I'd suggest Altar of Dementia as an additional free sac outlet and alt win condition if you're locked out of attacking by Ghostly Prison/Norn's Annex.
The other altars produce mana for combo engines, I don't see Altar of Dementia being relevant here. I did run it in Mikaeus, but most other decks I have tried to use it in, did not work out.

If you want more resiliency to hate, you can splash black for Wort, Boggart Auntie, who runs a very similar strategy, but one with access to black tutors, and more importantly Living Death/Patriarch's Bidding. The minimal amount of needed black mana allows you to still run NBL hate, and Wort herself provides a solid means to recover and win in battles of attrition. Also can be surprisingly relevant for voltron commander damage given her fear.
Nvm, found it with web archive. I may be converting my Norin to Krenko. Norin was fun to play a few times, but it really just lengthens the game and gets everyone annoyed. lol
Krenko is a lot of fun to play. He's not necessarily fun to play against because he puts people under very tangible pressure from early on. That pressure doesn't disappear after a single removal spell, and there's no "oops I lose" scenario.
You don't usually want/need a primer. There are a handful of particularly solid combos, but mostly you're tossing goblins, tutoring, and resource conversion in. You want dudes -> mana, mana -> untaps, and mana/dudes -> extra cards. While a few cards are stellar autoincludes (ie. Skullclamp), you mostly want a deeply custom build for the meta you expect to encounter.

I like that idea, I might go that route, since I love my Bojuka Bogs and Nihil Spellbombs.

In the Web of War vs. Ogre Battledriver: Worth it to reduce the cost by 1 for the same effect, but make it more vulnerable to removal?
I've also changed out 2 lands for Wasteland(want a second LD effect) and Mutavault(synergy with Krenko).

Mutavault is an oversight since it essentially "Time Walks" Krenko when he's your only Goblin. When M14 rotates, I'll pick one up.
