This is a deck that I have been tinkering with for awhile now. It is meant to be for more of a casual kitchen table type deck that can win while being fun at the same time. I am just looking for advice on how make it more faster without it devolving into a combo deck or changing the general. Any advise is always appreciated.
You play a bunch of rats and either you blitz your opponents with rats or you use Jarad's sacrifice ability and take out the whole table. That's about it. I know its very linear but its a hell of lot of fun.
First i start by saying i have one of the worst track records for cutting cards in my decks in my playgroup so just saying what cards would be good to add doesn't help as much as you would think, but i thank you (and everyone else has or will comment on one of my decks) for your input.
Yeah Lord of Extinction is really good but i am trying to stay on theme as much as possible. Besides all those rats together with Door of Destinies and Beastmaster Ascension can do a lot of damage, trust me i have been able to do it many times within the past few months.
Tutors get me what i need at anytime. The weakest of the bunch his Diabolic Revelation the only reason being is its mana cost but to be able to get X cards is still pretty good, but never the less its still on my miniscule cut radar.
Yes I understand that, but what cards do you need at anytime? Tutors usually are for finding answers to things such as Damnation or spot removal or enchantment/artifact removal. Your deck has zero of these. Or tutors are usually for finding a combo piece and your deck isn't really a combo deck. Your deck has a bunch of cards that do very similar things. I think you'd be better suited replacing the tutors for pure card draw.
Now don't get wrong I like your idea and may even attempt a version of my own at some point.
The Intent / Expedition Map is actually a swap I don't understand. I know obviously saccing a creature is less than ideal, but the power to tutor for anything (including your Cabal Coffers that the Map gets you) just seems infinitely more useful.
I've been working on this deck, I like it a lot. I think in my version I will change the general to Sapling of Colfenor. Jarad is cool, but he basically is win more. If you are in the position to sacrifice giant rats to win the game, you could just win by attacking. Sapling of Colfenor draws us cards, is easier to cast and is indestructible. Virtually all the creatures in the deck have an equal power and toughness, so he won't cause life loss. He's basically an indestructible Staff of Nin. He also works very well with Sensei's Divining Top and Crystal Ball type effects.

Everything you say makes sense, but I can't help but to think how similar Jarad looks to the new Rat King from Nick's rebooted Ninja Turtles which my son & I love. Hence "The Rat King" is going to stay as my general. Also I'm not sure how other groups play, but our group can only attack one opponent at a time so the ability to do massive damage simultaneously is powerful for my meta at least.
. In my build I'm going with some more Overrun style effects. Although fear from Marrow and flying from the Monument means I may not need them. Although infect & poison is frowned upon I think it is too stylistic to pass up Triumph of the Hordes.
Once you get your Relentless Rats rocking with a Bloodbond March in play a simple Oversold Cemetery can equal you refilling your board anytime anyone wipes it. Talk about relentless rats indeed!
Chittering Rats are better than Pack Rat in my opinion because Pack Rat excels when you have a lot of rats and you have cards to discard, which means you are already winning. Chittering Rats disrupts your opponents hand, potentially setting them back a turn.
The attacking only one opponent at a time is a rule I really don't like, it ultimately helps control and combo players and hurts aggro players. Why did your play circle institute that rule, I'm curious.
Later tonight, I'll try to post my version of the deck. Keep in mind, I'm working on a budget of ~$80 so staple black cards that are not mandatory, such as No Mercy, will be omitted.

We've played that way since high school. Which was almost 20 years ago. There are zero combo players in our circle. We are a casual friendly group that tries to attack the player that won the last game or the player with the highest life total. That way we don't knock one player out to fast resulting in them watching for over an hour while the rest of us play.
In recent games Overwhelming Forces has been underwhelming as it costs to much to make a difference in the early game whereas Damnation fits the role perfectly.
Thanks to DNC at Heros of the Plane Studios for the awesome banner

One of the Altar's - Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar or Altar of Dementia give you a sac outlet and the first two give you the mana you need to do something big.
I have found Swarmyard to be underwhelming, saving one rat is trivial, Golgari Charm has interesting uses and can save everything.
I have regrowth on a stick with Eternal Witness.
Ashnod's Altar would be best i think, it would be like having an extra sol ring and can help me be faster.
Swarmyard is just for the theme of the deck as this is more of a casual deck.
I am not to worried about my guys going to the graveyard, but that in mind i feel this would be better suited for me.

By the way, I'm running Chittering Rats over Pack Rat, because everyone hates playing against those Chittering Rats.
Edit: Beastmaster's Acension should go, it's win more. Fecundity is a nobo with Grave Pact. Skullclamp makes sense though.

Overrun and Triumph of the Horders are much better than Beastmaster's Acension for obvious reasons. I certainly wouldn't run all three personally.
