It's kind of hard to make a deck around Rohgahh, since he buffs exactly ONE creature in the deck So I thought, how do I get the most Kobolds of Kher Keep in the deck while keeping it playable? So I put in a lot of search effects and a lot of copy effects. And of course Kher Keep, which you can copy with Vesuva if Mirror Gallery is on the battlefield.
The main idea is to make as many Kobolds of Kher Keep
If that idea fails, just use the deck as a part-tribal, part-chaos control deck. You can copy other cards of course and with 2 0-mana Kobolds and Cloudstone Curio you can go infinite Storm and finish your opponents off that way.
Haha wow thread necromancy at work here.. on a side note I love Rogahh, he's got massive flavor and works with kobolds which combo with Cloudstone Curio quite nicely for some storm action!
