Well For my own curiosity I decided to test my quasi built deck at my LCS. (I will post my deck list later when I have the hour it will likely take to type all of it out lol) Anyways 4 man game, myself with Mishra, others with Ruric Thar, the Unbowed, Darien, King of Kjeldor, and thraximundar. Ended up dying turn 5 to the Ruric Thar player cause he ramped into his general and attached Grafted Exoskeleton to it, swung on me once. I admittedly didn't realize how Thar's abbiility triggered, having never encountered on before, and tried to Demonic Tutor for something to kill it. So I ended up suiciding and the guy wouldn't let me take it back despite my misunderstanding. Also for the record he also killed the other 2 players in I believe the next 2-3 turns.
So yeah my first test went spectacular. -_-*

stick with it man! mistakes get made - and an infecting ruric thar is some serious ***** to play against...
So I was testing Mishra on untap and I found that Pirtcullis can get very mean sometimes. http://i.imgur.com/N04ljmj.jpg
glad to hear that man! i have gotten some serious mileage out of portcullis in the limited time its been in my build. Definitely an artifact that is going to stick around a while.
Out Bojuka Bog - Not a lot of reanimator in my circle right now, not necessary, rather have an untapped land like stronghold Etched Champion (Contemplating Phyrexian Arena) - Dont need champion if i can stick bridge Feldon of the Third Path - feldon was great when i was a lot heavier with creatures, but right now hes kinda a dead draw. i love him, but i cant find much use of him right now.
Okay I got a couple more Alters getting done. Ignore the top card as that will be my Selenia altar once it gets done. But felt you might enjoy looking.
Yessir, it is in fact, the great wolf's head Grond. I'm really excited to finally put darksteel juggernaut in the deck as in my testings it was really powerful and just hard to deal with.
The myr also have been great in testing but not the best but I want this deck to be themed more than straight powerful so I'm making a slight disadvantage for theme but they honestly are still very useful.
Oh I completely forgot but here is the list I am currently running. I spaced completely at posting what Im permanently running but i am testing a few cards atm that have been put in a few flex spots.

lemme know how your tests turn out! I am running Herald of Kozilek atm, but none of the rest from your list. I thought about Ruination guide, but im trying to lower my current creature count, so its not as valuable in my build; but i'll be curious to hear how it does in yours.
So far in my 2 games molten nursery has been a beast but nothing else really has been too effective. The nice thing about nursery is that it only worries about cast so with Possibility Storm is leads to me shooting for 2 about half the time. otherwise the new eldrazi haven't been seen too much in my 2 games.
played several games this weekend - only a handful with mishra. didnt hit any of the new test cards yet, so I am not posting them as a main list change yet.
I played one 4 man game last friday with Mishra. Turn two the guy across from me dropped a Kataki, War's Wage on the field and I more or less got locked out for the rest of the game. By the time I could really do anything it was too late.

Thats definitely a serious problem card for the deck, and Kataki can be a general which just ruins our day. Is that a frequent card in your meta - and was he a commander or one of the 99?
if he is a commander, clearly youve got a serious problem. this deck requires artifacts to function as desired, and hes a nightmare for artifact based strategies. If hes one of the 99, hes less of an issue - just add a little more spot removal to your build in the form of versatile cards and you should be able to come up with a solution in time. that said, a turn 2 Kataki pretty much ensures a rough game for this deck.
For me, My brother runs a Kataki, war's Wage and Mycosynth Lattice deck that is brutal for this deck to run against. To combat this I have found just letting Kataki run his course and let others deal with him while you just focus on not losing too many resources. Recently Molten Nursery as acted as quality removal for small hatebears for me so Im expecting when I have this match-up again that this should work as a way to deal with him. Otherwise in the Past I ran 3 instant sources of removal so I can possibility storm for them: Slaughter Pact, Dismember, and Chaos Warp. This triple suite worked fairly well for me.
Other things that can be used are:
Aftershock: universal removal is good in case of P-Storming Executioner's Capsult: Its an artifact so it works well with Mishra and in other matchups is a nice doom blade effect that also can just sit on your board in case you need to remove something later.

i think this is a perfect example of when your deck should pick up a handful of versatile removal spells. also, i think it would be hilarious to see someone drop their own lattice and pass turn back to kataki's owner. One thing grixis is great at is dealing with nonblack 1/1s with no protection, so your options are pretty vast.

Nah it was just one of the 99. Can't remember what his general actually was just that the deck was green white. Tried to convince the other players to get it off the field for me but two of the three were mad at me for the previous game. I had dropped a Leonin arbiter on the field to try and slow down anther players Momir Vig, Simic Visionary general but in the end another player ended up very angry cause he couldn't fetch out lands.
No good deed goes unpunished I suppose :/
Remand is cute, but possibility storming into a remand feels awful 99% of the time. I went with Cryptic Command and Brutal Expulsion for countermagic because they are modal and dont require a spell to be on the stack to be useful.
So yeah my first test went spectacular. -_-*

A couple other cards I'm testing currently are Herald of kozilek, molten nursery, ruination guide, and vile aggregate as I'm trying to up my colorless count a bit.

Man...totally forgot about karn... How well does the deck perform?
and instead of cryptic command what do you think of remand? You can remand mind's desire or Tendrils of Agony, the storm copies still trigger and you can recast the spells with enough mana.
Why not both?
