Sheoldred is ridiculous if they don't have removal, isn't as broken as those two, and often bites removal so you can just Mimeoplasm and your opponent is left with no answer. Furthermore, with plenty of reanimation spells, Sheoldred gets retarded fast. You got to be careful with how aggressive you play her, though. Opponents will waste a board-wipe on just getting rid of Sheoldred.
I noticed you run Voidslime, but no other ways to prevent gy-hate. What do you think of..
I personally like Krosan Grip and Voidslime, because in an environment with less gy-hate than most, you can at least utilize these spells in other more broad ways then more narrow options.
I like Triskelion + Lord of Extinction + The Mimeoplasm, so it sucks Triskelion + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is an infinite combo. Triskelion + Lord of Extinction is already a really strong win con for my group, so they complain a ton about it on occasion. While Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is great support in Plan B, just playing out your dudes because of GY hate on the field, the fact that it's associated with such a win with another card I'd like to use really leaves me with a sour taste on my mouth. I guess if my group was a little more competitive, it wouldn't be a big deal. Heck, Mikaeus doesn't do a thing if your only creatures are Mikaeus and a Mimeoplasm, but still. Maybe I'll just stick to using Mikaeus in my Grimgrin and Olivia Voldaren decks. =/
Everytime I try to build a mill version of The Mimeoplasm, I end up just going back to the mill-myself, reanimator, good-stuff type versions like your's. All the mill everybody type builds I've come up with are way too clunky. I tried even utilizing a bunch of Innistrad block cards and stuff like Deep Spawn more recently...but it was WAY to clunky if i didn't draw an enabler or if I didn't draw enough lands after Mimeoplasm died and I'm stuck with a bunch of high cost dudes in my hand. Way too many big dudes with no way to bring them out fast enough.
One last thing, why no Vampiric Tutor? I know BUG decks can run a ridiculous amount of tutors and in decks that can utilize Beseech the Queen, I'd take Increasing Ambition over it anyday, but what about Vampiric?

Thanks for the reply.
For the Praetors, I'm still unsure about them so I'm doing some testing without them.
On topic of anti-graveyard hate, I just hate how most of them are so conditional. If there's no graveyard hate around I don't want to draw them.
Using the Mike + Trike combo does make me sad sometimes, but it's also an emergency button, especially in long games. The deck low on wincons so it's good to have an extremely reliable one.
Finally, for Vampiric Tutor, I would run one if I had it. Same reason I'm not running Damnation, Survival of the Fittest and Pernicious Deed. Not many traders around here have them and I don't have the spare cash to buy them right now.
What are people's opinions on Vedalken Orrery? I traded for a copy a couple days ago and I'm trying to decide if I should run it.
Also I was thinking that we really need a Mimeoplasm primer. I'm not up to writing one right now (maybe over the summer), but it would be really awesome if someone wanted to develop one where all of the Mimeoplasm players could come togther to talk about different builds and card choices.
Unfortunatley I traded it because I felt like I wasn't getting much use out of it. I can probably pick up another copy but I never really found much benefit from it without fetches.
After playing a few games with the Mikeaus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion combo, my playgroup and I have decided that it's not something that I should run in my deck. It's such an anticlimatic way to finish the game.
Because of this change, I'm looking for something new to replace these 2 cards as an alternative win condition to infecting with Skithiryx, the Blighy Dragon. I've somewhat patterned my list off of ISB's Jenara deck, so I basically need a creature or spell that can fill the role of Akroma in his build.
Lastly, any more comments on the changes I recently made would be appreciated.
As I said above, I decided the Mikeaus combo wasn't very fun, so I took and out and fit Sheoldred amd Thran Dynamo back in. I also felt a bit vulnerable against decks that rely on their generals without Spell Crumple and Hinder. The mana cost of All is Dust is just too high and it would be much more useful in my Mono Red deck.
Looking at the current state of my sweepers, I would really like Life's Finale to become Pernicious Deed if I can get ahold of one. I love the versatility of my other sweepers, from Living Death to Evacuation to Oblivion Stone. By the way, does anyone ever put fate counters on stuff with O-Stone?
If you really want to play Krosan Grip (personally I play Maelstrom Pulse over it just because of the versatility/token destruction) I would probably drop either Vedalken Orrery or Thran Dynamo:
Vedalken Orrery: doesn't help your board state and is a pretty bad top deck late game. It is cool and can be powerful if left unchecked or if you get a Seedborn to stick (super hard by the way), but it ultimately does very little to further your strategy. It is also far better in a more controlling deck (yours seems to be a bit more aggro control).
Thran Dynamo: a weird piece of ramp for this deck to begin with (lots of better things, especially in green), I think you can totally do without this, especially as it will most likely got destroyed by someone else's Krosan Grip

Thanks for the reply. I totally agree with you. Vedalken Orrery has never been that great and would be much better in my Omnath (which runs Seedborn Muse btw). I'll probably swap that for Krosan Grip.
I also agree that Thran Dynamo isn't the best ramp. Do you have a suggestion for something that could do the job better? I don't really want to buy Duals / Shocks to make Skyshroud Claim worthwhile.
Well because you run so many basics Explosive Vegetation would be good. Coalition Relic is also great. For something with a lower cmc try a simple Rampent Growth or Farseek. All of these are good and affordable options.
Decklist updated with the addition of Painlands as well as a few other changes. Fauna Shaman added back in until I can get a Survival of the Fittest. Any thoughts about including Dread Return? I feel like Sheoldred often doesn't even stick around to reanimate anything but I want to keep enough reanimation in my deck. The fact that Dread Return can potentially be used twice is cool, but I'm also wondering if I would be better off choosing a spell that cam target my opponents' graveyards to take advantage of Life's Finale.
I like dread return but ive seen people use dance of the dead and geth. Id recommend geth.
Dance of the Dead is okay, but I hate that you have to pay 1B every turn to untap it. I actually tried Geth, Lord of the Vault for a while and I wasn't too impressed, especially by the fact that he can only target opponents' graveyards. For one more mana I can get Sheoldred, Whispering One. If I had a few more sac outlets I would love to run Corpse Dance, but for right now the exile part is kind of annoying.
I would like to run a few more creatures to get up to about 25, but I'm not really sure what to add or take out. I just want to make sure I always have enough Birthing Pod, Skullclamp, and The Mimeoplasm targets.
random cards i think you should consider if you want a dredge type edh deck
hermit druid
dreamborn muse
necromancy
intuition
vision of beyond ( yes it is actually amazing in this deck if you go hard on the yard)
jace the mind sculptor
pernicious deed
sword of this and that seems good fire ic and feast famine probly best
How has Havengul Lich worked out for you ive been considering it since it has been spoiled.
I'm not a big fan of Kessig Cagebreakers because I don't usually dump tons of creatures into the yard. Also I can't really use the tokens for Pod since I don't have any 1 drop creatures. It's an interesting card but I don't think it really fits in here. I used to run the Wrexial / Mindleech type cards, but I've kind of leaned away from the mill aspect of the deck, makinh these not nearly as good.

Well I'm not really going for the Dredge / Mill theme, but I can still see the use for a few of these cards. In particular, Intuition, Pernicious Deed, and the Swords are things I really want to obtain. These are long term cards as I'm hesitant to invest all that money right now, but eventually I will acquire these sometime down the road.
What cards from the new set do you guys think would go well in here? Alchemist's Refuge is a great land is obviously Griselbrand is obscenely good in just about any deck, but what other cards are a bit more off the radar? I know my friend is going crazy over the potential of Deadeye Navigator in a blink / ETB type deck. There must be some hidden gems in this set.
I really want to run Primal Command, but I'm not sure what to cut. Anyone have any suggestions on what to swap out or whether I should add it at all? Exsanguinate is also a card I'm considering adding because I often find myself in a superior board position but too low on life to win. Suggestions about these or any other cards is appreciated.
Also Griselbrand will go in once I get one, assuming he doesn't get banned, of course.

Your list is very tight, so making cuts is hard. Exsanguinate in multiplayer is incredible. My cut choice would probably be Fact or Fiction.
Fact or Fiction is one of my favorite draw spells, especially in a graveyard oriented deck. I'm not saying that you're wrong in telling me to cut it, I would just like to hear your reasoning behind it.
Having both Kodama's Reach and Cultivate doesn't seem necessary at all.
Seems like a great place to make a cut and add something that has a different function.
(I'm a fan of redundancy if the spell is vital to my strategy, but only in terms of having similar effects built into different card types. Having 3 of the same thing to increase odds of drawing it isn't very sound math imo)
I often find instant speed to be vital. I run both Pulse and Beast Within, and I always value having Beast Within in my hand more than Pulse.
Exsanguinate has finally been added. I took Aeon-Phoenix's advice to cut Cultivate and figured I might as well just take out both and use Yavimaya Elder since it's much more recurrable and abusable with Birthing Pod, Skullclamp, etc. While it may not be actual ramp, it helps me hit all of my land drops and curve out well.
The lands are basically just a case of substituting out some decent lands for better ones. While Mystifying Maze is a solid card, I never got much use out of it because of the high activation cost. Alchemist's Refuge was an easy switch. As for Cavern of Souls, I'm trying it out to see if it's worth running, and I figured it will usually be better than a basic land.
I used to run Putrefax, but I've found Skithiryx to be much better. The fact that he flies, along with his regeneration and the fact that he lives past EOT allows him to kill one or more opponents more consistently.
The first change seems pretty easy to me. The second one I'm not sure about. It feels wrong to cut Diabolic Tutor but I feel like I have too many tutors, and Mystic Snake is very abusable in this deck.
EDIT: Every time I think about it I think of more ways to use him: Evacuation, Crystal Shard, Makeshift Mannequin, Mimic Vat, Havengul Lich.
