Trying to make a cheap but very playable deck just to rub it in peoples faces when I beat them. Initially a $20 joke deck that endeared itself to me and I have been trying to make it super cheap and still good.
A cheap, pretty janky, but hilarious creature to fling with Brion is Scourge of Geier Reach. Especially if someone else is playing Tokens.
I've also wanted to use Jar of Eyeballs in Brion, to help make up for the lack of card drawing in these colors. Maaaybe even Séance (if I can't find enough reliable creature recursion).
Whoah, why have I never seen Book of Rass before?? That seems pretty awesome here!

I had jar of Eye balls in for a while. It was just kind of iffy. I think if this was a optimal/not Budget Brion Deck it might be a lot better. I had Rapacious One and Emrakul's Hatcher in here and they worked really well w/ the Jar but other than that it tended to not do much.
Thought about some of those cards. Many were on the big list or in the deck previously. Archon of Justice is still one I would like to add. I actually cut a bunch of stuff to add all the "sweepers" because the deck always started off well then got crush by to many creatures late game. The deck started off as a $20 deck and I have been slowly adding value to it. I really would like to keep it around the value that it is now although i would like to add Rings of Brighthearth which would be the most expensive card in the deck. I think I want White Sun's Zenith as well but I need to play with it in it's current state a little more. Thought about Bloodshot Cyclops as a second brion as well.
Debt of Loyalty is a cheap (in mana and in money) way to steal a creature permanently, whether to fling or to use for other nefarious purposes. Finding a situation where something you want is about to be destroyed shouldn't be too difficult.

Possibility. i just got one of those a while back. The card that works the best I have noticed is Echo Chamber. It is pretty crazy. Mimic Vat is another good addition too although it is too expensive for this deck. There are a lot of Threatens that I am not playing. Trying to stay mostly Instant Speed and have ones that work with Sunforger.
Debt fits that bill, then. Echo Chamber does seem pretty sweet, especially against the decks running just a few big/useful creatures.
This is a bit of a strange suggestion, and is very dependent on the people you play with, but Dragon Breath might be worth a deck slot. You have several creatures with converted mana cost 6 or more that would appreciate the free haste + firebreathing. But that's not what made me think of the card; you can potentially return it to the battlefield enchanting an opponent's creature as well.
There are a couple of reasons why you might want to do this: One, is simply because you plan to steal the creature and pump its power before flinging it with Brion. Two, is because you can potentially make deals with other players, agreeing to give their creature haste (and firebreathing which you control, not them) if they promise to use it to attack someone else. This second option is what depends heavily on who you're playing with, and whether they're the sort of player who's open to that sort of alliance-making. You can't enforce the deal like the Vow cycle does, but you do have some leverage in that you're the one who activates the firebreathing on the creature. You can make it more appealing to attack someone else by pumping their creature to help damage a mutual foe. And when they do eventually turn on you (as a betrayal or because you're the only players left) their creature is no longer getting any more benefit from haste or firebreathing, unless you do eventually take it for yourself to fling.
It's something to think about. I wouldn't be surprised if this strategy didn't work out so well in practice, but the possibility intrigues me.

might be useful to go with enchantment/artifact hate that cantrips since there isn't much draw power?

Seance seems solid. i ran Mistmoon Griffin for a while. I really like Sigil of the New Dawn and Marshal's Anthem. Solid recursion.
Book of Rass is awesome. It is a Greed everyone can play.

It kills Generals too when people play them out naked w/out other creatures.
