Yea this has always been my problem with Insideous dreams everyplayer in my meta plays counterspells ... Everyone has FoW even with a nearly gaureteed auto win off an in play Damia it had kicked walk the Aeons syndrome for me when it gets countered its like getting your ideas unbound gets Spell Snared after casting doomsday in DDFT ... Your dead . In a less counter heavy meta is run it all day its better than gifts ungiven if You pile a Brainstorm on top I envy your Abilty to run such a good card
It does vary in quality quite a bit depending on the group. I know when I play it on MTGO I can do stupid things like pitch my hand for 5 cards + Wheel of Fortune because most of the time I don't have to worry about counters there. In my own meta I have to be fair with it but it's still a fine card.

Would you guys consider windfall better than tolarian winds? I seems like ditching a hand to put windfall on top followed by a lot of cards more powerful than pitching my hand and trying to get something better. Just dislike how it can't be cast end of turn and for extra mana.

Hey guys so I've actually moved on from commander on to 60 card decks so I don't have any commander decks.
Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)
(Puking mana > windfall ) > ( puking mana > winds )
( pukkng mana > time twister ) pretty good too XD.
Ummmmm....what?

Windfall is better becuase you can empty your hand use it as draw to refill and pitch to reanimate
Seems like it would be better. Just hesitant to have an opponent draw grave hate.

I like what MCR did in his thread with the practice runs so I did my own. I made 25 practice hands (not diligent enough to do 100) and based off what I saw I could determine when I would get a thread out.
Threats being things like Jin, Sheoldred, Vorniclex, Sylvan Primordial, and other things that make opponents sad.
Out of 25 games I mulliganed (Partial Paris) 26 times.
44% of the hands were missing a piece to reanimate.
8% of hands were just plain bad with one taking up to turn 6 to reanimate a threat.
However I had 14 games (56%) where I either had a way to get what I wanted or a way to pitch a fatty quickly.
On average there was a threat on the table on turn 3.
5 Cases of turn 2 threat. (Most of which because of Entomb)
1 Case of turn 6 threat.
2 Cases of getting two huge threats out with Victimize
MVPS: Entomb-Easily the best card to see opening hand Vampiric tutor and Demonic tutor- 2nd best. Always tutoring a way to insure that I can reanimate quickly. Bazaar of Baghdad- Easy way to both draw reanimate and discard threats. Flash-Putting in Woodfall Primus on turn 2 and dumping primordial in the graveyard for quick reanimation. Sylvan Library-Both cases of missing a color were fixed by this. Survival of the fittest-Turn two Survival meant a turn three threat. viscera seer-Cycled through a lot of useless cards to get me what I wanted. Victimize-Getting both Jin and sheoldred out is worth the wait.
Any more suggestions from you guys?

If there is anything I've learned from playing legacy is that if you're deck is blue you play brainstorm and jace, the mind sculptor
Do you agree for edh? I put both of them in and so far they seem good but I wonder just how much of an impact they will actually have.

I'll respond more in length to your decklist when I get the chance, but let me comment on JTMS - it's not good enough. At 4CMC, the most you're going to get out of him is a Brainstorm. You'd be lucky to let him live one turn, of which you would have paid 4 mana for two Brainstorms. He doesn't really aid the deck in any way, and his impact is comparable to a tickle in multiplayer.
Brainstorm on the other hand does work. While I don't like it nearly as much as Ponder or Preordain, it does get the job done since we run so many shuffle effects.

That makes sense.
I'm going to test him out in a few games and if he doesn't impact I'll switch him with Impulse or something like that.

Just wondering how good is your playgroup compared to this deck? And can you kill multiple people in one turn? And what percent of games do you think you win usually?

My playgroup has some real brutal decks and this one is considered top tier.
I can kill everyone quickly if I combo out with lich, infinite mana, and kuksho.
Usually I can reanimate Jin on turn 3 and from there if no one can answer I am promised to win.

After testing a bit I see that Jace isn't as good as I'd like.
Usually dies after one brainstorm unless I'm in the clear lead. Thing is...I'm already at such an advantage that Jace on my side doesn't matter at all.
Suggestions for a replacement?

What do you think about corpse dance with a sac outlet?
Hesitant. It's 5 mana to reuse it. Higher than the rest of the reanimation spells and it needs a sac outlet to work it out. Don't think it's worth it honestly.

What is your purpose for running Jace? Are you using him for Brainstorm or removal? If for Brainstorm, consider other cantrips such as Impulse.

Well he answers Scavenging ooze pretty easy. While I have no problem getting a threat out before ooze can be an issue it sometimes needs to GTFO.
Brainstorm is a bonus but I'm thinking of adding more digging with impulse, ponder, and preordain.
(Yes I looked at your deck :P)

There are a ton more, and they're all more situationally useful than Jace. If someone has a card like Scavenging Ooze out, I'm content just sitting back and waiting it out.

Beast and pulse are probably the best answers considering they also take out leyline and other artifacts.

Fun story:
I had Sheoldred, Jin, and Primordial on the field and in such a lead that it doesn't matter at all anymore.
I play Jace and the table is like "As if you weren't winning enough already"
He does NOTHING for the entire game.
So....I'll miss you buddy. But you're a legacy thing. Not an edh thing. I'm sorry chum.

Somehow ended up trading for a Gaea's cradle today.
How valuable would this be in this kind of build?
I don't see it as more than 2-3 mana ever and early game where I need mana I rarely have more than one creature out.

Cradle seems really bad. It won't make early mana and definitely not more then a forest and it doesn't pay off later for more then 2-3 mana max. When a doom blade can knock you off mana it seems bad as well

lol, there are so many things in BUG that answer Scavenging Ooze on a more efficient level. If you're looking for removal, try any of the following:

Maelstrom Pulse
Shriekmaw
Cyclonic Rift
