This deck started as a complete chaos deck that really had no wincon and was ment to be used in multiplayer games with 5+ people or so. In those games, this deck would cause total chaos and those who could best utilize the mayhem for their own good would be the ones succeeding. It even had Norin package in it.
However, later on I have removed the Norin package, changed the general, added some supporting cards for the generals and tried to make the deck a bit more manageable. There still is no good wincon and there are still lots of chaos cards but at least it is something more than chaos-Norin.
This deck is still NOT ment for winnning. No, do not think you would win with this (except maybe by everyone else conceding). This deck has never seen anything remotely competitive.
The whole point of this deck is in 5+ player EDH games to fool around, cause havoc and just do interesting/odd/horrible/Whatthe#"%"isthat -situations. Pure Chaos, that is.
Of course, you don't take this to a game where everyone else just immediately destroys you because they hate you. You don't have extraordinary Stage 1/2 protection, and most of the cards are in the deck just for their effects, not to give the deck any kind of edge or wincon or anything.
To make friends, you probably should not use this in new EDH group either as your first deck. It's ment to be used with friends you already have, and in small doses (don't play whole evening with this, for your and your friends sanitys sake).
In the end, its probably not you who is gaining the most from the effects you put on the table. It is the other players in the game. The better they can survive and use the chaos to their advantage, the better position they can get themselves. After all, you are easy to dispatch in the end (maybe), so those who can use the situation, possibly even try to keep you alive :).
Anyways, if you survive for a while, I give you a guarantee that the chaos will come. If everyone still has fun, props to you :).
There are several general choices that can be used. I started this chaos deck with Norin, but took him and his supporting cards away as I have Gaka Norin deck already. Heartless Hidetsugu and Diaochan, Artful Beauty provide some cool alternatives. Hidetsugu might not be the best general as it paints a target the size of an elephant on your forehead, but Diaochan provides some interesting politics.

30.5.2012
-Extraplanar Lens +Gauntlet of Power
-Magus of the Moon +Tyrant of Discord
-Blood Moon +Timesifter
-Wheel of Fate +Reforge the Soul
As this is mostly "fun" deck (kinda), I removed the Moons and added something more chaotic (Timesifter especially).
2.7.2012
-Tyrant of Discord +Heartless Hidetsugu
14.11.2012
Still "Alive", just haven't found anything great to add to this deck. Maybe not been looking hard enough.
16.2.2013
-Scrambleverse+Molten Primordial
Scrambleverse is just .... somewhat difficult to resolve. Better spend the hour elsewhere.
11.6.2013
-Jokulhaups+Possibility Storm
-Goblin Assault+Diaochan, Artful Beauty
-Decree of Annihilation+Snow-covered Mountain
Again, this should be "funny" deck and land destruction is something pretty non-fun in EDH games. Also, 35 lands were not enough. Removing higher costing cards and adding land should help a bit.
28.10.2013
Removed Norin and his supporting cards from the deck to differentiate better from my Norin Control. Also removed few other cards that were either mostly a problem for me (planar chaos) or not doing enough (Goblin game). With Diaochan as the general, Mogg Assassin was also just bad choice.
Some of the following cards that were changed into deck will change later on when I find something more fun to put in.
-Norin the Wary+Snow-Covered Mountain
-Mogg Assassin+Snow-Covered Mountain
-Goblin Game+Wild Ricochet
-Honor-Worn Shaku+Steel Hellkite
-Genesis Chamber+Zealous Conscripts
-Confusion in the Ranks+Torpor Orb
-Pyrohemia+Blasphemous Act
-Pandemonium+Reverberate
-Planar Chaos+Mad Prophet
-Knollspine Invocation+Hoard-Smelter Dragon
-Puppet's Verdict+Lightning Greaves
5.2.2014
-Thieves' Auction+Mindclaw Shaman
-Price of Glory+Tempt with Vengeance
-Anvil of Bogardan+Gilded Lotus
-Fiery Gambit+Fork
6.6.2014
-Furnace of Rath+Dictate of the Twin Gods
19.6.2014
-Illicit Auction+Grenzo's Rebuttal
-Caged Sun+All is Dust
3.7.2014
-Mad Prophet+Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
24.7.2014
I'll try some protection (equipment with shroud/indestructible) and haste (elixir) for Diaochan.
-Risky Move+Whispersilk Cloak
-Stranglehold+Darksteel Plate
-Warstorm Surge+General's Kabuto
-Elkin Lair+Thousand-Year Elixir
1.8.2014
-War's Toll+Fervor
20.11.2014
-Grenzo's Rebuttal+Urabrask the hidden
-Grip of Chaos+Strionic Resonator
-Impulsive Maneuvers+Rings of Brighthearth
-Repercussion+Perilous Vault
18.12.2014
-Snow-Covered Mountain+Flamekin Village
17.5.2015
-Mindmoil+Arcbond
-Tempt with Vengeance+Volcanic Vision
25.7.2015
-Snow-Covered Mountain+Arcane Lighthouse - Good for Diaochan
-Timesifter+Pyromancer's Goggles - Whenever I have had Timesifter in hand, I have wished it was something else. It is fun and chaotic card, but it can just randomly give win to someone.
23.4.2016
No changes. I need to go through and evaluate whole deck when I have time.
19.7.2018
Still no changes. This is fun chaos deck still, though. Just do not expect to win with it very often :).
