I have been playing rebels online for nearly 2 years. It's nice to see an ongoing rebel discussion. I was playing a game when someone asked if my deck was based of ISBpathfinder. I said no, but inquired more into who that individual is. I'm glad to finally see his work. It's hard to find rebel creativity (most just play the combo). I tend to play an artifact/enchantment driven style. They can provide an ongoing impact on the board. The deck is much more of a toolbox deck requiring specific moments of interaction. The attachment below has my list. Please let me know your thoughts. I can answer any question about why a card was chosen. Also, my online name is NO_Pride
I keep forgetting that I'm subscribed to this thread, and that I still have Lin Sivvi sleeved up. I should start bringing her to the shop more often. My build has turned into a more Equipment-heavy strategy (since you're never hurting for bodies to strap a Sword to.) I'll post it once I find out where I put it.

You seem a bit heavier on spot removal which is interesting. What do you tend to find yourself using most of it on as I ended up cutting more of my spot removal because I rarely needed it for defending myself. I contemplated it still for utility creature removal but it seemed like a lower priority for a mono white deck to deal with.
Starfield of Nyx also looks.... a little iffy to me. Mostly just based on your actual enchantment count. I would rather see some other card personally just given your count. Plus, gravehate with the low numbers could easily make that a dead card.
Oblivion Ring / Grasp of Fate I have long since stopped playing Oblivion Ring effects because of mass non land sweeper effects being too painful when using these removal effects. I just cant really stand behind these effects because of how bad they backfire in random sweepers.
Academy Rector it seems a bit odd given the lack of sac outlets.
Overall, it looks like a fun list. I have personally been struggling more with how to defend and overcome token decks of late though to be honest so the heavy spot removal approach is a little interesting and odd to me. I would be interested to hear more about what sort of tactics usually end up taking you out when you do lose games. For me its probably 70% tokens and occasionally just super wrath happy decks making me have a slow recovery.

I would love to see your list if you get a chance. I have been working on rehashing the equipment list lately and I even put in for a few more commissions to be done mid last week. Nothing big but I felt it would push me to play this deck more which seems like a fun thing to push for now and then. I will see if I cant get a list back together as I have been playing with the equipment build more but I haven't quite found one I have solidified yet.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Hello,
The deck is quite political at heart. Its base assumption is that white should not have an answer for everything in a game. I find that Sivvi is at her best when she can slowly advance her board state rather than respond to the entire board. Spot removal works best as a political move often taking the target off yourself.
Nyx is my pet card. I know it is not that good. But the feeling you get when you can recur parallax wave is almost too tempting to give up. I know it should have gone a while ago.
Oblivion ring should go also. I like your logic. I have liked Grasp of fate. What might you suggest in it’s place?
Rector is a moat. Rarely will someone attack into it.
I often lose to board wraths clearing artifacts, enchantments, and creatures. The deck can play the long game. Powerful GY strategies can also give my deck a hard time. I often lose to sheer power on the other end (6+ drops, combo’s going off). Rarely do I die do token or creature swarm decks out of nowhere.
James

As for being political, it absolutely is. Rebels have a lot of strong defensive utility that usually can deter being hit or reducing what it is hit for. The catch is you usually want opponents to not attack you at all and instead attack each other because its challenging to kill everyone at a table with rebels. Responding to threats and wraths often take up a lot of our tempo and mana as well. We usually have one or two strong responses in a turn but if we get attacked from one player and wrathed from another in the same turn its challenging. In my mind one of the best ways for rebels to function is a deck that is hard to attack and hopefully opponents are ok with killing each other over attacking you.
As for a replacement for Oblivion Rings, you might consider Distorting Lens. It might sound like an odd suggestion but it combines very nicely with Lightbringer / Lawbringer to give you exile removal for anything. Normally speaking I wouldn't suggest such a card but given the easy access we have to all of the cards it enables it seems somewhat strong. It is also very funny against or in conjunction with swords of X and Y because you can change the color of the sword to a color it protects against and suddenly swords just fall off creatures or change the colors of creatures to blank blocks. To be totally honest I feel like you are a little heavy on your spot removal given how hard pressed mono white is for card draw running too much spot removal is potentially a problem for mono white.
Losses - I dont have much to add that would be that useful. I usually dont have problems with single threats but if you opponents are doing mass rez in the late game you might consider more graveyard hate. There seems to be enough graveyard hate in my meta as it stands that I dont have to worry much about that but token based overrun tactics are challenging so I have been gearing up more to defend from one turn kill effects. If your opponents are doing infinite combo wins on you I dont have much for that as mono white is really kind of weak to such tactics. Spot removal as well as some cast restrictions such as Rule of Law may keep them from comboing cards together. In general I have very little issue with random creatures beating in with this deck so it really generally takes a swarm of creatures to get past or for someone to just Exsanguinate for 40+ / infinite comboing generally speaking.
I have been toying a little more with the equipment build. I came back to revisit my last build and adjust it a little. It had some interesting adjustments to it given that its not a token tactic. Mirror Entity feels a little awkward without being a token focused deck now but it might still be viable with a few beaters suddenly turning into big creatures and going in for damage.
I kept a couple of the token cards because they're basically a two-card combo with Mirror Entity, which the deck has ready access to. I think Decree of Justice might be on its way out, though - it's just a little too slow. I'd like to replace it with a Stonehewer Giant if I can find one.
Gideon Jura is nice when I'm trying to press the issue and force people into attacking into a web of Rebels.
A few questions Wyvern. I like the hellkite. Did not think of that myself. I found in my version the less rebels the better. Each one needs to serve a specific purpose. Enternal dragon I found was worse than a basic land.
1. How has comeuppance been treating you?
2. Do you ever feel like you are short on GY removal?
3. How has caged sun and gauntlet of power been working out for you?

1. Comeuppance is surprisingly good here because you can sit on untapped lands during your opponents' turns, and they will think you're just leaving it up to search for Rebels at EOT. It did rot in my hand against a BW Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim player that didn't win in the red zone, so I wouldn't recommend it if you've got a lot of decks in your meta that stay out of combat.
2. I like Tormod's Crypt because it's cheap as free, can loop with Trading Post, and can be fetched by Enlightened Tutor in a pinch. I haven't really been exposed by graveyard strategies so much that I want more yard hate. It helps that a couple of my wraths are tucks.
3. Big mana has gotten less important in light of my recent shift to an equipment-heavy build, so I could probably cut one of the two Mana Flares in the deck. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Another random point for your equipment build WyvernSlayer, Secure the Wastes is going to be more powerful than White Sun's Zenith when it comes to token count for the mana especially if you ware planning on using it with Mirror Entity.

Galspanic just shared the finished product with me. I am looking forward to getting my hands on them. The queen is a new add for my equipment build where I look forward to having just a reasonable sized creature I can attack and defend with.

I played 2 games of rebels last night. Sadly they were terrible examples of games.
Game 1: I think I was third and overall I had a decent setup with Land Tax. The person in front of me happened to have been Krenko, Mob Boss who got a stupid start. He opened with a Goblin Lackey as well as a few other low cost goblins including a Foundry Street Denizen. He swings in and gets a Goblin Warchief on his turn 3 from his Lackey resulting in Krenko that turn who can make 4 tokens right then and there. His turn 4 he drops a Siege-Gang Commander and makes 12 more tokens from krenko. I talk him out of outright killing me as I only finished my turn 3 but he swings for 20 on me still and swings the Denizen at someone else. I now have the option of casting comeuppance but I am at 20 and he can generate 20 guys a turn next turn so really..... its no answer to this problem and we all essentially die on turn 5/6 so we all scoop.
Game 2: I fumble my lands past 3 but I happen to have a Sword of the Animist so I make my land drop each turn off of that which I tutored with Stoneforge Mystic. I generate some decent value and just keep myself in the game but unfortunately this time Titania, Protector of Argoth goes from like his commander and a token to 6 tokens in a turn on like turn 7 as well as giving mass haste + Overwhelming Stampede for 80+ damage and we scoop because honestly we were not going to live.
So..... 2 short games both ended quickly by token decks. Now you can see why I wanted to redesign with token hate lol.
