Anyone have any advice for me. I have someone in my playgroup playing a Captain Sisay Deck. It goes the same every time. Turn 4 Sisay, turn 5 Linvala Keeper of Silence, Turn 6 (or 5 with excel) Gaddok Tegg, and Turn 7, Iona naming anything.
No matter what I do I can't get though. Has anyone had any experience against this type of deck and have any advice/cards about how to get the better of it?
My Vampiric Dragon may have disappeared, but thanks to Archenemy, I now have a nice, new copy. My question is, what should I drop to make room for it? Also, I am hoping to pick up a Cauldron Dance soon and will need to make another slot. So, please - card suggestions and reasons.

What's everyone's opinions on Steel Hellkite? I know I've stated that I'm not a fan of any dragon that can be Naturalized, but I'm thinking he could be good if I hit with my general and then turn him into Steel to use his X ability.
If I do go with him, I need to find a slot. Plus, I still need to find a slot for Vampiric Dragon. It's getting tougher and tougher to figure out what to cut. Suggestions?
And can I just say that I wish Skythrythrythrythrixus was a cheaper card cuz I would love to add him. Some day I'll get a copy and add it to the deck, attack with my general copying Vorosh, add the six +1/+1 counters, and then attack the next time copying Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon to deliver 10 poison counters in one swing.
I've been working on so many new decks that I haven't made many changes to this one in quite a while (besides, I like how it plays). However, I have finally swapped some cardboard. Spellbound Dragon got cut in favor of Steel Hellkite (and boy, am I loving him lately). I also upgraded a clear-cut a Forest to make room to build a Command Tower. Both of these changes make the mana even easier (two color becomes colorless and green mana becomes every color). I had acquired a Cauldron Dance that was headed in here, but then I decided Kaalia could use it even more. Maybe the next copy....
Still would really like to get a copy of Sarkhan Vol. Oh, and I had a great turn where I turned Scion into Nicol Bolas and swung at the guy who only had Tariel, Reckoner of Souls to block with and told him he was going to lose his creature or his hand. He blocked, and after combat I dropped Sarkhan the Mad and made him discard his hand anyway.
the hellkite has become an invaluable staple of my scion deck. so has teeka's dragon. fantastic against flying tokens, as scion tends to get blocked with everything just in case....lol. gotta love the rampage.
It's about time I posted some changes to this deck.
OUT
- Fires of Yavimaya - I already have other haste enablers
- Fist of Suns - even though I argued for it, it finally got cut for a better cheat enabler
- Kodama's Reach - I've got a fair amount of fixing and prefer when it comes on a body
- Tunnel Vision - part of a combo that I never played
- Vorosh, the Hunter - this breaks up the band (still have the other 4 of this cycle), but he always felt the most vanilla
- Chromatic Star
IN
- Aura Shards - good all around answer card
- Lurking Predators - what's better than paying WUBRG for your spells? Not paying anything
- Eternal Dragon - certainly limited in its fixing ability when I don't run duals, but it's a dragon and can be reanimated
- Utvara Hellkite - MOAR DRAGONNZZZZ! Makes attacking all out less risky
- Keiga, the Tide Star - Go ahead and kill it, Avacyn
- Eternal Witness - Just realized I have a whole stack of these laying around - man, things have changed since I first built the deck
I love that Atarka and friends encourage a more tribal approach. I need to make a test run to see how the mana fixing is, and the mana curve certainly isn't as low as I would like. I need to find an extra copy of Chromatic Lantern. I'll update the original post soon.
Intet just seems better than Karrthus to me, but maybe that's just because I've had so many bad experiences where an opponent clones my Karrthus and steals all my creatures.

It's a tough comparison because they do such different things. Intet can generate card advantage. Karrthus gives all dragons haste, steals opposing dragons, and combos to steal all creatures (just last night, I pulled the fun Standardize/Karrthus combo). Sure, Clone can be a problem, but I added Homeward Path as a countermeasure. Turning my general into Karrthus to give anything I cast this turn haste gets around sorcery-speed cloning. All-in-all, I prefer Karrthus, but I can definitely see why you wouldn't.
I finally got the decklist updated. It's been a lot of fun to pilot since the changes. I'm really curious if it will get another facelift after Dragons of Tarkir.
Atarka cleans house! Every game I've played since making these changes has ended in crushing defeat for my opponents, largely thanks to Atarka. My last game was especially awesome with Atarka, World Render and Scourge of the Throne fueled by an early Hellkite Tyrant that stole five mana rocks. If I hadn't killed everyone so quickly, I could have dropped the Utvara Hellkite in my hand for a massive second combat (Anger was in my graveyard). I'm really loving these new Tarkir dragons.
Dragons of Tarkir has arrived, albeit with less of a bang than Fate Reforged. I am still trying to decide which dragons to add, but I've been disappointed by the lack of tribal synergy that was so evident in FRF. I did make two changes right away, however.
These provide excellent tribal support and give the deck a real boost.
We'll see if I decide any of the new dragons are good enough. Thunderbreak Regent is a possible contender, being cheap and supporting other dragons, but I find that spot removal is less common in my meta and 3 life isn't much in EDH. Ruthless Deathfang may make the cut, as sacrifice is quite common in my meta.
A few of the new Elder Dragons are possible, as well, but none of them is a "must-have" at this point. Dromaka is the only one that really improved over the last thousand years. Atarka got fatter but became selfish. Kologan grants haste to everyone but has an ability that is rather irrelevant in a singleton format. Ojutai offers card draw. Silumgar went from mass removal on a stick to an Elder Sower of Temptation, and while stealing a planeswalker is awesome, it isn't always relevant. We'll see.
I was finally able to trade for my first copy of Sarkhan's newest incarnation. I love all three of his abilities in this deck. Mana-fixing and card draw, more dragons, and ALL the dragons, all in one card. It's awesome.
Have you considered Berserk? No one expects it and it doubles your targets power before it gets double strike....combined with fire breathing It gets crazy. If your going for a win via turning a creature sideways it's an auto include. Also cavern of souls and mana reflection I run in my list. You need some targeted removal and I recommend a way to sweep enchantments. There is always some guy who wants to hide behind his pillow fort. I run a couple of wheels to fill hand/graveyard. Top deck mode is lame.

Lots of suggestions - thank you. Here are my thoughts on each:
- Berserk is a single shot pump that may allow me to kill one player but will then make me a target for the other 2-3 players. I'd hardly call it an auto-include in multiplayer Commander.
- Cavern of Souls would be awesome, and I'd love to run it. However, I don't own any copies, and with its current price, it's not high on my list of cards to acquire.
- Mana Reflection costs as much mana as a dragon - by the time I get to 6, I don't need the ramp as badly.
- Targeted removal - I don't usually run that much because if I spend a card to remove player#2's card, players 3-5 are virtually up a card. Repeatable removal or sweepers are more efficient in multiplayer (not that I'm running many of those in this deck, either.
- Enchantments - I have Aura Shards, but I just checked and was surprised not to find Austere Command in there. I may have to add a copy.
- Wheels - I haven't had much issue with topdecking, but I'd probably run Dragon Mage rather than a sorcery. That way, Scion could become a copy if needed. I will consider adding him.
I like to use Hypersonic dragon I use Scion's ability to turn into Hypersonic Dragon then board wipe or pull out something important. I don't think you have enough sorceries to make it worth it.

I'm a bit late responding, but that is sneaky and fun. Definitely a card to consider if I ever rebuild with more sweepers.
Sarkhan Unbroken has actually been in the deck for a little while, under "Cheating them in."
I'm in the middle of an overhaul of my entire collection and should be posting even more updates in the near future. Basically, I'm going to a Commander "cube" where I have all of my cards in matching sleeves (just picked up 2,000 sleeves this week), and I build any of my decks from that box using updated decklists. It beats having 20 Solemn Simulacrums, 5 Sheoldreds, 3 Avacyns, 7 Austere Commands, etc. I get bored playing the same thing all the time, so I usually have around 24 decks assembled at any one time. By switching to the cube, I can eliminate tons of duplicate cards (freeing up value to trade for new cards), and I can have even greater variety of decks to play.
I haven't been keeping this list updated, but I needed to do a big overhaul anyway. I've pulled out some of the cute combos (Hellkite Charger/Bear Umbra and Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund/Standardize). I've revamped the list to still be fun and powerful with good tribal synergies. The latest changes are the addition of O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami and The Ur-Dragon. O-Kagachi seems better in a Scion deck than as an actual general. If they hit me, I can tutor O-Kagachi and hit them back. And The Ur-Dragon's eminence ability is nifty, but nothing that a little ramp or a Dragonlord's Servant can't equal. The other ability, though, is along the lines of Utvara Hellkite and the Fate Reforged dragons; I figure I can just tutor him when I want. Scalelord Reckoner also fits the tribal support abilities.
Ramos got left out because while he doesn't do a whole lot for this deck, he's amazing enough for his own deck, which I'm still working on.
No matter what I do I can't get though. Has anyone had any experience against this type of deck and have any advice/cards about how to get the better of it?
Pithing Needle, Meddling Mage, Aven Mindcensor, Mindlock Orb, Declaration of Naught, Sadistic Sacrament, Jester's Cap, any removal or theft for Sisay once she hits the board on turn 4, Faith's Fetters, a colorless deck to laugh at Iona, a deck where every card is a kill spell or a creature with a kill ability, The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale (to slow them down). Or combine a bunch of these ideas into one control deck running Merieke Ri Berit as the general so you can steal whatever he does get out.
EDIT - Holy cow, just saw the price on tabernacle at pendrell vale! I've never dumped that much into an entire deck, let alone one card.

I love Fist of Suns. With my mana base, I have no problem producing WUBRG. It mana-fixes and cheapens a lot of my spells.
