Pretty much putting in some more obvious good cards for Nekusar, plus increasing the quality of my control cards. I'm not sure if I should have more ramp or not, I figure that if I'm drawing a lot of cards anyway it isn't necessary.

You need more ramp. Drawing lots of cards means you can afford to play less lands. Not less ramp. You can only play one land per turn (under normal circumstances). You can play as many rocks as you have drawn and have mana for. The more rocks you play the more other things you can play.
