Also, I'm not sure how far down this road we want to go with Detective Jace's emblem. What you guys are proposing Superfriends STAX, which while a great fit because Planeswalkers get around most STAX abilities once on the field, I dunno how fun it'd be to lock the board down or how much deck space we have to lock the board down outside of our standard Obliterate effects.
I guess it's meta specific, and how comfortable you are with that level of control/denial. I don't think it's an issue but others may hate to play against it, in most situations, PW decks are nefarious for being control heavy and generally not fun to play against. If you already run Venser, Karn and Nickleback then, I would say that your generally around that heavy removal level so stax isn't that far off.
Venser's emblem kinda wins by flicking lands if you haven't Obliterated or Jokulhaupsed already so, in tandem with Inspector (Jace) Gadget's emblem you can pretty easily get into stax. That's kinda ghastly though. But if you already rip the above mass board clear effects then your at that threshold of unfriendly play. I would reserve the deck, or stax idea, for other people's best decks and not so much for playing casually at your LGS's EDH night.
Woah woah woah, hold up. Why no Call the Gatewatch ? It seems perfect in a deck like this.
Being in 5 color gives us access to much better tutors (ex. Demonic Tutor). While flavorfully a win, Call ends up being more narrow than it seems upon first glance.
it's a three mana sorcery that can only tutor about 20% of our deck. It can't get Doubling Season or a board wipe or even a land. For one less mana, I can Demonic TutorANY card I want. Vampiric Tutor is cheaper and instant speed and still tutors anything.
That being said, it could definitely be used in a budget version of the deck. It's not a bad card - there are just better options.
Finally got new Jace and added him. I'm looking forward to testing him out. I pulled Sarkhan because they accomplished similar thing, but the scry helps reduce dead draws and the ult is something I might actually want vs. Sarkhan's, which did nothing in this deck (still keeping Sarkhan in Scion of the Ur-Dragon, though).
I have found this deck to be exceptionally fun myself, the deck I'm currently running isn't budget though.
The main Differences I can see between our two decks are my version runs both Oath of Nissa and Oath of Jace these cards are fantastic at making a potentially bad hands keepable. and because of the mana fixing and them both replacing themselves they are bad late game either especially if you start scrying 4, 5, or 6 cards a turn with Jace's oath.
Some of these may have already been mentioned in previous comments but Gilder Bairn is incredibly ridiculous. My favorite combo in my deck is Rings of Brighthearth, Basalt Monolith, Strionic Resonator, and Voltaic Key. If you have all of these cards on the field at the same time you effectively have; 0: copy any activated or triggered ability as many times as you want this turn. Another fantastic combo is Tezzeret the seeker, the Chain Veil, Gilded Lotus, and Ral Zarek plus any land. This effectively translates into; 0: you get infinite activations of any planewalker abilities you control this turn.
Something i think is interesting to Dabble with using all of the proliferation effects with Myojin of Seeing Winds, Myojin of Night's Reach, and Myojin of Cleansing Fire. These are great options for repeatable ways of board wrath, draw power, and hand disruption. I also run That Which was Taken if i have them in play without any divinity counters, plus its also a great way of making high value targets indestructible.

Oath of Nissa nearly made it in my build, but I couldn't find anything I wanted to cut for it. Oath of Jace I'm not sure I like - sure, it's good if I already have planeswalkers, but if I don't it doesn't do much. It feels very win-more to me.
How do you usually tap Gilder Bairn? By attacking? It seems like he wouldn't live long. If you're using planeswalker tap abilities, I would think it might be better to use those against opponents. I've always wanted to make him work, but it never seemed good enough.
The combos are cool, but man, do they require a lot of cards out at the same time.
And I used to run Myojin of Cleansing Fire for a repeatable wrath, but I cut it almost two years ago because of the exorbitant mana cost, and I've never missed it since.
I think the biggest problem with a deck like this is that there are so many cards that would be awesome to run, but we're capped at 100. There's always the opportunity cost to consider - "If I run this card, I have to take out something else."
Has someone already suggested Brago, King Eternal? He resets walkers to their starting loyality, gives them an extra trigger per round and can reset mana rocks.

I apologize for my English, it's not my main language.
Brago is also great in that you can play planeswalkers before you get Doubling Season online meaning that you can insta-ult after you play the 'walker.

Brago is a good way to reset planeswalkers, as well as a good way to activate them twice in one turn. I may be building a more creature friendly "cheater" version soon (running more things like Maelstrom Wanderer, Narset, Enlightened Master, and Maelstrom Archangel and less board wipes). Brago would be a perfect addition for that build.
I'm currently switching all of my decks to a Commander "cube" (all cards in matching sleeves, re-assemble decks at will with decklists). This allows me to carry less cards (I usually have around 24 decks on me), unload valuable duplicates, acquire cards I don't have a copy of, and be able to shake things up by running variations of each deck. So, yes, I could easily do a cheater version or a sliver version but then quickly revert back to the build I've always loved. So far, it has already allowed me to trade for Yawgmoth's Will, so in Superfriends it goes.

So this week Superfriends pulled a narrow yet epic win. My opponents got me down to 1 life. I couldn't crack the fetch land in play, and it made no sense to play the other two in hand. I was facing too many creatures, and even Humility wouldn't have saved me (it, too, was in hand). I used Decree of Pain to clear the board and refill my hand while Academy Rector tutored out Doubling Season. Venser and Chain Veil were already in play, so I got his emblem, cast Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, exiling the token left behind by Thragtusk, plused Jace to dig for an answer, and then got his emblem. I survived a round still at 1 life, dug deeper, cast Teferi and Garruk Wildspeaker, plused them, activated Chain Veil, and then got Teferi's emblem and two beasts (thanks to Doubling Season). During each player's turn, I cranked out two more beasts, at which point I had lethal on the board for any player and was hampering their ability to respond, thanks to Jace. I won, still at 1 life. I love Superfriends.
Been wanting to post on here for a while. First off, thank you. This post, your deck, and the grading scale of walkers and cards has been amazingly helpful in building my own, which has quickly become my favorite of my EDH decks. Superfriends is a blast.
That said, the new Tamiyo spoiled today looks BONKERS for Superfriends.
Tamiyo, Field Researcher 1GWU
Planeswalker - Tamiyo
Mythic Rare
+1: Choose up to two target creatures. Until your next turn, whenever either of those creatures deals combat damage, you draw a card.
-2: Tap up to two target nonland permanents. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step.
-7: Draw three cards. You get an emblem with "You may cost nonland cards from your hand without paying their mana costs."
4 starting loyalty
Attached an image of her as well.
So I'm not a total freeloader, I am also putting up my deck list here for my super friends, in case it helps anyone. I think I will be swapping out Arlinn/Flip Garruk for Tamiyo, both if the new Liliana is good for the deck.

The commander is Sliver Queen of course :).
decklist
Nice list. Similar shell with some very distinct differences in card choice.
As for Tamiyo - it annoys me that Wizards is so dead set on keeping Jace as the only mono-blue walker, but I do love new Tamiyo's abilities. The plus can be used on our own tokens or on an opponents' creatures to either draw or to discourage an attack. The minus is an ok frost ability. But the ult is awesome. Immediate card advantage and an untouchable Omniscience. And the icing on the cake is the fact that she passes the Doubling Season test - you can play her, ult her, and she still survives! I will be getting a copy and trying her out. I'll probably cut Vraska to make a slot.
I run Omniscience because the new Tamiyo's abilities are centered around creatures, excluding the last ability. I play one creature Academy Rector other than Progenitus (Commander) in my superfriends build, so there are definitely restrictions to playing walkers in my deck. I still haven't found a spot for the new Sorin.

And then suddenly, I realized that Venser, the Sojourner could find a place in the deck again when I saw the final Oath. It's good. Maybe not Oath of Gideon good, but it's still good. Probably the second best Oath we have right now.
Liliana, the Last Hope... I like her? Her +1 makes helps her survival rate, but like Kiora, the Crashing Wave the mileage will vary. Her -2 is at best a rare use. Sun Titan? This could create a loop. Consecrated Sphinx? Probably the best option considering how few creatures we play. The ultimate gets out of hand quick. If you start with 0, and nothing bad happens, the Emblem there will be 2, then 6, then 14, then 30, then 62... etc. zombies on the battle field. And even if it gets disrupted, they build right back up.
Honestly, this feels like mono-black Kiora, the Crashing Wave, which you can take or leave as good or bad.

I've always loved Venser, and I look forward to abusing Lili's oath with him. I completely agree that it is the second best oath - and it will be the second to find its way into my deck. Deploy the Gatewatch is interesting. Spending six mana to whiff would suck, but I guess even one planeswalker would usually be worth it. Two makes it amazing. I may need to finally add Scroll Rack to my deck.
Ohhh I hadn't realized how good Venser is with Oaths.
From Eldritch Moon I'm interested in trying the new Tamiyo, Oath of Liliana and Deploy the Gatewatch.
Tamiyo seems nice even in a low creature count deck since her first ability can be used on the opponent's creature. With Doubling Season she's nearly insane.
Deploy the Gatewatch is an auto-include. Cheating two planeswalkers into play is just too powerful (it may not always work though).
But the card I'm most in love with is Oath of Liliana. This card's power just escalates in a multiplayer game. And a free chump blocker for each walker is what this deck wants everyday.
Considering I haven't found a slot for SOI's Sorin yet, it will be a challenge to include all those cards
True true, it adds more, thematically, and it is also cheaper turn wise. It only really has that last ability, unless the number of creatures and/or tokens your deck uses necessitates it.

I have the same problem with your last point, %100. The draw efficiency is too good to pass up.

Don't we all have that problem? Maybe not regarding Sorin himself, but trying to find slots for new cards is always difficult. I need to find three open slots, and Vraska is the only thing I feel prepared to cut.
I traded for Deploy the Gatewatch and Oath of Liliana last night before shuffling up to play. I drew Deploy the Gatewatch, cast it, ...and whiffed. Not a single planeswalker in the top seven. It made me sad. I want to play it a few more times before I make a decision, but I may not keep it in my main build - it may only go in the cheat build.
Despite the failure to deploy, the game was a huge success. I got four lands off a Tempt with Discovery before dropping Humility and Jace, Mirari's Wake, Contagion Clasp, Contagion Engine, and Doubling Season. I then proceeded to wipe the floor with my opponents. I got Teferi's emblem and Ajani's Emblem, and I ulted Jace twice and Chandra three or four times. Each planeswalker had a stack of dice on them. My last couple turns ran a little long, but I killed everyone during those couple turns.
I'll update the OP soon (hoping to get a Tamiyo this week).

Sounds like a bummer not being able to get lucky with Deploy the Gatewatch. I was very lucky prerelease weekend and scored both Tamiyo and Liliana. However, only Tamiyo's gonna find a home in my superfriends deck. I think that the SOI Sorin should find a place in the deck since the mana curve is pretty steep so you can hurt some opponents while you're basically drawing a card each turn. The ultimate is nothing to scoff at, either.

Edit: Deploy the Gatewatch...Just do it.

Commander: WUBRG Superfriends, GW Rhys Tokens, WUBRG Scion of the Ur-Dragon
Kitchen Table (now that's real Magic): WUBRG Domain, GU Biovisionary, UB Korlash Grandeur, UW Merfolk Mill
True true, it adds more, thematically, and it is also cheaper turn wise. It only really has that last ability, unless the number of creatures and/or tokens your deck uses necessitates it.
I have the same problem with your last point, %100. The draw efficiency is too good to pass up.
