I would try to get a bit of redundancy for key slivers. I'd play Winged Sliver and the other Haste sliver as well. They are both very important slivers.
I am also a big fan of running Dual Lands as well, but understand if you don't want to make the investment. They just make the deck faster and run better.
Looks very nice though!

Took my deck out for a spin this past weekend. It was brutal! We decided to play 3v1 versus Slivers and they did not disappoint! Ended the game on turn 5 via aggro (dealt lethal to all three opposing players).
I love the fact that it's stayed true to the Slivers theme and gone heavy on that end. It did not disappoint at all - Played against Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and Gahiji. Honored One. Unfortunately I don't think it will be very welcome in my playgroup going forward haha... I'll have to find some fresh blood for the horde. ):

I was actually trying cutting some redundant slivers... I know evasion and haste are very important, but when I can use the Overlord to tutor for them, I don't know if increasing the chance of drawing them will really improve the deck. I think haste is nice, but not crucial to my gameplan. Flying IS crucial, but I already have some redundancy with Pulmonic Sliver for if Galerider Sliver is exiled. Could you elaborate a bit more on why you would add them?
Duals are obviously better than the shocklands or checklands I run at this moment, but their price is through the roof. That said, shocklands are almost as good, and in a 40-life format I almost never mind the lifeloss or the ETB tapped drawback. Maybe I will get them in a few years but for now this manabase will do.
The big key of duals is fetching. The new BFZ duals will be okay, but make it a bit harder to hit fast mana. I run a full set of shocklands and duals. Get's your 5 colors online really quickly.
The reason for redundancy is to have as many options of one gets exiled or stuck in graveyard. Having haste is important to have new slivers tap for mana or be able to attack right when you cast them. Can mean the difference between a lethal attack or eating a board wipe before you can win.

I think the deck can definitely function with Shocks/Fetches/Checks just fine. Sure duals would be ideal, but definitely not an essential part of any 5-color EDH deck.
@Pestifism - I think redundancy isn't as essential with the build you're going with. It's not hyper control so you don't need certain aspects quite a bit, it's not hyper combo so it's not like having a single piece removed or wanting to draw it fast is necessary... you have this medium balance where you can occasionally combo out, often aggro out, and overall be a part of every type of game makes it so you can run really whatever you want haha. (:
Having said that, I've always absolutely loved Firewake Sliver in the deck since it is a mana-sink/sac outlet and a haste enabler. The double duty he pulls is fantastic. I also run GSZ in my deck and he can be fetched with that so it's also nice on that front.
I'm not sure if I missed your answer earlier, but what is the main way you win when you play (or work towards as you're playing a game)?

Updated my list to the full 100 count with what I'm wanting. I haven't had a chance to test Bring to Light quite yet, but I'm not concerned! I'm sure it's going to be a fantastic tutor in this deck.
Demonic Tutor - I have the deck nearly foiled out. This would be an ideal inclusion, but the price tag is preventing it's inclusion. I have considered including it and then just eventually foiling it someday. Enlightened Tutor - If I was going cutthroat for combo, I would probably include this. Worldly Tutor - If I was going cutthroat for combo or playing 1v1, I would probably include this.
I still focus on winning the game via Sliver Horde instead of comboing out. If I did iclude a tutor, it would probably be Worldy Tutor since this goes along with that gameplan.
So, have you any problems with Overlord? I had overlord and then whole table was waiting till I cast him so each time, he just ate some removal. If not, I was using the same pattern over and over. Overlord --> Sliver Hivelord --> Crystalline Sliver. And then the rest. It started to be boring after a while. Having tutor on stick is cool, but it was the same each game. And also, I had big target on my head and most of the games were just archenemy.
Anyway, I swapped for Sliver Hivelord and I will try it. CHanged few spells, put every mass destruction I have and we will see how it will perform.

Sure, if you have a meta with a million board wipes, I can see Hivelord being value town. I love the hive doing what the hive does though - synergy and build upon each other. I built this deck for flavor just as much as I built the deck to be powerful. I won't sacrifice flavor for minute increases in power. Having said that, I haven't seen games play out exactly the same each game thus far. I tutor for different targets based on how my opponents are playing and ramping. If it looks like I'm getting THE start, I'll tutor for different things that build value instead of "Haha, I combo and kill you on turn 4 again!".
I know what you mean. Games do become predictable with Sliver Overlord as your Commander. I think Sliver Hivelord is a great addition to our sliver deck, due in great part to the aforementioned Hivelord-Crystalline Sliver combination.
However, as a Commander, the Hivelord simply cannot compete. For starters, Overlord is a 7/7 for 5 CMC (like Legion and Queen), whereas Hivelord is a 5/5 for 5 CMC. Then, Overlord gives you the ability to tutor any sliver you need for just 3 CMC.
Overlord is like a Swiss Army knife, giving you what you need whenever you need it. That kind of versatility is too good to overlook. His second ability is an added bonus, and becomes particularly powerful if you also play Amoeboid Changeling (which most Sliver Overlord EDH decks do).
By extension, Slivers are special in that they are a tribe that require little support (unlike Merfolk for instance, who require a lot of counterspells to prevent them from being out-tempoed by faster decks like Elves and Goblins). Slivers work best in large numbers and ideally as a one-of-each, since they all provide different abilities. The Commander format and Ovelord allow you to do just that.
So in my opinion, the more slivers the better. You don't need all those spells. Just a bit of mana-ramp and about ten cards that are a combination of removal, cantrip, counterspell and enchantments that take advantage of your swarm (be it Coat of Arms, Survival of the Fittest, Aggravated Assault, etc.). That is why I suspect, that by removing Overlord and adding tonnes of boardwipes, you're essentially taking away what makes Slivers great. They are strong in numbers. JPoJohnson has the right idea.
I just love slivers. They are my favourite. (:
I am missing a few of my lands that I've left out in St. Louis so my manabase is actually slightly different than ideal, but I'll put up pictures soon! I know I keep saying that, but I do need to get some up haha!

My two cents on Hivelord vs. Overlord: I have to agree with Ph0eniX. The fear factor of the Overlord is just too high. If you run him you definitely need to either buff him up with minions or have countermagic at hand to screen him. And yes, the game you can build around him means you eventually end up with a big bullseye on you. But, in my modest experience, he is the best commander if you want to build a mostly tribal sliver deck that actually stands a chance against monsters like the Mimeoplasm, Sharuum and Azusa. You could build a deck using the Queen instead, but it's going to be an entirely different business: given how insanely powerful a combo enabler she is, a powerful Queen deck could quite likely feature no slivers at all!
I made a what you said, cutthroat combo deck... It became a merciless machine of death, really, it destroys the table at turn 4-5...
The slivers got so strong on multiplayer I started using it only for duel commander xD, Overlord is a beast, I recommend this type of build only if you like having no friends or have a really strong meta that can answer you to play in xD.
Anyway from the legends, I really see a lot of potential for Sliver Legion, he is awesome for aggro strategies, actually he is much stronger then the Overlord if you are going full Aggro. Hivelord I think is ok and less repetitive, with some draw engines + board wipes he can do pretty well I guess.
I probably need to take my vial out. It's okay, but nothing spectacular. It's nice to drop all the 5 cost Legendary Slivers and not have them countered though.
Springleaf is very redundant and not a good include in my opinion since the mana slivers works for every creature, not just one.
Wild Pair was never very good for me.

Aether Vial worked wonders for me most of the time. Ended up swapping it out because better mechanics, but it screens against counter magic, buffs economy, and if nothing else it is also good removal bait if you need to have the enemy exhaust their answers.
Springleaf Drum... IDK. I used to run it on a Norin deck (nods at Gaka), but here it's kind of pointless IMO. When you have not one but two slivers that can turn your swarm into Birds of Paradise and Godoka knows how many non land mana sources...
Glad all of you picked up on Springleaf Drum. It was recommended to me by a friend, and it has quickly become my least favourite card in the deck. Will be removing it to put another sliver in. Which one would you guys recommend?
Wild Pair has been a staple in my deck for a long time, and that's why I have trouble letting it go. It is indeed removal bait, and it is too expensive for what it does (which is what convinced me to replace Wrath of God with Harsh Mercy in the first place). I'm finding it harder and harder to justify its spot in the deck.
Æther Vial I am still happy with. It can catalyse really explosive starts by allowing you to play an additional sliver when you don't have the mana for it and helps swarm the board, in addition to doing the things Crux has mentioned.
I dropped Harsh Mercy after like 2 games. Each player will keep their best creature and it won't make as much of an impact. If they are playing tribal it really won't make an impact.

I've always been a fan of Mirror Entity in the slivers deck. He's always a fun dump if you are hard pressed to avoid combo routes (and based on the fact that you run Might Sliver, it looks like you are semi-aggro on occassion).

*Enters The Hive* - Been following this thread for a while now, and have finally come to a finalized Overlord deck list Sliver Overlord was actually my first ever commander several years ago, but I was new to the format, had just gotten back into Magic, and I got steamrolled. I've been tinkering around with this for a while because I do not want a repeat of the past lol. Let me know what you all think
This is my Sliver Overlord deck :), it is a full combo deck, so I use the duel commander list, more for 1v1 deck, no Sol Ring and alike.
Also still missing original duals, but this is what I have so far.
It is really cutthroat Combo, so its not so friendly for the non-infinite combo tables.
I like in particular Xenagos, the Reveler. I always found his first ability appealing for a tribal deck, but it drew a lot of fire when I tested him in multiplayer environments, which is what I focus on. I suppose it must be a beast in 1v1.
What is your battle plan? I reckon a section dedicated to 1v1-only play is necessary. Your list would be a good place to start.
EDIT: I just realised I missed nykspree's list... I'm well and truly sorry. I'll give it a closer look once I get home
