my mono black decks.
Phyrexian Arena is one of the better draw spells. Graveborn Muse even by itself matches Arena so should be an auto include since it can randomly draw more.
Rune-Scarred Demon is great on his own, better when you are running reanimation effects.
Ashes to Ashes is one of the better spot removal spells.
I am tinkering with my build as well and am currently running Ghoucaller Gisa as my commander, but I go back and forth trying to make a "mono black good stuff" style deck on a budget.
I have played mono black since I started, and if you want a lot of "Swamps Matter" cards, then I suggest running more swamps in place of the two cycle lands and Everglades. If you are not going to play Crucible of Worlds, then you really aren't getting value out of the cycle lands and you are going to wish they were swamps. My current build has 32 swamps in it along with Urborg, Coffers, Crypt, Bojuka Bog, Myriad Landscape, and Temple of the False God (from Commander 2013). I moved Arcane Lighthouse to my ESPER deck, but I didn't "cut it" for any specific reason.
There is a thread about the "math of EDH" and basically, if you want an effect, you should dedicate roughly 6 card slots to that general effect (or more as needed) if you consistently want to see it game in and game out. I try to address the following issues: Can I stop graveyard shenanigans? Can I wipe the board when things get out of control? Do I have enough spot removal to deal with a few individual threats? Do I draw enough cards, so that I don't run out of gas in the late game? In mono black, these four issues shouldn't be a problem. The problem is dealing with artifacts and enchantments that my opponents play. Well, Steel Hellkite, Perilous Vault, and Nevinyrral's Disk are three cheap solutions. (I guess the vault has gone up in price since M15 came out. I got mine for $1.50 and now it's in the $5+ range. Still not bank breaking though.)

Also I have a lot of difficulty with Daretti decks also since black doesn't have stuff to really deal with artifacts and once they get an emblem ughh.
Just run cards to exile their graveyard. Emblem does nothing if they discard artifacts, so hand control is an option. Or rip their best artifacts out of their deck with Nightmare Incursion and Sadistic Sacrament.
Without much in the way of ramping lands or running fetchlands Ob the Fallen seems out of place. I would suggest looking into reanimation tools that can hit any graveyard so after a boardwipe you can get value from someone else's yard if you have nothing. Leyline of the Void, Planar Void, Tormod's Crypt, Grafdigger's Cage and Nihil Spellbomb are things you may want to include to help against Daretti and other recursion based decks. Nevinyrral's Disk and Oblivion Stone are also good to run to deal with the artifacts and enchantments mono-black can't deal with otherwise.
