Yeah, I've been going back and forth on that one too. We should watch out not to stack up too much on cards that don't do something themselves though - I myself am running Panharmonicon, Sculpting Steel, Mimic Vat, and probably some others that I don't know from the top of my head.
But good call, I really like it, it deserves testing at least.

Any thoughts on Mirage Mirror? Extra cloning seems really nice to have.
Mirage Mirror is amazing. Pretty sure you could put that in almost any EDH deck and it would be welcome. People basically have to kill it if they want to play their game. Want to drop an eldrazi? Cool, for two mana I'll take one too and now mine attacks first since its not summoning sick. Avacyn and Obliterate? Sweet, I like indestructible too, good bye everyone else. Necropotence? Sure, I'll refill my hand for 2 mana. And I still get a draw step! Oh you dropped Gaea's Cradle or Cabal Coffers and Urborg? Sounds good to me, I got plenty of creatures and/or swamps too!
Basically all the broken things your opponents do because they aren't in mono-red you can fling right back in their face for 2 mana. And it works on our side too. Ogre battledriver, pandemonium, panharmonicon, etc. All the great ETB enablers are better doubled.
There's really only two things it doesn't do well.
It does not refire ETBs like a card like Clone or Sculpting Steel would. That's unfortunate but I think is more then made up for by its versatility since for 2 mana a turn it can keep being the worst thing on the board. At instant speed too.
It doesn't copy mana rocks. Well it can but that's its least effective use. I mean I guess it could copy a Gilded Lotus if you were strapped for one mana but its not really for copying rocks like sculpting steel is.
I can't imagine how this thing doesn't find a spot personally. To each their own but it is definitely going in my build.

Oh wait, that hits enchantments? Derp. Okay. That's pretty solid.

Yep, anything but planeswalkers basically (which makes sense since it would just instantly die lol). Lands will be a nice little trick at times too for sure. Some others could be snagging an instant marit lage token from someone trying to pull off Dark DepthsThespian's Stage as a nasty little surprise. Or copy someone's Glacial Chasm to get the benefit without the cumulative upkeep cost.
Aye, I haven't found many useful homes for the Vault. Works fine in an artifact deck that already untaps artifacts for shenanigans, but that 4 and the fact you can't control when you pay it is painful.
It's good in decks that can untap it. That's not us.
I'm very, VERY excited for Mirage Mirror it's going to be great in the deck.
I got to play the deck last night and managed to beat a Trostani life gain deck with Purphoros, Panharmonicon, Kiki-Jiki and Moggcatcher in play. And only barely. It was... a first. Had to do just over 100 total damage in two turns to wrap it up.
Really like Curse of Opulence. Norin can start generating mana for us T3 with that, plus we'll get artifacts for welding and mana from everyone else as well.
Oh my, I think I missed that. I really, really love it!

I play too many different creature types for Kindred Charge to be any good. They're mainly Gobbo's, but there's humans, Eldrazi, Myrs, Gremlins, Ogres... The CMC of 6 is too high I think.

Curse of Opulence - This card is a solid mana and artifact producer that we can trigger with Norin or disposable tokens.
Disrupt Decorum - Cool card. Might have a good wishboard role, or even mainboard in the right meta.
Kindred Charge - Sideboard card at best for me, but the tribal-centric or looser builds can eat it up.
Shifting Shadow - It is a fun, interesting card, but it is probably not quite worth it, unfortunately. Some flips would be amazing, some sacrifices would suck.

Our creatures are mostly about the ETB. This might be worth considering. It's kind of like red's form of Phyrexian Arena and I think it fits pretty well with the deck honestly. Is there really a creature in the deck we wouldn't trade for more card advantage? Because that's essentially what this is for us with all the ETB effects this can pop.

I think it's too likely to hit a scenario where it attaches to something that we don't have the resources to use effectively. Maybe not though. I suppose it's worth testing.
Well, it's quite easy and straightforward: It made me lots of mana.
I used it on the guy playing with Ur-Dragon.
Both because his big dragons were the biggest threat to me and because he could make the best use of the mana itself.
Norin, without a trace of fear, kept charging into the dragons!
I even used Pandemonium and Flametongue Kavu to hurt an Ur-Dragon and then Norin got the kill. Twice in one game
He is now known as Norin the Dragonslayer.
Nor for Ixalan! That set is entertaining.
It's mostly because I think a pirate-theme is more fun than Goblins. Rowdy Crew could be a good inclusion, it's really strong and nets some cards. The problem is with it being random. Conqueror's Galleon shouldn't be that hard to flip and with Squee in the deck this could become: 2, T: Draw a card. Thaumatic Compass also peeks my interest.
Pretty sure Gorilla Shaman can't touch the Myr tokens — "target non-creature artifact" and whatnot.
Also, even the OP that hasn't been updated in a while runs a few pieces of artifact destruction in the form of Manic Vandal, Tuktuk Scrapper, and Shattering Spree. Some folks run Vandalblast, I think. Norin tends to favor ETB triggers on its creatures, but if you really wanted an activated ability on a creature, I'd probably prefer Viashino Heretic since it can target artifact creatures. Also it deals damage, and it does so whether the artifact was destroyed or not.
Captain Lannery Storm - I've been theorycrafting (read: pondering) the idea of a Norin build with a Legendaries focus. This card would fit in that very well. In my regular, ever-tightening build, I'm not feeling it.
Rowdy Crew - 4 mana + at random + no other significant benefit? Really? No.
Sunbird's Invocation - I kinda want to test this card. It probably doesn't do enough, but I like this sort of effect, despite the mana cost. The mana cost is pretty damn high, though. We'll see.
Vance's Blasting Cannons - Again, the mana cost bothers me, but the card itself is very good. I think the damage being targeted rather than each opponent pushes this out of the inclusion range…
Dowsing Dagger - Tempted to test it, though it's SO awkward.
But good call, I really like it, it deserves testing at least.
Where do we think it stands as opposed to Sculpting Steel?
I prefer Sculpting Steel...
Thoughts on Firebrand Archer?

EDIT: I do like Heirloom Blade though. It's quite easy to kill or sac our own creatures, random enough to be surprising and will for sure give some card advantage. Also, Norin himself will give us Feldon of the Third Path, Pia and Kiran Nalaar or Zealous Conscripts - which are all pretty nice.

Purphoros would be fine; he either cheats out another thing for free since he can't be destroyed, or the enchantment falls off.
Kiki would suck, though.

The Galleon is pretty hard to crew without a win-more state of affairs.
Mr. Stealypants is a thought, though. Very mana intensive.
