This is a pillow fort deck aimed at flying under the radar until it combos out or beats people down with a bunch of angels off of Luminarch Ascension. I tried to focus on enchantments and artifacts to make use of Hanna's recursion ability.
The deck loves to get Claws of Gix out and then start abusing the stack.
Land - Unhappy with so many tap lands, with only two colors don't need to stretch this. Also debating getting Back to Basics so trimming the non-basics down.
Seems like we both have the same issue. I also feel that my Hanna, Ship's Navigator deck is my weakest.
Even though mine is quite new and I am still cycling through a ton of cards trying to find out what I like the most, here are a couple of ideas that have helped me quite a bit...
Copy Enchantment. We run a lot of enchantments, so why not? Especially when it can copy a Propaganda or Rhystic Study.
I also like counterspells that I can used when I am all tapped out... Force of Will and/or little brother... Foil . I like both of these better than Dissipate and/or Cancel.
Anyway... what has worked best for you to get your win conditions? Be interested to hear!
EDIT: Also... Sunder has been amazing for me... Especially with Propaganda effects!

Force of Will & Pact of Negation would be great but I don't want to spend that kind of money on this deck at the moment. I will add a forbid, with Hanna you could easily keep your hand stocked for the buyback.
I don't want to go Stax, just a personal choice for this deck.
This deck wins the least out of my decks but the wins it has gotten are either lots of sun titan tokens, lots of angel tokens, or the tide / wave combo.
Second Chance is a fun way to go infinite with Hanna (or Sun Titan I guess), but it is definitely a little difficult to find a way to be at less than 5 life while also not being dead. You already have Orrey and Leyline to deal with the problem of it living a turn, so maybe its worth giving it a shot.

Evil is even, truth is an odd number, and death is a full stop.
That does look fun, I did a quick gatherer search to try to find an easy way to pay / lose life to get down to five but didn't see anything that great / useful. Any ideas?
One potential way to pay life would be to stack triggers on Aether Storm which, while its on isn't amazing still seems like it could be useful. You could also use Ethereal Champion though I'd say storm is better Protective Sphere would be useful and fill this purpose. Righteous Aura is the last enchantment that could help but then there's also glacial chasm. Since a lot of these are pillow fort type enchantments they wouldn't be bad to use
Angel's Grace will conveniently put you at 1 life if they see the Second Chance, expect shenanigans, and try to kill you. Unfortunately, it will also probably be a dead card for 95% of the game.

Out: Venser, the Sojourner - None of his abilities are really abusable for me. His ultimate is great but that hardly ever happens. Isochron Scepter - This sat in my hand a lot. Counterspell imprinted on it is great but again rare. Prison Term - Would rather just exile creatures Trickbind - This was always great when it was useful, but wasn't always useful. Cancel - Replacing with Forbid Argivian Find - Redundant with commander Seachrome Coast - Usually came into play tapped
In: Cyclonic Rift - Overloaded usually wins you the game. Rewind - Trying out this "free" counterspell Copy Artifact - Copy something good Mystical Tutor - Tutors are always great Forbid - Better cancel, buybacks are likely with commander and draw power Mystic Remora - Nice draw option, when upkeep gets to high just sac it and recur it. Reliquary Tower - Don't like to discard!

I find it odd that Rune of Protection Blue would be the one to make his list. Blue doesn't have a lot of big fatties that see play often (at least around me). I would have thought it would be one of the Jund colors

Yeah I think Righteous Aura is your best bet for circle of protection type cards. The only way I'd go with a rune is in an Eight-and-a-Half-Tails Deck.
Out: Strip Mine - Back to Basics serves same function and is recurrable Tectonic Edge - As above Minamo, School at Water's Edge - Seems like it would be great w/ Hanna but I hardly ever used the untap feature Adarkar Wastes - Most annoying of my dual lands Kor Haven - I have plenty of ways to protect myself, plus this doesn't work on hexproof / shroud which is my biggest threat usually Nimbus Maze - Can suck early game Reflecting Pool - As above

Island x 4
Plains x 3
Out: Seal of Cleansing - Aura of Silence does it better Dance of Many - This was mostly for killing generals, preempting the M14 rules change. I lose the Sun Titan combo but it was a three card combo that didn't win me the game.
I've been playing this deck once or twice a week for the last few weekends and I'm still not super happy with it. I have a hard time winning with the deck.
The true kill conditions are Luminarch Ascension & Steel Hellkite. If they get exiled I'm pretty much done. When I get close to starting a Parralax Wave combo it gets blown up / bounced / etc.
I play with the same friends so they know my decks well. My idea for the deck was to make it non-threatening so that people would kill eachother while I sat back but that doesn't really happen for me.

More things to actually do with infinite mana would be good too. I have had numerous games where I get infinite colorless mana but can't do anything with it.
Soul Conduit is also something I've been thinking about. I saw another deck use it with Phyrexian Unlife which is funny but I don't think you could really rely on that interaction.
Second Chance could be really great but its limited. I also like how it seems to be made to work with Hanna. A way to make yourself at 5 life easily would be good. Any phyrexian mana activated abilities on a white or blue artifact or enchantment that would be worth running? Perhaps Spellskite?
Web of Inertia is a card I've never seen but people could just play instants / sorceries before their combat step if they want to attack you. I don't think it would work.
Also, this deck used to run a lot of stealing auras. I almost feel like the deck was better with them in. I especially had good luck with Corrupted Conscience but they all were nice to have. I even stole a few planeswalkers and used their ultimates which is always fun. A single Homeward Path ruins that plan though.
Infinite Mana? If I had infinite mana in my deck I would probably use it for Prosperity and win with Psychosis Crawler in play. Very nice. Along the same lines, you could use Stroke of Genius to make someone draw their entire deck... old school stuff.
I am actually running Platinum Emperion as part of my "Pillow Fort". I cheat him into play with Master Transmuter. I may also consider the Angel.
Other reusable "pillow forty" ideas I had was Silent Arbiter and Pariah. Both reusable with Hanna's ability.
Yeah, Second Chance really does seem to be quite limited. But, if it does work, then you get infinite turns with Hanna, Ship's Navigator. Soul Conduit could help get life total to 5 along with other shenanigans.
Web of Inertia I was considering with recycling Tormod's Crypt. You may be right and it won't work, but I'll give it a try and see what shakes.
I think I may take a page from your book and throw my Treachery in here. Along those lines, I have also thought about Jace, Architect of Thought to hide behind pillow fort.
On a way out there note.... I have also thought about including Riptide Shapeshifter as a "tutor" to put Blightsteel, Academy Rector or Aura Thief into play.
Lexus know how the possible changes work for ya. I tried Second Chance the other day. Unfortunately it sat in my hand or in play almost the whole game with no effect. :(. I really want it to work, but relaize that i Will probably swap it out for another wrath effect.

I still haven't updated this deck at all but I have been gathering some options in the first post. Theros cycle seems pretty cool with it's enchantment focus so if there is any cycle that can save Hanna this one will be it!

The ideal interaction is infinite colorless with Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth and then Sensei's Divining Top so you can draw into a win condition.
The one thing I was considering was Staff of Domination but I like your idea of Blightsteel Colossus. Maybe Darksteel Colossus too?
What do you think about Platinum Emperion & Platinum Angel?
Soul Conduit is also something I've been thinking about. I saw another deck use it with Phyrexian Unlife which is funny but I don't think you could really rely on that interaction.
Mimic Vat for some artifact goodstuff.

Second Chance could be really great but its limited. I also like how it seems to be made to work with Hanna. A way to make yourself at 5 life easily would be good. Any phyrexian mana activated abilities on a white or blue artifact or enchantment that would be worth running? Perhaps Spellskite?
