I am venturing into new territory of control and winning by not damage but by milling my opponent out. I like the new God cards because of their versatility in being hard to deal with. Without further ado:
Phenax works really well with cards that let you untap your creatures so you can mill multiple times. Pemmin's Aura is a good example. This in turn can get rather interesting with Wake Thrasher, who mills like a truck. Mindshrieker is another cool choice that mills by itself, then can be tapped for a lot more mill.
Personally, I'd play Rise of the Dark Realms over Living Death. It's more expensive, but you get everything you milled instead of your opponents.
Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker mills a surprisingly large amount of cards if left unchecked, and because he's rather nonthreatening otherwise opponents may not think to remove him at first.
I'd recommend Morphling actually. You can pump his toughness very large and then untap him a number of times, giving you a great contained engine with your general in a single card.

Considering I am removing most of their graveyards I prefer living death as more of a board wipe in case I get behind. As for enchantments I prefer equipment which stay in play if a creature dies as opposed to an enchantment which will basically get 2 for 1 with any type of removal. In my meta committing too much to the board can cost you the game, so it is a tug of war between permanents and spells.
One of my main combos I look for are Thousand year elixir, phenax, and undead alchemist. The other night I was able to mill someone for 14 with phenax and thousand year elixir hit 5 creatures. Then used alchemist and the 5 zombies to mill another 12 and hit 4 more but missed after that, which totaled to 32 cards off three permanents.
So I used your deck list as a primer for a similar version, here are some ideas I had that might be helpful...
For equipments I felt like haunted platemail could be replaced with a more effective card while staying true to the theme of the deck.
Concerning creatures I replaced kedrekt leviathan with evacuation purely because I prefer evacuation. Brought in Geth over Ink-eyes. Added in the inspired transmuter you talked about on sat. at our LGS. Brought in second sac outlet for Grim-grin package. Added Chainer, Dementia Master over sewer nemesis since ideally the graveyard will constantly be getting exiled and once it is exiled nemesis just dies; adding another creature capable of reanimating discards from Disciple of Deceit, among other discard outlets and Phenax mills before exiling the graveyard seems ideal. Other creatures I felt were good replacements were Oona, Queen of the Fae, Grave Titan, King Macar, the Gold-Cursed, Sepulchral Primordial, and Diluvian Primordial. All of these creatures fit the theme quite well. secret inspired tech somehow gain control of their seedborn muse or prophet of kruphix inspired trigger every turn!
What do you think of these two graveyard hate spells that cantrip Grave Consequences and Grip of Amnesia. Out of the two I feel grave consequences is probably the better choice. Another card I have been thinking about is Mind Over Matter what is your opinion on that card?
Since I don't own all the fetches like you I used evolving wilds, terramorphic expanse, grixis panorama, esper panorama, ghost quarter, tectonic edge, petrified field, sunken ruins, and tolaria west in place of the fetchlands. The reason for Diamond valley and volrath's stronghold being cut is that I only have one of each of them and they are both currently in Karador. I ended up cutting one land from the original 38 and since I don't own a reflecting pool that is the land that got cut.
In summation below are cards I cut and then cards I added.

Yea, I realized that I have too many equipment. I removed eater of the dead, sewer nemesis, overtaker, and bonehoard in favor of extra draw and utility creatures. I will be adding the King card and the u/b transmute guy on untap as they seem solid choices for repeated removal and getting the right cards at the right time.
As for lands the comes into play tapped fetches are fine. I mainly use the fetches as added land drops with rings of brighthearth. Also, I prefer the Kederekt Leviathan because of previous use in other decks. It is amazing with Necromancy turning it into a 3 mana cyclonic rift.
As for the sacrifice outlets. I believe nearly all of my decks need them in my meta where a simple chaos warp or tuck spell could put my general in my deck. They are just plain good, plus gaining life can be good.
I tried the grimgrin and gravecrawler its cool but easily disrupted, and in blue black its hard to get both pieces out. I also had the primordial in the early version along with grave titan. The main problem I found this to be was that I had no early game. I would get hands that seemed to curve out well and then after 5 draw steps my hand was full of 6-8 drops and I had 4 mana. I chose to cut some of those for card draw that way I can build to the 7 and 8 drops properly.
On a latter note I will try and find an intruder alarm it seems to be good with this kind of deck.
I was testing the grim-grin part of the deck and its pretty good when it gets rolling plus if you have graveborn muse out grim grin is a natural draw. if chainer is in your graveyard and you control necrotic ooze guess what RECURRING NIGHTMARES epic. Plus since you'd run gravecrawler and reassembling skeleton, you can add in a skullclamp package which is easily tutored with tezzeret and trinket mage. The clamp also synergizes with oona. Intruder alarm is frigging amazing. Oh you played a creature untap macar exile a creature mill you some more. the primordials arn't good enough. Lazav is pretty cool oh look milled your dumb cards I'll have one thats hexproof thanks. I dunno if I'ma run koziliek. One game today somebody mind slavered me and used my grim-grin engine to mill myself out. Which was unfortunate. I like having a graveyard with this kind of deck, but I can also see reasons why koziliek could be necessary. What's your opinion on koziliek?
any shuffle eldrazi will do. I prefer koz because he can draw cards, I can see using ulamog as he can be cast and blow up stuff like humility which can be problematic.
