Just want to start off by saying I drew a lot inspiration for this deck from Stefan's Glissa, the Traitor (Stax) and TheTrueNubs's Nath: Questing for the Ultimate Stax. I liked ideas from both decks and thought that they may play well with each other. As hard as I have tried to merge to the two there is still a chance of it becoming unfocused in its mission which is to punish with Stax effects and generate tokens to offset said Stax effects. I really like the idea of Worm Harvest and Life from the Loam as a token engine but I feel like it might make the deck even more punished by graveyard hate. Cards in the Thoughtboard are cards I'm considering at the moment.
Nice to see someone else also appreciating the menage a trois of Nath, Glissa and Savra. I like what you've done here.
I play something very similar, though I haven't updated the list in a while.
Some thoughts:
With Glissa at the helm instead of Nath, I'd cut some of the (symmetrical) discard elements such as Cunning Lethemancer, Necrogen Mists and Bottomless Pit, since you won't profit as much as with Nath.

Yea that is sorta what I was going for, a deck that you could really take any of those 3 and play them as your general and the deck would still preform well.

I basically just see them as more resource denial, the deck doesn't mind to discard artifacts as they are easy to recur or lands if it has Crucible online.
This is kinda a backup plan for if you don't get an early Stax lock, it has won me a few games where all I was doing was untapping sacing Spine and two other permanents to cast Spine and past turn.
Is Seedborn Muse worth it? It sure breaks the orbs in your favor, but you won't be able to maximize it with basically no instants.
Yea think this just happened from the merging of the decks, it's great card but not really doing much with it here. I will be the first cut for Bitterblossom.
Do you really need Salvaging Station? It seems redundant with your general.
Redundant can be good in Commander, I'm more wondering if I'm running enough 1 artifacts to deem it necessary.
Some of these cards are in the Thoughtboard, I'll touch on them just from my standpoint. Diabolic Intent will more than likely make the cut once Bitterblossom and maybe Reassembling Skeleton make the cut. Volrath's Stronghold is a card I've added and cut a few times from decks like this, sometimes it's worth it, but unless you are already ahead, you basicly set yourself back a turn with it. Vorinclex/Sheoldred are just too big for their own good imo. Having no way to recur them, they are normally the first thing pitched to any discard. Both of them have their place in commander but I just don't like their fit here. Garruk Wildspeaker would also be a great replacement for Seedborn Muse, deff worth trying to find a spot. Skullclamp is good if we were playing more token generators like Worm Harvest or Spontaneous Generation. Contamination is a odd card, mostly dead vs some decks and rough to keep online without mass tokens or a Nether Tratior/Bloodghast/Reassembling Skeleton package. Death Cloud is another card I have played in the past, maybe it deserves a spot.
Hope this helps. If you're interested in my list for some inspiration, look at the link in my signature.

Spine of Ish Sah is horrendously expensive, when running stax. How has it worked out for you? I'd rather have Maelstrom Pulse and Putrefy in the list.
Is Seedborn Muse worth it? It sure breaks the orbs in your favor, but you won't be able to maximize it with basically no instants.
Do you really need Salvaging Station? It seems redundant with your general.
Some cards I feel are sorely missing:
Diabolic Intent - great tutor in a token heavy deck
Volrath's Stronghold - recursion on a land
Vorinclex - less mana for them, more for you
Sheoldred - they sacrifice you reanimate
Reassembling Skeleton - works so well with all the abyss-like effects
Garruk Wildspeaker - untapping your lands is great with orbs out
Skullclamp - best draw with tokens
Contamination - another great resource denial effect
Bitterblossom - more tokens
Death Cloud- hands down the best card in a deck like this
