I actually had no idea you could tidespout infinite with chron and an enchantment reanimation. That's pretty interesting and gives him more room for testing as well. I haven't loved him in the past since the bounce trigger later is useless and the more players around the less good I find it. I would love to love the card though but as it stands I've been underwhelmed a few times.

Hey guys so I've actually moved on from commander on to 60 card decks so I don't have any commander decks.
Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)
You need another permanent as well to loop the two of them, which makes the combo less likely to happen. But it his indeed interesting.
That's true but with tons of low cmc things then it shouldn't be an issue.

If I don't have Bazaar or cycle lands in my build, is LftL still worth a spot for the fetches and occasional dredge by themselves? With only a couple handful of games under my belt so far I haven't really felt like I needed it when I drew it and the dredge feature seems just ok compared to drawing a new card. Especially since our creature count is already low
I really like it with full fetches, bazaar, and colosseum. Its also good when you have reanimation and no creatures in yard. Also fuels Tasigur so it's multiuse in that regard but without the full land package it may be too slow. I also run only 29 lands so it's more useful in that regard as well

What did you think of the new BUG+white commander that was spoiled today?
Fantasic card but not for reanimator.
Excited to see how abused it is in a stax, infect, voltron decks. I may be trying it out in the future as well

I want to discuss Breya, Etherium Shaper. Both her and Tasigur win the game with infinite mana and she doesn't need extra cards to kill.
There are a few things to note.
Losing green means no birds, deathrite, or carpet so more early ramp is needed.
Survival, loam, safekeeper, deed, evolution claim, Terastdon would all be lost as well.
Gains would include Iona, loyal retainers, sun titan, Elesh norn, ashen rider, Dack fayden, faithless looting, izzet charm, worldgorger, and probably more.
With 2 Infinite outlets and lab man still in we may be able to do faster wins but without kills it would be more glass cannon unless we add even more kill spells like unmaking, vindicate, swords.
I'm leaning towards staying with Tasigur but curious what others may think.

I think that green's at the core. It's great she wins with infinite, but 4 colored mana is awkward and we'd be losing some key pieces and in the process switch to focusing infinite mana. Without survival, safekeeper, the higher redundancy of early ramp, and that new coolio EE combo with Tas, I think whatever you'd end up with wouldn't run smoothly like this, and that aspect would be a bag of tricks or just stream lined to win, like Living Death to hit an infinite mana combo. I'm gambling this last one is reanimator, I doubt it'll be better but we'll have to wait and see.
I just bought the deck so obviously I'm biased to stick with BUG, but just within the first couple weeks of playing it the utility provided by green has been very clutch for the grindier games. IT'S obviously the support color to the UB core, but the cards we get from it seem much better than moving to red/white without it.
It may also be easy to forget how awesome delve on a commander is too, there's plenty of games that feel like I'm playing tasigur control rather than reanimator based on my hand and he grinds away like a machine in those moments.
Besides, how could you ever bring yourself to change the commander of a deck you've worked so long on.... Oh, wait.. lol
Edit:
One last thing I'll say about Tas is the versatility I've noticed within this list so far.
I played 3 games last night against a Riku deck that was prepped for 1v1, regardless of the match up here, each victory was completely different.
Game one I played a control deck, reactive answers in to an early Tasigur with Seedborn Muse allowed me to sculpt my grave yard, recurring spells every turn with Tasigur and hitting for Commander damage until he scooped to the obvious board state.
Game two I played a combo deck, my hand gave me tutors and permission spells as well as buried alive. I never used a counter unless I was protecting my set-up and eventually used Victimize on Tasigur to combo off on turn five with force back up.
Game three I played an aggro deck. turn 2 tutor for a loot spell, turn 3 mana crypt, pitch Terastodon and Deadeye, reanimate Terastodon destroying the only 3 permanents he had, next turn reanimate Deadeye and soulbound to keep him off any lands. Toxic Deluge away the tokens, cast tasigur and beat in.
Obviously these are familiar to you veterans of the deck, I just thought it was cool that in three games I got to play control, combo, and aggro with the same deck and I feel like this Commander facilitates that aspect of the build quite well. it's not glass cannon, it's resilient and versatile.
Breya is very interesting. I feel that she will end up being stronger than Tasigur because of the Worldgorger combo.
Your turn 1 Entomb, Turn 2 Animate Dead wins the game if another creature is in any Gv.
Gaining another loot spell (Faithless) and Dack will only make things flow easier. If you were to go this route, then I would definitely add Mox Diamond and Chrome Mox. Weathered Wayfearer could replace Birds aswell.
Sylvan Safekeeper can easily be replaced by Mother of Runes if you still want the protection.
Lastly, Red gives us Kiki. Thoughts about running Kiki combos? Maybe with Restoration Angel/Pestermite? I'll definitely look more into this, but if we were to go the Breya Route than I think it would be best to cut Lab Man combo.

Curious why you think it's gonna be stronger.
Worldgorger is strong but somewhat fragile, sure with counters and if done early it could be fine but you also need something in the yard. Never played with the combo so I don't know much about it. As far as commanders go Tasigur is better as a creature since he's a one mana 4/5 every time and the abilities are relevant without needing to go infinite.
I already run ring, crypt, diamond, and chrome so I'd like to add a few more if there is a switch, wayfair is sweet but wanting a bit more as well.
I disagree about mother of runes. Being able to only save one thing and not in the same turn is so much weaker. Safekeeper is in a league of his own as far as protection goes in here.
Also I like the kiki combo, sneak attack would be great in the deck and adding Imperial recruiter -> Kiki -> Pestermite could be another sweet combo.

Oh man, it's been awhile since I played your Sultai reanimator. Didn't know you added Moxs and Morbid!
I played a bit of 5c Worldgorger and it was decent, but now we have a commander that wins with infinite mana and fits the colors.
I think Breya might be stronger than Tasigur if we choose to optimize Worldgorger combo over Palin/Deadeye. Currently we want to generate infinite mana with Palin/Deadeye (Both of which are dead cards). Which means if we run Worldgorger we gain a cardslot. Worldgorger can kill much earlier (T1/2/3) and if you can't kill early, then just play your mid range / Jin plan. I think Breya could work, but would take a ton of tuning.
My current thinking is to run Worldgorger, Kiki + Pestermite/Restoration Angel, and Jin as the main reanimation targets.
I'm working on Breya now and should have a list sometime tomorrow.
I like the idea of Sneak attack giving a kill with Recruiter so I don't like resto on the build since like you said it's a dead card by itself. Kiki himself seems fairly meh outside of combo too but the lower cmc is relevant. I'm currently testing the list I have and can goldfish kills turn 3/5. Need to go for worldgorger more often since the deck is a lot different than Tasigur.
My concern is sometimes we have hands that just lose if certain cards are messed with and we have better defense in the BUG build espcially with Tasigur and without that the deck folds to more things so I'm more hesistant in at least my own meta. I'd love to test it out for a few weeks but of course that price tag isn't appealing either
Anyway I will likely give this more testing before commiting on at least trying out. Still not convinced that it's better than Tasigur but I've always wanted to try out white/red reanimator.

I feel that Grixis and Sultai are the best shards for reanimator, and since Breya means leaving green behind it makes sense to look at it as Grixis plus white. So what does white give to Grixis?
Unburial Rites -> Nice but expensive aaand we we're looking into cutting reanimation spells
Spot removal -> Green has decent options in this regard, Grixis can get by relying on bounce
Loyal Retainers -> not so good without Survival
Elesh -> Nice, but not mandatory because we have Leviathan
Iona -> I can see naming White in my group due to Abzan, Esper and Mardu decks to get it Submerged by Edric
Ashen Rider -> Nice but it's basically just removal.
When I tried Grixis reanimator I liked the wheels+Thief and Kiki/Exarch as finishers. Getting acess to Kiki combo is cool because it can be used in a way that ignores gravehate but it isn't a plus in Breya because she isn't required for that kill.
Because of all this I would prefer to add red/white to bug or white/green to grixis.
But Breya has potential that comes mainly as an outlet for the Dragon combo, which grixis or 5 color lacks.
She could be viable so I will try to give it a test.
Been doing some testing.
Cut imperial/kiki combo since it's mana intensive and our best bet was doing it via sneak attack. One massive problem was we needed 3 red to do that and red is the weakest color in the deck.
Sire of insanity was cut also since Jin is always better and if you have the choice I see no point to go for him. Which is a shame since I love the card. Currently at 102/03 cards and will likely have a full list when she comes out and give it a whirl for a few weeks.
In other news my friend and I are taking our reanimator builds to a 2HG tourney on the 12th.
Will have reports afterwords.
Karador and Tasigur are some of the biggest threats in the area and I am ready to dominate

Played Breya a little bit and didn't like that you need access to the whole 4 colors to be able to use her as a sink. It's cool that she can put herself in the grave to stop the loop but it forces you to cast her.
Also, had a game where I could go infinite but someone had the white Leyline so I couldn't kill him, which Tasigur gets around by drawing our whole library.
Excavation seems interesting, but I think I rather have Windfall as it also disrupts everyone else, can gain card advantage and combos with Notion Thief.
Yeah I've had that issue actually a few times where I was short a color for one thing or another. And against Stax or land denial forget about it. I've also had plenty of cases where I want Tasigur out turn 2/3 because reanimation isn't happening and have to settle on breya 2 turns later. I'm highly debating on actually testing her at all after some.games yesterday. Don't get me wrong, she is clearly good but Tasigur is likely better for reanimator.
As far as windfall vs exavation goes the only con is it's 1 mana more
Choosing what you discard and at instant speed makes it way better than windfall, but then again I don't use notion thief in here.
