Basically I'm using Devon Rule's list that was on DailyMTG a few months back with some RtR improvements. Thing is I don't have some of the cards needed to completely finish the deck due to the price of said cards and I'm looking for some good replacements until I can get those cards. Here's the deck below:
Kira, Great-Glass Spinner; Karmic Guide, Intuition, and Replenish are the cards I need to replace until I can get the actual cards. Just looking for something decent to play while I try to collect the cards to completely finish this deck.
You could try Dovescape to replace Kira. Your opponent gets a chump blocker in return, but Spirit Mantle, Unquestioned Authority, and various Auras granting Bruna unblockable should make that irrelevant. Alternatively, you could try Voidmage Prodigy or Daring Apprentice since they're counterspells that you can recur with both Sun Titan and Reveillark.
For a Karmic Guide replacement, you could try her partner in crime Reveillark since it seems like you've got a decent amount of targets for it. Breath of Life and Resurrection are other options for recursion in UW.
Breaking Bruna is a matter of good interactions made better. Effectively it was my goal to one-shot people in the face after vomiting my aura's on the table. It was actually really easy to do, as well.
So, to one-shot people you need +16 points of damage. This is assuming no infect, no double strike.
You can reliably count how many auras you will have depending on which turn you're in and upon your card/mill advantage. So, say you're on turn 6, Bruna lost Summoning Sickness already, and you've drawn/milled 3 cards. That's 16 cards of your 99card deck drawn. To one shot you'll need 4 of those to be +4 power, 5 to be at least +3, 8 +2, etc. Obviously, bigger numbers = less CA needed.
That's not to say you shouldn't run cards that produce small or no +power. Steel of the Godhead is a prime example of a small card that produces large impact (unblockable and lifelink? Yes please). I will however say that you should limit the amount of small power boosts as much as possible and maximize your opportunities for double damage, double strike, infect, etc.
The solid number I found to be reliable was +3. +3 was the baseline and anything with +3 or more was automatically solid even without an extra effect (here's looking at you, Divine Transformation). Anything below had to be fantastic or produce more damage somehow (Battle Mastery, Corrupted Conscience, etc).
Also, you want to make sure to draw a reliable amount of aura's by x turn. Figure out your kill turn, when you kill them. How early do you want it to be? T5? T6? T7? Put in enough auras and Card/Mill advantage to reliably have enough to one-shot someone by then based on math.
Thanks for all the advice guys. It really helped and I appreciate it very much. I'll try some of those replacements suggested but I'll also be investing in those cards I mentioned above that I'm missing. Seems the deck will never be as powerful without them.
Forgot all about Open the Vaults, tink I might be using that for awhile. Also I've come to the conclusion that there is no replacement for Karmic Guide or Kira, I must obtain copies of those. Shouldn't cost me no more that $30 so I can live with that.

If you really don’t want to spend that much, you can just do without those two cards. I don’t think they’re very integral to the deck, really, unless what you’re gunning for is the spirit subtheme. Neither Karmic Guide nor Kira, Great Glass-Spinner are necessary to make a good Bruna deck. You can substitute them with enchantments like Angelic Renewal or Greater Auramancy, which should be loads cheaper and play the same roles.
30 dollars isn’t that much, but I think you should still try running the deck without the more expensive components first, if only so you can get a feel of how much you enjoy playing the deck.

Here's a link to the article featuring this deck.
For a Karmic Guide replacement, you could try her partner in crime Reveillark since it seems like you've got a decent amount of targets for it. Breath of Life and Resurrection are other options for recursion in UW.
Intuition isn't easily replaceable. Next best thing I can think of is stuff that lets you loot for a decent amount like Fact or Fiction, Careful Consideration, and Read the Runes.
Replenish can possibly be replaced with Open the Vaults, but it lets your opponents unload their Graveyards, too.

Acadamy Researchers are very good and can sometimes win a game early when you have a starting hand with them and Eldrazi Conscription or Angelic Destiny (which you should probably be running).
I've always found Hakim, Loreweaver underwhelming. I'd consider replacing him with with either Rayne, Academy Chancellor or a simple Aura Swap.
Aura of Silence, Arenson's Aura, and Teferi's Care are all very strong.
