Hello there. I am currently considering to construct an EDH deck based around "pingers". Basically I just want to abuse Cowardice and Dismiss into Dream. I think that red and blue, being the colors where pingers abound, are almost locked. I prefer three colors, though. White doesn't really offer much that I know of, but black and green both seem to have great options for the archetype. Some good ones off the top of my head are:

Nightshade Peddler
Seedborn Muse
Prophet of Kruphix
Green ramp in general
Black
Horobi, Death's Whisper
Death Pits of Rath
Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief
Olivia Voldaren
Black search in general
Which color combination do you think gives best options for this kind of deck? Is it RUG or Grixis? Do you feel that Izzet by itself is best? Which commander do you think works well here?
I know that auras and equipment that give deathtouch work well here, as well as curiosity-style effects. Are there any other good support cards for this archetype that I have missed?
I wouldn't actually play Horobi as you can lose your pingers yourself.
I'd go UGR for the Seedborn Muse and Prophet, like this it's easier to actually win instead of only being able to control a board of creatures. Muse also untaps Staff of Nin, which is pretty neat.
If ya have enough ping stuff ya cana lso use Death Pits of Rath and Pestilence to keep controle
I have a casual R/B controle deck, ya can do a lot with pingers+Auras

It's pretty fun and goofy and nobody ever sees it coming. I would imagine there would be a way to sculpt it to a more competitive form, but I've been lazy/cheap so far.
Thornbite Staff. I'm positive there's a combo with it to kill all creatures with a pinger and I wouldn't be surprised if Goblin Sharpshooter had a way to deal infinite damage with it.
If you're looking for Green and Black, maybe Glissa, the Traitor? Deathtouch comes standard and you get value off the pings. The new gorgons from Theros seem like a good fit as well.

I'd go with Grixis, and here's why. Black gives you access into Tutors, which are essential if you're building around cards that aren't your commander, and it also has its fair share of Pingers. Most pingers are cheap in mana, so green's Ramp isn't as needed.

Another option can be Derevi, Empyrial Tactician while white doesn't offer much, it does offer Derevi.

UR or URG are the best choices imho. Abusing the pingers with Prophet of Kruphix and Seedborn Muse is tempting.
