Hey, this is my crack at a creatureless Narset, Enlightened Master deck. I took out the extra turn spells, but I could probably put them back in later. This is a semi-competitive deck that tries to win very fast. It features a few combos and mass land destruction. My favorite McDurdle combo in here is probably Howl of the Horde + Eternal Dominion.
Yeah, the deck doesn't look that great, but it steals a surprising amount of wins. Turns out, the blink spells are pretty stellar in this deck. They help Narset survive pretty much anything. Possibility Storm is great, since Narset is cast from the command zone and ignores this card, and cards you cast with her triggered ability are also unaffected. It also conveniently makes Narset extremely difficult to kill.
Also, I bet you have never seen a deck with Ring of Valkas in it.
I could probably fit Armageddon or Obliterate, as well as Time Warp effects in here (especially with all the planeswalkers in here).
I don't know if I much like the Planeswalkers. Do they ever really win you the game? I'm OK with Dack just because he's CMC 3. Seems like they just die in the combat phase. Furthermore, I understand cutting extra turn effects, but Time Stretch feels like a must.

Currently, there are a few combos in here. Relentless Assault + Sword of Feast and Famine + 5 lands is infinite combat steps. Reiterate + Howl of the Horde + Eternal Dominion = 5 Uber-Bribery per turn. This is is my preferred stack with Proteus Staff. Sometimes you just go Omniscience + Cataclysm. Liberate + Wrath of God is cute. Cursed Totem + Torpor Orb + Meishin, the Mind Cage stops most creature strategies. Reconnaissance/Maze of Ith let Narset attack whomever she pleases.
