Archangel of Thune - pumping the whole field can be a really strong effect, since she would be the only real life gainer in my current list I think I am gonna pass on it though. Celestial Flare - great budget removal if you can't get a hold of swords to plowshares and path to exile Devout Invocation - seems like a trap to me, makes great tokens but at way to high a cost. Path of Bravery - Not terrible but most times I wouldn't be able to get the anthem effect. Also I'd gain the most life when I'm already ahead in board position and not get that much if I'm trying to recover.
Garruk, Caller of Beasts - I think he is a cool walker but 6 mana is a lot and his abilities don't gel to well with my deck. I'm not running enough creatures for his first two abilites to help all that much and his last one would be good but I'd probably only get there with doubling season out. Primeval Bounty - I gonna give this one a test, it could be pretty strong but 6 is kinda high, all the effects are pretty cool. Sporemound - he's pretty much a weaker rampaging baloths for 1 less so I'm not gonna run him however the infinite combo with Life and Limb is funny, just make sure you have a sac outlet because it is neverending unless you get rid of it or Life and Limb
Artifacts
Ring of Three Wishes - an all around tutor is nice but 10 mana to get the first card is just to much plus I have cheap tutors for most of the deck anyway. Strionic Resonator - A strong card to be sure but I don't have enough effects to make it worth it. Copying Rith's ability is huge but since I have to pay twice double strike is just a better way to get it twice.
If anyone seems something new from this set I overlooked let me know, you can ask about reprints to since the review only covers new cards.
Hm nothing much from m14 I guess. Btw have you tried some kind of consistent lifegain besides Elspeth? I know it's not optimal for edh but it just makes me more comfortable knowing my life total is high.

For a little bit Loxodon Warhammer can be pretty good, also helps Rith get through and makes her a 3 turn clock. It wasn't bad but the equip cost is kinda high and most games I can swing into someones red zone without it.
For a lot more life gain you can try True Conviction, a pretty decent finisher. It wasn't bad in testing but it dosen't get there quite as quick as other finishers.
In the game I played today I first saw the Blasphemous act and repercussion combo. Thankfully the zombie player had just wiped the board to bring back all zombies so he died lol. Having too many tokens at once seems scary. Btw if you make a bunch of tokens one turn can you attack with all of them if you have lightning Greaves?
You always have to tread carefully with your army. Without a pump effect on the board or immediate access to one like Kamahl, you should always remember you're one Massacre Wurm away from losing the game.
Do you like what the Selesnya Guildmage does compared to the new one? I feel like populate is way stronger.
Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage is a little expensive for what she does, Selesnya Guildmage is cheaper for the effect and populate isn't bad but you need a token out and this deck makes a lot of smaller tokens.

Repercussion is defiantly a kill ASAP card for this deck since the only active way we have around that card is sac outlets.
Also with greaves only one creature at a time can get haste from it, if you take it off the creature they lose it.

The wurm is one of the best counters for this deck, if it's really common in your meta a few more free sac outlets may be a good idea
Did you include the one sac outlet for that or to go infinite with earthcraft and Doubling Season? I think that's the only infinite combo I've found with this deck.

Spawning pit helps with this like Massacre Wurm and Repercussion but it can also help recover from wraths, you can sac everything with it and then rebuild your board. Overall I try and avoid infinites in this build, if I wanted to go down that route I'd be more focused on it
I was comparing your primer list to my own Rith which I have been tweaking for about 3 years now. Not much to say or add but have you tried Nacatl War-Pride yet? For my Rith it's been very valuable card when coming from a situation where Doubling Season/Parallel Lives/both is/are out.
Wow that's a pretty good card. Do you mind putting up your list for us to look at?
So I had a multi-player casual G/W token deck that was fun enough but ever so slowly the casual meta around here has switched into Commander so still wanting some token love I was going through binder and these primers and Rith sticks out like a sore thumb.
Here is the list I threw together I didn't really feel like making my own Rith thread for it.
How do you feel about Rith as a general for a deck that isn't focused on tokens? Like zero tokens.. I need a naya general but I dislike Mayael and the legends ones are pretty lame.
Rith doesn't care about tokens, she cares about permanents. And they don't even need to be your own permanents... You could build a "permanents matter" deck (think Genesis Wave), or whatever. Random card suggestion: Utvara Hellkite. Did you know Rith is a dragon?
If anyone seems something new from this set I overlooked let me know, you can ask about reprints to since the review only covers new cards.
If I had a free spot in my deck (which I obviously haven't) I'd consider Ogre Battledriver. Actually, I'm still considering Ogre Battledriver, since haste is A Good Thing (tm). I might swap Anger or In the web of war out just to try him.
Oh well, here it comes. Deck is quite inconsistent because it has some kind of identity crisis going on. It's a mix of naya-colored goodstuff and a token "sub-"theme. It started out more token-heavy, but got its form in these 3 long years with two total changes of meta.
As you can see, there's no Blood Moon or anything wreacking havoc so my mana base revolves around nonbasic lands. Almost too heavily. My usual gameplay tactics and choices depend on who I play against. I usually try to keep EDH a fun format to play but some cards like Natural Order, Defense of the Heart and Tooth and Nail really give me a choice how hard I go towards others. The lack of proper removal is also explained with my meta being full of player personalities who do all the hard work. They never learn.
Good looking list, I like some of the bomby stuff. I would recommend trying Cathars' Crusade in place of Juniper Order Ranger, pumping the whole field can get nasty quick. Also hows Norn's Annex been working for you?

Utvara Hellkite is fairly tempting given that Rith is a dragon, Dragon Broodmother is one and makes more and Dragonmaster Outcast can also make more. I think I will give him another shot, lol just need to find something to take out.
Ogre Battledriver does seem nice, mass haste is almost always awesome but I think I would want In the web of war more since for one more it's a lot harder to remove. Also Anger can be really good but my meta packs plenty of yard hate so he isn't as strong as he used to be
The state of the manabase is locked behind a budget wall atm so it is what I have to make do with.
You run only 35 lands, which is very little. If you run a lot of CITP lands, you'll have your mana available later, making you fall behind. Being on a budget is not an excuse for handicapping yourself as long as you're playing green!
First off, start with 40 lands and then subtract lands for ramp cards you could add. For every two to three ramp spells, feel free to remove a land (which a lot of people still will find greedy). I wouldn't go below 35 in any case, as it'd become increasingly hard to find enough lands to power out your first ramp spell.
Lucky for you ramp spells are cheap, and you can fix your mana with basic lands.

Yard hate is why I'd cut Anger, but it's just so nice with SotF tricks.
Seems pretty soild but does Dual Casting do that much for you?
Every time it has come out it has done some good stuff yeah. R to double Nomads' Assembly and then R to double the Rebound on it is pretty fun to do.
Especially the one time that happened with Warstorm Surge on he board.

Another possibility is to play Emeria Angel and Rampaging Baloths. These guys make tokens (so they fit the theme) and combo nicely with Perilous forays. Add Amulet of Vigor to the mix, that would solve your CITP problem a bit.
So from the spoilers I have to say I am really liking Elspeth, Sun's Champion. She feels like a super version of Elspeth Tirel. Having a plus that makes 3 tokens is crazy, her first minus will normally be a board wipe that dosen't hit me as hard and her ultimate is almost a permanent overrun. Only downside is finding a spot for her, Elspeth Tirel might come out. I feel like the one mana extra is worth the swap since the abilites of Sun's Champion are just so good.
Next up on my to get list is Purphoros, God of the Forge. His ability can be so brutal with so many cards in the deck. My first hit with Rith normally gets me 5 to 7 tokens, an extra 10 to 14 on averavge is crazy strong. His second ability is also fairly useful to a swarm strategy. He definatley falls into the finisher category but I'm not sure what to cut for him just yet.
Xenagos, the Reveler seems like he could be good but I'm not sold on him yet. His plus can be super explosive or it can be dead and while his token isn't bad it isn't super strong either. His ultimate is also really weak in this list since I just don't run enough creatures to get great value from it. Overall he seems alot like Garruk Wildspeaker but not as safe. Garruk will always be able to ramp or make a token but he will always ramp for what two lands can produce, which is nice with Mirari's Wake, and which can help color fix. Xenagos can ramp for tons one turn and then nothing the next which means I can really only use him to make a token. He seems like he is worth giving a shot but he just seems really situational.
Heliod, God of the Sun isn't bad but while vigilance is nice his ability to make tokens is really slow.
Nylea, God of the Hunt Trample is nice to have but a lot of my finishers give it to me already and her other ability is to expensive for to small an impact.
Also on a non Theros note I have been considering cutting Oblivion Ring due to it's random nature to let a threat back in when I don't expect it. I might go back to Return to Dust, since I really don't want Gods to be sitting across from me but I'm not sure if thats my best spot removal option. Any suggestions for a good swap?
Hey I haven't been be this thread in a while. I like your suggestion to replace Elspeth and I was also thinking of putting the new dude in. The red good seems good but the others don't seem to cut it.

Wipe Clean seems worth consideration because it cycles, or Erase because it's cheap. Deglamer is a nice one against God generals.
@Shabbaman Deglamer looks amazing, I will have to get one and try it out. Wipe Clean seems decent to but Erase seems to situational
@Legion564 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is much weaker than cradle but overall not to bad of a card if you are willing to burn a utility land slot for it. I need to work out how often it would generate extra mana for me, in other words how often I have devotion of at least 3, but at least it can always tap for 1 and it comes in untapped.
I opened a Heliod this weekend so Im gonna put it in instead of Verdeloth and see how it goes.
He dosen't seem bad just kinda slow, his token production is expensive for what he puts out and while vigilance is nice I rarely need to go the defenseive.
Also I'm going to be testing some changes this weekend. For now
Oblivion Ring -> Deglamer a bit more permenat solution than the ring, it's cheaper, and it's instant
Elspeth Tirel -> Elspeth, Sun's Champion
Tirel is tried and true but for just one more the new version seems a lot stronger. They might both deserve a slot but for right now two of one walker is enough.
White
Archangel of Thune - pumping the whole field can be a really strong effect, since she would be the only real life gainer in my current list I think I am gonna pass on it though.

Red
Barrage of Expendables - goblin bombardment is better in a lot of ways
Molten Birth - If you keep winning the flip this isn't bad, however I'm not feeling lucky enough to run it
Young Pyromancer - I'm not running enough to make him function well.
Green
Garruk, Caller of Beasts - I think he is a cool walker but 6 mana is a lot and his abilities don't gel to well with my deck. I'm not running enough creatures for his first two abilites to help all that much and his last one would be good but I'd probably only get there with doubling season out.
