This deck needs to be a lot better optimized. You have a lot of cards in here that just aren't very good for multiplayer EDH because of multiple targets, large manabases, and a multitude of other reasons. A few that struck me immediately were Fog, Mana Leak, and Mizzium Skin that could each be replaced with cards that would be a larger impact on the game.
Your deck also isn't very explosive and doesn't take advantage of Vorel's ability to pile on counters. Cards like Spike Weaver and Fertilid are almost necessary in Vorel lists because of how much utility they provide. Also, when you're playing Master Biomancer, why not take advantage and play stuff like Glen Elendra Archmage and Woodfall Primus.
There's a lot of things I would change about this deck. The best I could suggest would be to look at some other Vorel lists and see what they have going on for them. Get rid of cards like Horizon Chimera and Elvish Mystic that don't help your counter-based strategy, and trade in those poorly-optimised cards I mentioned for more powerful versions.

Thanks for the response Problem is I started playing very casually when 8th Edition came out, stopped after the original Ravnica block, and only started again now (more competitively) with Avacyn Restored. There are a lot of important blocks that I missed out on, and our community where I stay is quite new, only one other guy has a collection that rivals mine. I would love to get my hands on a Glen Elendra Archmage, but it will take me a while.
The 8 instants on the list are mainly aimed at Isochron Scepter and/or Elite Arcanist, to provide repeat effects, although they also help out in a pinch. The Rampant Growth is definitely a wasted spot, been looking to add Kavu Predator to the list, will probably take that space. Mystic is also something I hadn't really thought about. In an opening hand it speeds me up a bit but beyond that does nothing. Need to spend a bit more time on the list.
I would suggest either a Kodama's Reach or a Cultivate to replace Rampant Growth (you should probably have both in your deck, ideally). Neither is all that expensive to purchase, nor is Glen Elendra Archmage. Kavu Predator is pretty bad unless one of the people you play with regularly plays a dedicate lifegain deck, and even then, there are usually better options.
As for Isochron Scepter and Elite Arcanist, neither has any reason to be in this deck. You want everything that isn't focused on countering or ramping to either generate counters (preferably large amounts of them reliably), or manipulating those counters for an effect that's worth it. I would cut that package out of the deck and invest in stuff like Cyclonic Rift, Evacuation, Beast Within, and a counter suite with stuff like Hinder, Spell Crumple, Mana Drain, and Voidslime at the very least. Again, none of them is all that expensive to purchase, and will really benefit you to have in the end.
Tried to make everything as synergistic as possible so that regardless of what I draw I'll have some use for it...
