How do you handle the 'empty hand syndrome'? As I view through your list, I see very few carddraw effects. My previous versions of Ezuri elves has really struggled with carddraw once my hand was empty. Am I missing something here?
It's not an easy problem to solve. My card advantage cards break down like this:
Bloodline Shaman - Obviously better with a Sylvan Library (or SDT if you run it) to set up the top card up on your library, but this is one of those cards that you should be activating over and over to try and refill your hand.
Skyshroud Poacher - If you land this, stop playing creatures from your hand and start poaching.
Oracle of Mul Daya - Not pure card draw, but being able to play excess land off the top digs me to more business.
Vizier of the Menagerie - As with Oracle, this isn't pure card draw. If you have a creature on top, you should probably play it versus playing cards from your hand.
Gilt-Leaf Archdruid - Draws a card for each Druid I cast (there are 11 other Druids in the deck). Sometimes it makes sense to save a Druid in hand to play after Archdruid.
Regal Force - My initial take on Regal Force was that it was only good while I was ahead. The way I look at it, I'm going to at least draw 2 off this (play my Commander, then Regal Force), but in a best case scenario this will put me way ahead on cards.
Creeping Renaissance - This has been an excellent post-Board Wipe recovery tool, and having Flashback is pretty awesome.
Nissa's Revelation - This will sometimes be a somewhat disappointing, Scry 5, Draw 2, Gain 2 life, but you draw pure gas due to the Scry (putting excess land on the bottom) and sometimes you draw 3 or 5 cards and you are way ahead on cards.
Sylvan Library - Better card selection, plus ability to pay life for extra cards.
Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury - The -6 ability is very realistic to hit and it brings along its own friends.
Garruk, Primal Hunter - Sometimes it makes sense to play this, then -3 it right away.
Lifecrafter's Bestiary - This card is amazing. Hold back running most of your creature out till you can start paying for Bestiary and your hand never gets empty.
Mikokoro, Center of the Sea - Little opportunity cost and sometimes you just need to draw a card. If you tweak the mana to include more colorless sources, running something like Sea Gate Wreckage is also an option.
Rivals of Ixalan Path of Discovery: I'm always looking for cheaper ways to generate card advantage and/or virtual card advantage, and getting to Explore for each creature seems like it could be really good. It's at least worth testing out in my opinion. The Immortal Sun: So the deck runs 2 planeswalkers (Karn Liberated and Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury), but it would love the other three abilities.
-1 Nissa's Revelation: I really like this card, but I think my other options are cheaper and better.
-1 Kindred Summons: I was going to put Garruk, Primal Hunter back into the deck as it is just better than Kindred Summons on whole, but I think I'm going to try a few other things before going back.
Path of Discovery is on the shortlist of things to try if something doesn't seems to work out.
Some changes due to how the deck was playing out and because of the Dominaria release.
Cards to Consider from Dominaria Marwyn, the Nurturer - Slam dunk for a deck like this, and I love that it is also a Druid (for Gilt-Leaf Archdruid) Song of Freyalise - It seems appropriately costed for the effect, but I don't think its powerful enough to earn a slot. The Mending of Dominaria - I like Chapters I and II as they can generate some card advantage, but chapter III seems really good if I've used some fetchlands. I might have to come up with some ways to synergize with it further before I try it out.
EDIT:
Not much to look at from the last three sets, but I'm trying to get all my deck threads up to date and there is at least a small change worth noting.
Battlebond Bramble Sovereign - This is a solid card and is probably better than Sylvan Messenger, but I didn't want to get the non-Elf creature number any higher (it was already at 9/42) so I ended up putting it another deck. I can definitely see people wanting to run this, but I decided it wasn't for this particular deck.
M19 Elvish Clancaller - It doesn't matter that the second ability is essentially useless here; just getting another cheap Lord is more than enough for this to be a slam dunk for the deck. I decided to pull Heritage Druid from the deck to fit it in as it is the weakest of the mana dorks I run. Elvish Rejuvanator - This just isn't as good as Wood Elves or Farhaven Elf in my opinion.
From Guilds of Ravnica, I made a couple of changes.
Beast Whisperer - This is one of the best cards to come out for Ezuri over the last dozen sets or so. This card is amazing and needs to be in pretty much every Elf deck ever. Pelt Collector - I’ve resisted putting in cards like this into the deck (creatures that can only attack and block without any other added utility), but I have been wanting to add in something low cost and high impact for a while and this card fits the bill nicely.
To fit these in, I pulled Spine of Ish Sah (not a bad way to remove creatures in mono-green and the synergy with Nullmage Shepherd is nice, but ultimately it was just the worst card in the deck) and Nissa's Pilgrimage (better than Cultivate and Reach, but you just don’t need land ramp in this deck).
In order to fit them in, I had to cut the following:
-1 Pelt Collector - I miscalculated how often this would actually get +1/+1 counters. Not a good card here.
-1 Harmonize - I really felt like I needed to cut a non-creature to put this in, and Harmonize seemed like an appropriate option. I considered Vizier of the Menagerie, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, and Skyshroud Poacher as well, but I didn't want to pull creature sources of removal or card advantage in the end. I also considered cutting something like Caged Sun.
It's not an easy problem to solve. My card advantage cards break down like this:
So the deck has more CA that you might think at first glance, and green has a lot more options than you might think.
Jalira, Master Polymorphist | Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder | Bosh, Iron Golem | Ezuri, Renegade Leader
Brago, King Eternal | Oona, Queen of the Fae | Wort, Boggart Auntie | Wort, the Raidmother
Captain Sisay | Rhys, the Redeemed | Trostani, Selesnya's Voice | Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight | Obzedat, Ghost Council | Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind | Vorel of the Hull Clade
Uril, the Miststalker | Prossh, Skyraider of Kher | Nicol Bolas | Progenitus
Ghave, Guru of Spores | Zedruu the Greathearted | Damia, Sage of Stone | Riku of Two Reflections
Ixalan
Conqueror's Galleon/Conqueror's Foothold: I have little interest in Conqueror's Galleon, but Conqueror's Foothold would be great. I'm just wondering if one is worth the other.
Growing Rites of Itlimoc/Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun: Seems like a slam dunk for a deck that love's Gaea's Cradle.
Vanquisher's Banner: Card draw plus Anthem effect is probably a slum dunk here.
Rivals of Ixalan
Path of Discovery: I'm always looking for cheaper ways to generate card advantage and/or virtual card advantage, and getting to Explore for each creature seems like it could be really good. It's at least worth testing out in my opinion.
The Immortal Sun: So the deck runs 2 planeswalkers (Karn Liberated and Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury), but it would love the other three abilities.
EDIT:
So I'e decided to go with the following:
+1 Vanquisher's Banner, +1 Growing Rites of Itlimoc/Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun: These two seem like the highest impact cards of the two.

Cards to Consider from Dominaria
Marwyn, the Nurturer - Slam dunk for a deck like this, and I love that it is also a Druid (for Gilt-Leaf Archdruid)
Song of Freyalise - It seems appropriately costed for the effect, but I don't think its powerful enough to earn a slot.

So my changes this time around were as follows:
+1 Marwyn, the Nurturer, -1 Adaptive Automaton: Marwyn is tailor-made for Elf-tribal and Automaton lacks some synergy with cards like Bloodline Shaman, Sylvan Messenger, Lys Alana Huntmaster, Herald's Horn, or Vanquisher's Banner so it gets the axe.
+1 Garruk, Primal Hunter, -1 Gauntlet of Power: I miss my Garruk (and his ability to both draw cards and generate an immediate board presence), and I don't miss Gauntlet (and its ability to give my opponents running green an unintended boost).
EDIT:

+1 Guardian Project - For a highlander format, this card is nuts and will fill a need in the deck.
+1 Incubation Druid - Another solid mana Elf that can get +1/+1 counters on it from Metallic Mimic, Rishkar, Peema Renegade, Hunting Triad, and Oran-Rief, the Vastwood in addition to its Adapt ability. It's also another Druid for the purposes of drawings cards from Gilt-Leaf Archdruid.
