I find Zirilan to be a very interesting general, bringing a great feel of synergy to a usually standalone type of deck. There might be a few things missing as I don't have a very extensive Red card pool but I think I covered the necessities.
So please feel free to comment and suggest, ill be checking up on this topic a lot over the next few days.
PS: I try to avoid infinite combos in my EDH decks so feel free to suggest but I probably wont put it in unless its particularly original.
Blasphemous Act,aftershock and chaos warp might be good inclusions for removal. A card I was really impressed with in my green deck was Karn liberated, which if you have a blocker is basically is two vindicates that exile or exile discard against that combo or control player.
I also noticed you're not running any doublers like caged sun which would probably be really good here. Makes casting and pumping those dragons much easier.

The main workaround for the exile part is either sacrifice or preferably, Sundial of the infinite which I fetch with Hoarding Dragon. I do realize I need more sac outlets I am looking into them now. The main issue is that I am also running Savra so most of them are in there
I am considering Blood Rites for another sac outlet.

I don't think Hoarding Dragon will work out quite as well as you think...it has to die in order for you to get the Sundial it dug up, so if it gets exiled by Zirilan (or Path or Swords or anything else for that matter), you lose your Sundial.

Oh I know, typically I would try to set it up with either a sac outlet for the Hoarding dragon or as a blocker for something bigger.
Maybe Fiery Bombardment would be better than Blood Rites, since the vast majority of your creatures have at least :symr::symr: in their mana cost. It doesn't give you any benefit from your artifact creatures, but there are other outlets for those as well.
Not anymore. They unbanned it recently. I still doubt I would run in in this deck. I would much rather just use any of the artifact doublers and if I had the money to spend I would start with gauntlet of might. But gauntlet of power, caged sun or extraplanar lens are great too. In multiplayer I've see mana geyser do some crazy stuff too.
Sorry but could you explain the wodgorger dragon combo you mentioned? I'm not sure I'm seeing it.
- Have Valakut in play with a good amount of mountains.
- Fetch Worldgorger with Zirilan
- Remove permanents
- Attack with World Gorger
- End of turn triggers the removal of World Gorger by Zirilan
- Return all permanents
- Choose to return Valakut followed by the mountains
- Deal damage again for mountains that might not of been used with Valakut before
Its not infinite or anything but can make a great last stand.

I have an old worldgorger lying around from packs so I wouldnt be spending cash. He does also come in handy if I have other dragons on board but cant finish off someone by attacking. I can fetch him as a pseudo-Ghostway to get ETB triggers like Bogardan Hellkite again.

Oh yeah. I didn't take that into account. My mind was on the combo with animate dead.

Also, Dragonstorm probably belongs in here for flavor reasons...and even if you can only ever ramp into a Storm count of 2 it should be pretty worth it.

Yeah Gargodon will be added once I find one in my piles, Storm is already in and ill look into Molten, I havent thought of that one.
Fault Line being an instant is a pretty big deal. I'd strongly consider that over Molten Disaster, though in the end it depends on the amount of countermagic in your local metagame.
Repercussion is an awesome combo with Banefire and works amazing with all of the sweepers that you run.
Also, maybe look into tracking down a Gamble. Yes, I know it's random (and a bit pricey), but since you run all of those dragons, you typically have a few high cc cards you can afford to toss out while searching for something important.

High Market is a staple sac outlet, as is Miren, the Moaning Well. Phyrexian Vault and/or Carnage Altar give you a little bit of card draw, too.
