If you are playing aggro, I like the Legion as the general. It's immediate board impact. Overlord is for the toolbox builds like I run.
I've never played aggro myself, so I'll let someone else chime in for other suggestions.
I'd also run as many fetchlands as you can. I play with 6 myself and would play with more if the ONS ones weren't so expensive. My deck isn't budget, but I find it stable enough with 5 fetches. Any more on top of that makes it that much better.

I love Martyr's Bond. It's an awesome way to deflect aggro. At worst it's an extremely expensive one-time removal, and at best... *evil smirk* And I see it working finely with Parallax Wave, though if your purpose is to dodge board wipes I'd go with Ghostway instead.
I'd sack Darkheart Sliver and Psionic Sliver to make room for those two you mentioned, instead of axing Elesh Norn and Sheoldred. They make for nice sac outlets, but you're packing a few others that do the job just fine. And the legends are going to make quite the impact. (Just beware of Bribery or Desertion.)
Consider replacing Mnemonic Sliver with Synapse Sliver. Costlier, yes -- but even if it's around for a single turn, it can potentially net you several cards in a single swing.
If I were you, I'd cut a tutor to make room for Academy Rector... Possibly Green Sun's Zenith. Sounds outrageous, right, but the color restriction hurts more than what it seems at first glance. Already tried it out and ditched it because of that.
Clone and their fellows can either become duplicate slivers -- or act as removal for legends you can't get rid of in any other way. (Actually, I should consider adding one to my aggro list...)

I can't even . . . . I'm just . . . . My poor wallet. I was already intrigued about the new Chandra (Yeah, I'm a fan of her. Jace can go die in a fire, pun intended). But now we get more slivers?! While I'm leaning toward flavor disappointment with the departure of good ol' meathooks everywhere and parasitic abilities, I think I can get psat it enough to give the new ones a shot. I've been waiting since Eventide's Goats for something like this.
Now, I want to examine what's known so far for them, in terms of power and abilities.
Sentinel Sliver. 1W for a vigilance sliver-bear? I'd call that a signifigant upgrade over Synchronus Sliver, the only one of the hive to give vigilance until now.
Steelform Sliver. 2W for a butt-bear. I would call it a decent merging of Plated Sliver and Watcher Sliver at a respectable mana cost, seeing as it boosts itself once it hits the board. . . . I'm just going to ignore Armor Sliver.
Battle Sliver. 4R for a 3/3 that grants +2/+0. Essentially a one-sided Bonesplitter Sliver with a bigger body and one more mana? Not bad, when you consider that the 5-drop spot for Slivers will probably be finisher-style cards, and this one seems like a contender for that spot.
Blur Sliver. 2R for a haste-bear? Not that terrible, even on its own. +1 mana over Heart Sliver for a bigger body, and one-sided haste? Looking better already.
Striking Sliver. R for a 1/1 with first strike? Considering it's competition is just Talon Sliver, and Spitting Sliver, this one is definitely a major upgrade in power for the hive. I approve!
Groundshaker Sliver. A hefty 6G for a 5/5 trampler. Doesn't seem overly strong outside of limited, mostly due to 7-CC (unless they bring back Gemhide Sliver). However, it's pretty close to on-spec, considering the previous trample-granting meathooks were Battering Sliver and Horned Sliver.
A few excerpts from the rumor mill. To say that I'm brimming with joy would be a blatant understatement
How do you see these fellows used in your builds?
Battle Sliver looks cute, but I don't know if I would have it replace Bonesplitter Sliver. Possibly I'd ship them both. Costlier, but tougher.
Blur Sliver could replace Firewake Sliver... but I'm not convinced, really. The older sliver has a trickier cost, is weaker, and affects everyone's slivers... but is a sac outlet, and can provide a buff if need be.
Groundshaker Sliver is... meh, really. I was never one for having trample on my builds, and this one is very costly. I'm almost dead certain I'm not going to ship it.
Plated Sliver > Steelform Sliver. CMC 1. Steelform is tougher, and has that infamous 'you control' clause... it's a close call, but I still think Plated is better.
Striking Sliver just has to be in. What to sack? I was thinking about Sidewinder Sliver, but that would be little gain. I mean, first strike >>> flanking, any day, but that won't get my curve any lower...

EDIT: Oh, my poor wallet, too.
So far, Sentinel Sliver and Striking Sliver are the only ones that stand out. You definitely don't need Groundshaker when you have Shifting Sliver, for instance.
Looking forward to seeing what the mythic sliver will do!
Blur will have to go in for redundancy, but I play toolbox combo, so haste is VERY important.

Didn't see this posted anywhere in here, though I didn't read all 44 pages. From the press release:
Another feature debuting in Magic 2014 is a new take on the popular Slivers creature type. A fan-favorite, new playable Slivers in Magic 2014 decks will include the following:
Sucks it's not an instant, but I sure hope the sorcery is a sliver card so the Overlord can pull it.
I also think that if good we will have to come up with a recursion engine for it.

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind giving my list a once-over and giving me some pointers or general observations. I'm adhering to the self-imposed rule of "no non-Slivers" with the exception of a couple of Changelings, but other than that I'm open to criticism.
Chameleon Colossus isn't a very good card for this deck.
Mirror Entity is a better changeling for slivers.
You need more tutors. I'd play at minimum Vampiric, Demonic, Enlightened, and Beseech the Queen.
Training Grounds should be an auto include.
Mana Base should have 10 shocks minimum and I recommend 10 duals as well. I'd run at least the cheapest 5 fetches at minimum (any non blue).
From playing a list with almost ever sliver to begin with, you will realize the ones that are best for you. You will find that that is way too many slivers pretty quickly. You need to carve the list down to where it's mostly must haves and a few utility ones.
This is my list of Slivers you should cut without thinking twice:
Plated
Hunter
Darkheart
Blade
Essence
Magma
Watcher
Bonesplitter
Ward
Fury
And you need to add a Sliver Legion
That should get you started.

First things first: what's your battle plan?
If you intend to assemble a swarm and claw everyone else to ribbons you'll need lots of slivers alright, so your list is a good start. Sliver Legion is an absolute must here.
If, however, you want to go for a more combo/control-ish approach, heeding DanzBorin's advice is a good idea--cram your deck with tutors, cut slivers down to those being absolutely necessary, and load up on removal, countermagic and discard.
In any case, you definitely have to improve your mana base. It's painful and costly as hell, I know, but it's a must if you want to get a workable build.
The issue with spot removal is that you'll need lots of cards for it to be effective. Depending on the strategy, you can either go this way, or pack Psionic Sliver in addition to the slivers you already got.
Illusionist's Bracers is something I haven't tried out yet myself, but I don't really like it much myself. That may be my prejudice against equipping silvers that may eventually get shrouded, though, so give it a try on your own and share your experiences with us
TBH my plan is to be able to combo out every now and then with Sliver Queen and Mana Echoes, or do derpy things with the Amoeboid Changeling/Unnatural Selection. Generally though I'm just looking to play the best Slivers and have it be a more casual tribal EDH deck.
Sadly, I don't own many of the cards you guys have listed, so the mana base is quite budget as you can see. My list isn't meant to necessarily be Tier 1, just something fun for me to play that can still hold its own against an unknown meta. I'll certainly look to add those cards as I find them though.
You've both said the Chameleon Colossus is no good but haven't said why (unless it's on the first post and I missed it). Care to elaborate? I do have a Mirror Entity, I'm just wondering why he's clearly the better choice. Colossus is just win more, I assume?

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.
Chameleon Colossus... CMC 4, 4/4, protection from black. Pay its casting cost again, it self-buffs.
Mirror Entity... CMC 2, 1/1. Pay X, all critters become X/X changelings.
The main reason for me to pick the Entity over the Colossus is that it can, on the event of having a sizable chunk of mana to spend, turn your whole swarm into very large monsters.
8 means two activations of the Colossus' ability. He becomes a black-proof, huge 12/12 worth 24 damage. But it's just one critter. And the protection issue is irrelevant since it's both unblockable and shrouded.
Now, say you got the Entity instead, plus other four slivers. You pay 8, then you get 5 8/8 beasts. That's a whopping 80 unblockable damage. At the very least we're talking 2 dead players here.

Memnarch also gets silly with Harmonic Sliver (auto-include) and/or Mycosynth Lattice, which I run anyway for mana-fixing reasons. And if anybody gives you a hard time about your "tribal" deck, you can point out that Memnarch even looks like a Sliver! In any case, these cards give you the choice to either steal or destroy permanents at will... if you're into that sort of thing (Sliver-based board control).
What do you guys think of Possibility Storm as wrath protection? It protects against all types of wraths in the game by forcing the opponent into another spell.
