Purphoros is typically target #1 because when it aggros the whole table, people tend to fight back or they know what's coming and tend to focus it first. I didn't say it was necessarily Brago's first target, but with a good enough Purphoros deck, it should be.
Maelstrom Wanderer has occasionally been pretty scary in our games until I started running more hate for it in the form of those one-sided board wipes and a well-placed theft effect. Corrupted Conscience is pretty nasty when used on big beaters. But in the past, I've seen it take 2 (or even sometimes 3) turns in a row because of tutors and card draw. Due to haste it was able to pump out a ton of damage over a short period of time.
Daretti beat me because the opponent was able to reuse cards like Spine of Ish Sah multiple times per turn, pump out a lot of flying tokens (didn't see any wraths) to block brago, and just combo me out with Hellkite Tyrant since I couldn't combo him out with Brago. I was keeping him fairly effectively locked with Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Knight-Captain of Eos. But he comboed me out before I could pull something like Sleep or Cyclonic Rift.
I'm not so sure. They're not really life saving much of the time or game changing because they're just a one-off until you draw something like Archaeomancer. It could be particularly useful against Maelstrom Wanderer to shut off its cascade, or insta-win combos. I'd say keep them on hold until you think you'll need them.

Well, I don't intend to waste it on something irrelevant. I'm aiming to use them only when someone is about to combo, however, I'm not so sure that it'll worth taking anything out for.

I'm sorry this post is so long, I didn't have time to make it shorter.
To be honest, I'm pretty stoked about it. If you're behind on board, it's a big reset button. Then does +2 to keep the board state clean. If you're ahead, then you could try to ultimate it and put 7 permanents from your hand into play after a free draw 7.
At the very least, I'm definitely going to give it a try over Karn.

You can even board clear, then play Brago with a Greaves in play (because Ugin doesn't nuke [most] artifacts), then reset for a +2! Would it be crazy to run both of the colorless planeswalkers? Because I was thinking that Ugin would 'just' replace All Is Dust in the builds that have it.
I run a very similar version of this deck. I also run Medomai the Ageless because if you have both him and Brago out, two mana rocks, and Strionic Resonator, if you connect with both Brago and Medomai you can easily loop into infinite extra turns by copying the abilities of Brago and Medomai on the stack, blinking the artifacts, then repeating. I also like to have a token generator out like Captain of the Watch or Knight-Captain of Eos to compound the inevitable.
I don't play All is Dust. In my experience running board wipes in Brago, I have never felt like a total board wipe has helped me come back from a losing board presence. More often than not my opponent can rebuild better and more quickly than I can. But with Ugin, his +2 can help (depending on the opponents) keep the opponent down long enough to develop a winning board presence. Karn on the other hand is good in 1v1 mostly, but in multiplayer EDH, its single target abilities don't really do enough for its CMC.
Yes Medomai is very good. Even if you don't run Strionic Resonator (which is just icing on the cake). A free extra turn each round is very powerful by itself. I once had enough card draw that I drew into 2 Time Warp spells during my extra turn.
I'm not sure that's accurate. The "can't attack during extra turns" isn't a linked ability. If there's an extra turn being taken through any method, not just him dealing combat damage, he can't attack. For example, if you cast Time Warp Medomai won't be able to attack during that turn. I'm fairly certain this is the case.

This is correct.
And I don't think it works with Strionic Resonator either. Sure, you can get 2 extra turns, but not infinite. The reason why is because you need to use Strionic Resonator to copy Brago's ability in order to reset the Resonator and the mana artifacts. And if you reset it and copy Medomai, then you won't be able to copy the original Brago trigger again.
Brago Trigger
Medomai Trigger
Copy Brago
Copy Resolves and resets Resonator and mana artifacts
Copy Brago
... ad infinitum
Medomai Resolves
Brago Resolves
End
Scenario 3:
Brago Trigger
Medomai Trigger
Copy Brago
Copy Resolves and resets Resonator and mana artifacts
Copy Medomai
Copy resolves
Medomai Resolves
Brago Resolves
End
You would need a second way to untap your artifacts and mana each time Brago's trigger resolves or you can't go infinite with Medomai and Strionic Resonator
Yup. Medomai's failsafe ability is pretty good at preventing abuse from the usual suspects, which keeps it from being broken. This is probably the only deck that could conveniently pull an infinite from it--and is all the more reason to run it.
LordGimpnow, I know it's a little more intensive to be able to untap the Resonator, but it is possible. In a perfect scenario you would have a copy of the Resonator via Copy Artifact or Clever Impersonator, but Pestermite or Deceiver Exarch also do the job. Sure, it's not going to happen every game, but it's fun if you're able to pull it off!

The only one of those I'd run are the Copy Artifact (don't run it, would consider if in a heavy artifact metagame) or Clever Impersonator (run it). Pestermite and Deceiver Exarch aren't really useful for anything else. You can't tap a blocker with them more than once unless you return them to your hand. And they don't really do much else unless you have a lot of noncreature permanents with T abilities.
To be honest though. Don't even worry about the infinite turn combo. Just assemble the combo of Brago + Resonator + Untappable Mana (Treachery, Peregrine Drake, mana rocks) and any permanent that makes your opponent scoop when you get to use its ability ad infinitum. (Venser, Shaper Savant, Riftwing Cloudskate) You can also combo it with a token producer (Master of Waves, Genesis Chamber) and even just one Medomai trigger. Although you can end the infinite loop of copying Brago by copying Medomai at the end to still get 2 turns.
I like the idea of Genesis Chamber. I hadn't considered it, which is dumb as I'm running the Battlesphere and the Chamber can easily be tutored up by Tezzeret. I am already running the Impersonator, so no worries there. I'm not sold on Master of Wave without some sort of anthem in play since all the Elemental tokens become 1/0 and die when Master blinks, unless I'm missing something.
One of the reasons why I like this deck is how you don't really need to go digging for infinites to win because the sheer value is enough to bury games.

They don't die when you blink Master of Waves because state-based effects don't "update" until a player gains priority (which doesn't happen until after the current ability, Brago in this case, has finished resolving and Master is back in play again)

Absolutely! I win the majority of the games I play simply on tempo!

The only infinite combo I run is Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall + take an extra turn spells. The inclusion of both wasn't even for infinite turns either. Extra turns is always good when you can do the shenanigans that Brago enables. And I have plenty of other valuable instants and sorceries worth recycling. The only time I go infinite is during our EDH league. In casual play I like to let my opponent(s) have some fun.
Ugin just looks to be unfair and made for this deck. I can't wait! All of his abilities look incredible, though having access to repeatable 3 points of damage sounds extra nice.
Just curious, but what are people's thoughts about Altar of the Brood in this deck? You could have 5-10 permanents blinking each turn so that's 5-10 cards milled for each opponent.
