Hey buddy. I can see one sticking point at step 14 - 16. The Body Double copying Kiora's Follower will mean that you can only Pod into a 3 cmc creature, not 6. Even though it's Body Double it still copies the cmc of the Kiora's Follower.

Thanks! That was quite helpful! I think you should be able to do some extra things to help out as well.
If you use Havengul Lich to untap Vannifar, then that'll leave you Kiora's Follower in play to untap Vannifar at step 19 instead of Minamo, freeing up mana.
Also at step 27) you can get a bit more value out of Muldrotha, the Gravetide casting for example Krosan Restorer. It'll pay for itself, but you could get an extra untap (Krosan untapping Minamo) and Pod Krosan -> Glen Elendra Archmage for example. The neat thing about Vannifar is that you've not cast a single non-creature spell (turn 5) yet, so having counterspell backup up against things like Swan Song or Flusterstorm for your Living Death could be good.
If you're short on mana, then you can always sacrifice Glen Elendra Archmage to Altar to get 2 mana (from zombie as well). Or even sac it again for another 2 mana if the coast looks clear.
I think that nets you 2 mana all up if you cast Krosan and end up sacking Glen Elendra Archmage twice. But you'll also get Glen Elendra back with the living death.
I think you can just keep milling your library with Aphetto Alchemist and Mesmeric Orb until you get Altar of Dementia in your graveyard, and just cast it with Muldrotha if you couldn't be bothered tutoring it up, but I mean everything is arbitrary at this point anyway.
I just left the math checks in green for sanity sake, it just helped me to double check, so thought might as well leave them in and you can remove them, when you're also satisfied with the math.
Command Tower, Dryad Arbor, Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Deserted Temple, Land, Sol Ring.
Mortuary, Path of Discovery, Phyrexian Altar, Thousand-Year Elixir
Sidisi, Brood Tyrant 1BGU, Prime Speaker Vannifar 2UG
Technically would need another mana on Turn 5 to cast both Sidisi, Brood Tyrant + Prime Speaker Vannifar if you also want Minamo, School at Water's Edge untapped.
1) B.Pod Dryad Arbor into Birds of Paradise which triggers Mortuary, returning Dryad Arbor from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Birds of Paradise exploring sending Dryad Arbor to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more. If the card revealed is a creature not needed for the following B.Pod chain, send it to the graveyard to get another Sidisi trigger which in turn triggers Path of Discovery once more. If the revealed card is a creature card not needed for the following B.Pod combo, continue this until the top card revealed isn't a creature card nor a creature card needed for the following B.Pod chain.
1 zombie token + untapped Minamo, School at Water's Edge
3) B.Pod Birds of Paradise into Kiora's Follower which triggers Mortuary, returning Birds of Paradise from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Kiora's Follower exploring sending Birds of Paradise to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more. If the card revealed is a creature not needed for the following B.Pod chain, send it to the graveyard to get another Sidisi trigger which in turn triggers Path of Discovery once more. If the revealed card is a creature card not needed for the following B.Pod combo, continue this until the top card revealed isn't a land card, creature card, nor a creature card needed for the following B.Pod chain.
3 zombie token
6) Assuming that a fetchland was used at some point or that at least 1 card was in the graveyard somehow some way with having Sidisi, Brood Tyrant in play means that at least 3 cards were self-milled. With 3 creatures in the graveyard thanks to B.Podding, threshold is now achieved. Untap Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Deserted Temple, and a U-producing land with Krosan Restorer.
8) B.Pod Krosan Restorer into Glen Elendra Archmage which triggers Mortuary, returning Krosan Restorer from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Filth exploring sending Krosan Restorer to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more.
14) B.Pod Glen Elendra Archmage into Havengul Lich which triggers Mortuary, returning Glen Elendra Archmage from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Havengul Lich exploring sending Glen Elendra Archmage to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more.
3 zombie token + GGG
*note you could cast the Birds of Paradise, but the only net gain is you might get is a zombie token off Path of Discovery if a creature is on top, and you have enough mana anyway, so only add this if you feel like it.
2 zombie token + 4 untapped lands + (Krosan Restorer still in play)
19) B.Pod Havengul Lich into Muldrotha, the Gravetide which triggers Mortuary, returning Havengul Lich from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Muldrotha, the Gravetide exploring sending Havengul Lich to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more. 21) B.Pod Muldrotha, the Gravetide into Rune-Scarred Demon (tutoring for Living Death) which triggers Mortuary, returning Muldrotha, the Gravetide from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Rune-Scarred Demon exploring sending Muldrotha, the Gravetide to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more. 4 zombie token + 2 untapped lands + (Krosan Restorer still in play)
Sacrifice 4 zombie token for BBBB
Sacrifice Rune-Scarred Demon, Krosan Restorer, Prime Speaker Vannifar, Sidisi for BBBB
29) B.Pod Birds of Paradise into Aphetto Alchemist which triggers Mortuary, returning Birds of Paradise from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Aphetto Alchemist exploring sending Birds of Paradise to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more.
30) Tap Aphetto Alchemist to untap itself in order to trigger Mesmeric Orb triggering Sidisi to create a zombie token which triggers Path of Discovery where you explore the second of the three creatures Mortuary topdecked which creates a zombie that once more triggers Path of Discovery which you use to explore the third of the three creatures Mortuary topdecked which creates a zombie that once more triggers Path of Discovery. You don't need to self-mill that next card whatever it may be.

Yeah, what you suggested made it all way more simpler. However, Prime Speaker Vannifar with access to B just means that there are so so so so many interactions that are possible considering an uninterrupted turn; I could have a thread alone just for that (I have read your thread on her as a commander and I've gotten a pretty good grasp on how epic she can be). My convoluted method just shows how someone without much Birthing Pod experience can do with Prime Speaker Vannifar just by knowing one's own deck so well.

Thanks so much for that very detailed pod chain! My only question is on step 13: if Birds of Paradise is in the graveyard because it was sacrificed to bring out Kiora's Follower, how can I tap it for G?
You're right, that's even more efficient! The only downside is that I took Grimgrin, Corpse-Born out of the deck some time ago :'( . Now it's interaction with Prime Speaker Vannifar + Havengul Lich may warrant its reinclusion... Since I am considering adding Intruder Alarm, it may be easier to just add back Grimgrin, Corpse-Born instead since it would be easier to get than Intruder Alarm. The thing is, Intruder Alarm on its own pulls more weight than Grimgrin. Oh, decisions, decisions!!
@WWWolfe:
I haven't tried Phenax, God of Deception yet but I can predict it should be pretty good (I have an EDH UB Phenax mill deck). As for Caustic Caterpillar, I concur with TheHiscock.

Whoops. OK it still works out, you'll just have to sacrifice 2 zombie tokens instead to pay to cast the Krosan Restorer.
This will literally leave you with no zombies and no mana at this point.
But you can still pay for everything exactly, just need to change Step 22) to relfect changes and then something like Step 27) to get the 2 extra mana to cast Altar of Dementia.
Why not run Intruder Alarm to run tap the creatures easier?
It's something I'm considering with my build (though I hope you have one considering the price has spiked).

I'll probably add in Intruder Alarm simply because I run Seedborn Muse and lots of things that tap to activate. So anytime I get a zombie in play all the other creatures will tap and I'll be able to do more in a single turn. Also, it just combos too well with Prime Speaker Vannifar.

She definitely did plus that mill Adviser creature.
It will also synergize quite good with Mesmeric Orb.
I can't believe you didn't mentionned Priest of forgotten gods.
This card is perfect in sidisi's build no ?
Welcome to the forums!
The card is good but not in this deck. She requires tapping and sacrificing two creatures to give me BB and have each opponent sacrifice a creature. This deck is not stax oriented so having an opponent sacrifice one creature for two of mine isn't something I'm looking for. If it's for the mana, Phyrexian Altar gives me better options for sacrificing two creatures than this one does. Not only that, but I don't need to tap the altar to do so. Priest of Forgotten Gods would be good in an aristocrats deck, stax deck, or deck that cares about sacrificing. For example, she'd be great in my Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest because that deck cares about sacrifice triggers. I can also see her being good in a Judith, the Scourge Diva deck.

Played some last night at the LGS with people waiting on the midnight pre-release, I'm going to have to put in some more answers for GY hate in my deck. People are starting to run more just because of my Sidisi & Karador decks. I'm leaning towards Assassin's Trophy & Caustic Caterpillar but am open to suggestions from anyone else that has had to make the same move.

A couple ideas I have been going through in my head...
I think people are overvaluing the value of the Prime Speaker Vannifar. I could be wrong, but wouldn't we just rather play Birthing Pod as it doesn't have summoning sickness? And that Birthing Pod is a fine choice, but that option has always been open to us. Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't seem like Prime Speaker Vannifar is providing much of anything new to us.
I previously disregarded Underrealm Lich as a card that looks great, but in reality is slow and doesn't provide that much value for how much it costs. Maybe this is old news, but did people realize the potential with Sylvan Library? I missed this at first, but now I'm thinking including them both is worth it.
Prime Speaker Vannifar is also gonna draw some targeted removal so it might indirectly protect other things on your board. Either way, being a creature means she can be reanimated fairly easily and also triggers Sidisi when milled.

Initially I underestimated underrealm lich as well. In a vacuum it seems solid but nothing special; however, if you can generate a lot of draw triggers then things get insane pretty quickly. In my list, besides sylvan library, it is also incredibly strong with the gitrog monsterand greater good. With gitrog, each time your mill trigger puts a land in the grave you get to rinse and repeat, until you come across a batch of three cards that don't have a land in them to mill. With greater good and a way to pump your zombies the lich can get comboliscious. If you have at least one zombie lord out you can sac a zombie for three draw triggers, netting a zombie each time one of your three mills puts a creature in the bin, then discarding three for card parity, essentially filtering your hand. Then sac one of the zombies you netted to do it again, and again, and again until you've either milled your whole library, or if you have an eldrazi titan in your deck you essentially go infinite.

I highly suggest slotting in both cards if you can find space. Assassin's Trophy is a staple for me now in BG decks, it can hit so much.

I think the big thing with Vannifar is the fact she is creature which lines up well with Sidisi. I'm not sold on her mainly because I'd have to retool my entire list.
Underrealm Lich and Sylvan Library are totally worth the room especially with The Gitrog Monster. The card draw is very realivent and has been nothing but great for me the couple times I played it.
You should be able to use Havengul Lich to cast Birds of Paradise, Kiora's Follower and Krosan Restorer at that stage, and Birds and Krosan should net you 2 mana.
Activate Havengul Lich for 1 to cast Birds of Paradise. Sac 1 of 2 zombie for G to cast. Tap Birds of Paradise for mana. Sacrifice Birds of Paradise for mana, and get zombie off death for another potential mana. So the nets 1 mana.
Same deal with Krosan Restorer.
You should have 3 mana to put the Kiora's Follower in to play (untap Prime) and sac it for a mana and get a zombie token.
You can tap Havengul Lich for a mana or untap as well.
Double check that, but i think you should be ok going into Step 16) Havengul Lich -> Muldrotha, the Gravetide instead.

If you use Havengul Lich to untap Vannifar, then that'll leave you Kiora's Follower in play to untap Vannifar at step 19 instead of Minamo, freeing up mana.
Then you don't use Aphetto Alchemist at all by the looks of things between steps 25-29, so you can use that to untap Vannifar instead of Thousand-Year Elixir.
And then on that note I actually think that Lightning Greaves is better suited to your deck as it can then help with attacks and protection.
You don't have that many tappers, but lots of attackers, and certainly putting the Greaves on Sidisi is going to be more of a common play.
With Elixir you could get 2 uses a turn with Vannifar under "normal" circumstances, or use it with Krosan Restorer for two additional mana.
But otherwise it doesn't do any thing else, and Greaves allows you to do things, like attack with World Shaper, Grimgrin, Corpse-Born, Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Rune-Scarred Demon, Sheoldred, Whispering One, Razaketh, the Foulblooded, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, under more likely situations.
A nice setup could be Intuition for Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Deserted Temple, Misty Rainforest, prior to setting up Vannifar with Podding into World Shaper. This way you'll have a more likely chance of having the Minamo, School at Water's Edge and Deserted Temple in play.

I just left the math checks in green for sanity sake, it just helped me to double check, so thought might as well leave them in and you can remove them, when you're also satisfied with the math.
At the end of the day there are like literally hundreds of different lines that can be done with Prime Speaker Vannifar throughout a game, so is just pretty exciting in your deck anyway as Black has access to some broken graveyard strategies which work so well with her.
Even without this combo using Havengul Lich and Muldrotha, the Gravetide with her is value town.
Then you already have synergistic cards with Aphetto Alchemist, Kiora's Follower, Kiora, Master of the Depths, Scroll Rack, Eternal Witness, Krosan Restorer, World Shaper, Deserted Temple, Minamo, School at Water's Edge, to name some.
Honestly she looks absurd in your deck.
Turn 1 - Command Tower into Sol Ring
Turn 2 - Cast Thousand-Year Elixir. fetchland into Dryad Arbor.
Turn 3 - Minamo, School at Water's Edge into Path of Discovery.
Turn 4 - Deserted Temple into Mortuary and Phyrexian Altar.
Turn 5 - land into Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. Sacrifice zombie token to help cast Prime Speaker Vannifar. Then,
Command Tower, Dryad Arbor, Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Deserted Temple, Land, Sol Ring.
But I mean this is all hypothetical, the important part is that you have the combo pieces in play and Minamo, School at Water's Edge + Deserted Temple at the ready.
2) Tap Birds of Paradise to pay for Minamo, School at Water's Edge to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar.
If the revealed card is a creature card not needed for the following B.Pod combo, continue this until the top card revealed isn't a creature card nor a creature card needed for the following B.Pod chain.
2 zombie token
4) Untap Prime Speaker Vannifar with Kiora's Follower.
5) B.Pod Kiora's Follower into Krosan Restorer which triggers Mortuary, returning Kiora's Follower from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Krosan Restorer exploring sending Kiora's Follower to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more.
3 zombie token + 3 untapped lands
7) Use the U-producing land to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar with Minamo, School at Water's Edge.
3 zombie token + untapped Deserted Temple
8) B.Pod Krosan Restorer into Glen Elendra Archmage which triggers Mortuary, returning Krosan Restorer from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Filth exploring sending Krosan Restorer to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more.
4 zombie token + untapped Deserted Temple
9) Sacrifice 2 of the 4 zombie tokens to Phyrexian Altar for 1U.
10) Use the 1 to untap Minamo, School at Water's Edge with Deserted Temple.
11) Use the U to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar with Minamo, School at Water's Edge.
2 zombie token
12) Sacrifice Glen Elendra Archmage to Phyrexian Altar for G, persist will bring it back into play.
13) Tap Birds of Paradise for G and then sacrifice it to Phyrexian Altar to get G.
2 zombie tokens + GGG
14) B.Pod Glen Elendra Archmage into Havengul Lich which triggers Mortuary, returning Glen Elendra Archmage from graveyard to topdeck; and Path of Discovery because of Havengul Lich exploring sending Glen Elendra Archmage to the graveyard triggers Sidisi, making a zombie token, triggering Path of Discovery once more.
3 zombie token + GGG
*note you could cast the Birds of Paradise, but the only net gain is you might get is a zombie token off Path of Discovery if a creature is on top, and you have enough mana anyway, so only add this if you feel like it.
15) Activate Havengul Lich's ability with 1 and sacrifice 1 of the 3 zombie tokens to Phyrexian Altar for G to cast Krosan Restorer from the graveyard with it.
2 zombie token
16) Untap Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Deserted Temple, and a U-producing land with Krosan Restorer.
17) Use the U-producing land to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar with Minamo, School at Water's Edge.
2 zombie token + untapped land
18) Tap Havengul Lich as Krosan Restorer abilities to untap Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Deserted Temple, and a U-producing land.
3 zombie token + 4 untapped lands + (Krosan Restorer still in play)
20) Use the U-producing land to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar with Minamo, School at Water's Edge.
4 zombie token + 2 untapped lands + (Krosan Restorer still in play)
Sacrifice 4 zombie token for BBBB
Sacrifice Rune-Scarred Demon, Krosan Restorer, Prime Speaker Vannifar, Sidisi for BBBB
BBBB + BBBB + 2 untapped lands
22) Sacrifice each of the 4 remaining zombie tokens, Rune-Scarred Demon, Krosan Restorer, Prime Speaker Vannifar, and Sidisi for BBBBBBBB to Phyrexian Altar to cast Living Death returning Dryad Arbor, Birds of Paradise, Kiora's Follower, Krosan Restorer, Prime Speaker Vannifar, Glen Elendra Archmage, Sidisi, Havengul Lich, Muldrotha, the Gravetide, and Rune-Scarred Demon (tutoring for Mesmeric Orb) to the battlefield, all of which trigger Path of Discovery.
23) Untap Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Deserted Temple, and a U-producing land with Krosan Restorer.
BBB + 5 untapped lands
24) Untap Prime Speaker Vannifar with Kiora's Follower.
25) Sacrifice Rune-Scarred Demon to Phyrexian Altar to produce B.
BBBB + 5 untapped lands
26) Use the 5BB to cast Rune-Scarred Demon (tutoring for Altar of Dementia) from the graveyard with Muldrotha, the Gravetide.
27) Tap Dryad Arbor and Birds of Paradise for 2.
2 untapped lands + GG
28) Cast Mesmeric Orb and Altar of Dementia for 4.
31) Create as many zombies as needed with Aphetto Alchemist + Mesmeric Orb.
32) Mill the table with Altar of Dementia and the unlimited amount of zombie tokens.
[EDIT]
Opps got the math wrong at 22), so just added back in : 27) Tap Dryad Arbor and Birds of Paradise for 2.

-Prime Speaker Vannifar
---------------------Will & Rowan Kenrith
If you can cast Grimgrin, Corpse-Born + Krosan Restorer with Havengul Lich from your graveyard, then with Prime Speaker Vannifar and Minamo, School at Water's Edge in play, you should get as many Prime Speaker Vannifar activation's as you want.
Havengul Lich (with Krosan Restorer ability) can untap Minamo, School at Water's Edge, and a U-producing land.
Use Prime Speaker Vannifar ability to sacrifice for example Birds of Paradise.
You'll get a zombie token off Sidisi + Path of Discovery +Mortuary with the Birds of Paradise top of library trick, and B-Pod coming into play creature, which means you'll always have a zombie token to untap Havengul Lich (with Grimgrin, Corpse-Born sac ability).
Untap Prime Speaker Vannifar with Minamo, School at Water's Edge and U-producing land, and you'll even gain mana.
You can just keep chaining up, and then also recasting them all with Havengul Lich if you wanted to later on as you're gaining mana.
So actually now that I think about it, you can P. Pod the Glen Elendra Archmage twice instead to get both Havengul Lich + Grimgrin, Corpse-Born into play.
P. Pod Grimgrin, Corpse-Born to get it into your graveyard, and cast it with Havengul Lich.
You don't even need Phyrexian Altar or Deserted Temple for this method either, just the mana to cast Grimgrin, Corpse-Born, because the other creatures essentially pay for themselves.

Thanks for the simplification!
@WWWolfe:
I haven't tried Phenax, God of Deception yet but I can predict it should be pretty good (I have an EDH UB Phenax mill deck). As for Caustic Caterpillar, I concur with TheHiscock.

So remove Step 13, and then Step 15) would be;
15) Activate Havengul Lich's ability with 1 and sacrifice 3 of the 3 zombie tokens to Phyrexian Altar for 2G to cast Krosan Restorer from the graveyard with it.
This will literally leave you with no zombies and no mana at this point.
But you can still pay for everything exactly, just need to change Step 22) to relfect changes and then something like Step 27) to get the 2 extra mana to cast Altar of Dementia.
22) Sacrifice each of the 2 remaining zombie tokens, Rune-Scarred Demon, Krosan Restorer, Prime Speaker Vannifar, and Sidisi for BBBBBB to Phyrexian Altar to cast Living Death returning Dryad Arbor, Birds of Paradise, Kiora's Follower, Krosan Restorer, Prime Speaker Vannifar, Glen Elendra Archmage, Sidisi, Havengul Lich, Muldrotha, the Gravetide, and Rune-Scarred Demon (tutoring for Mesmeric Orb) to the battlefield, all of which trigger Path of Discovery.
27) Tap Dryad Arbor and Birds of Paradise for 2, sacrifice both of them to Phyrexian Altar for 2.

The price spike is probably due to Prime Speaker Vannifar.
I'll probably add in Intruder Alarm simply because I run Seedborn Muse and lots of things that tap to activate. So anytime I get a zombie in play all the other creatures will tap and I'll be able to do more in a single turn. Also, it just combos too well with Prime Speaker Vannifar.

The lich could also go off pretty hard with consecrated sphinx or jin-gitaxias, core augur in the more reanimator based builds.
