The general concept of this deck is to use the Mana Acceleration that comprises of a large chunk of the deck, to cast things much faster than your opponents. What this also does for the deck is create many uses for Damia to be in play. The deck can easily function without Damia, but with her is better. You may cast all the mana acceleration and not hit a draw spell. Well with Damia, you always have your potential draw spell. When you power out a turn 5 Tooth and Nail for 2 Eldrazi or an Eldrazi and a Praetor, which happen to be the most common 5 targets for the deck but obviously not limited to, you just win the game. In addition, the amount of Tutor Effects the deck has it becomes increasingly more consistent like a Blue Black Combo deck, but with Green you thin your deck out with mana ramp, creating better draws also.
Card's I'm Looking to Find Room For:
Exploration: This card is really good at emptying your hand so you can draw more cards with Damia, and then hitting lands wont be a problem since you can just drop more. Azusa, Lost but Seeking: See above
An Additional Combo: Palinchron+Oona, Queen of the Fae
The Combo requires 11 Mana 7 of which must be lands:
Tooth and Nail for Palinchron and Eternal Witness, get back Tooth and Nail, then Tooth and Nail for Vorinclex, and Phyrexian Metamorph/Sakashima, then go for Infinite Mana with the real Palinchron, then bounce the Clone and play it as Eternal Witness and get Tooth and Nail for Oona and something *Probably Sakashima assuming you get Metamorph the first time* then mill everyone at the table with the infinite mana.
This is something I am looking to potentially find room for since my meta does not run countermagic it would not be a problem but if I attended worlds or some other event to play in EDH tournaments I would have to change the deck Significantly.
For the 100% combo decklist:
If you wanted to do a full combo oriented Damia deck, you would need to take out all of the griefer cards and generic "Good EDH" cards such as Acidic Slime and Woodfall Primus. In addition the other changed would require much countermagic to protect your combo and to stop others from potentially comboing off.
If you're running all the copy effects, I'd suggest Nim Deathmantle. It's like a sleeper equipment for EDH. By itself it handed the win to a player yesterday at the commander release. I want to make a Damia deck as well but not quite as dickish, no offense. No one likes to play with people that take a bunch of turns and don't get to do anything but that's okay because you specifically said that it was for competitive play. If I need to go to another thread to discuss her outside of competitive I will, but for your needs it looks pretty filthy.
In regards to the "I can only play 1 land a turn" problem, have you considered Oracle of Mul Daya? It's great for ramp. Also, 32 lands is definitely too few. I've been playing around 37-38 in my Vorosh (soon to be Damia) goodstuff deck, and sometimes I still wanted more ramp.

I'll second Oracle of Mul Daya. That card is brutal with top.
I strongly recommend hunting down the fetchlands that are legal in damia. All nine of them if you can afford it, starting with the more accessible and tradeable zendikar ones. That should allow you to get strip mine back in there.
Agreed that Damia has been insane to cut from. I've been staring at my list thinking things like... "am I really cutting skyshroud claim? what is WRONG with me?"
I'll get it up soon, once I'm a little more comfortable with it.

I added oracle, and hadn't updated the list, I also HATED drana, since the deck is tapout and she doesn't allow me to tap out and win. I also added tooth and nail and I was like wtf I dont have that?
My playgroup does generous paris mulligans so the lands havent been a problem I have 33 now and I really don't have to mull much because I don't have lands more because I just don't shuffle enough.
And I definitely hit my land drops and have enough ramp for the deck. Like any deck in magic it has time where it will sh*t out and not do anything but that's magic.
I made the deck to obtain level 3 magic play very consistently without being a pure combo deck.
Another card I will have to add once I get M12 packs is Primeval Titan, and other cards that will fit in is Mana Crypt and the Capture of Jingzhou and temporal manipulation but that's when I have like 150 bucks to spend on casual magic cards. Also the duals would be nice... Another 250 in cards there... so i'm in no hurry
But yes Damia has been time and time again hard as ever to cut cards for other cards. Such as Demonic Tutor Demon *Rune-Scared Demon* needs a place in this deck.
Again on the lands, I personally HATE Fetch lands. *yea they thin your deck boo hoo, it's one card thinned without any card advantage* I also was NOT liking the pain lands since I could not tutor for them with ramp. But again if it were not for our Paris Mulligan rules the deck would probably have 36 lands.

I too play Damia mins a little bit more cutthroat than yours but I play Agustin monk blue zur 5 color 1000$ decks so it's acceptable . On fetchlands your foolish for not running them in my opion all multi color decks should run fetchlands and crucible of worlds both as an engine and to fetch dual and shock lands fetches also in a 3 color deck tutor you out any dual land combo you need and in a deck like Damia with lots of draw and mana and good high color cost spells a nessary cost to ve competitive. As green you should also run Azusa lost but seeking to make your crucible engine non tapped land ramp and more deck thinner and primeval also thins and fins Volraths and phyrexian tower for e witness Combos and self protection. Leyline of the void and helm of obedience are one of the best finshing combos in magic if your playing competitive use it. Also u need mana doblers vorinclex is great addition tp mana reflection auto includes . Beacon of tomorrows cost to much unless you play planar portal for instant win off if mana doublers. also jn your deck crystal shard is much better than followed footsteps for your infinite turns. Fabricate is another good tutor for this deck ESP if u add helm
Combo crucible or planar combo I also love memory jar in most edh decks. I Aldo think u need a slot for damnation / pernicious deed maybe even all is dust or decree of pain your too light on wrath effects . You need to cut some creatures also your playing blue with a general who refills your hand and I don't see any counterspells. Mana drain cryptic command if u get fetchlands and dials or shocks desertion hinder. Haven't played your muligan style but h need more utility lands corsets and phyrexian tower are best in format also playing extra turns and p Titan means Boseiju is amazing as well. I could go on but that's a good start And I'm at work not working

Also with your creatures primal command is amazing espicaly when someone drops a ravinca double bounceland as a icing on your tutor . And as far as cuts go you need to relies in a competitive edh games go fast and you are a combo control deck colors. Lots of my games can end as early as turn 3 vs mono blue . And I understand about how many cuts you have to mke I have a vorosh deck that S nothing buts cuts from this deck good luck hope o helped if the wides not up my butt when I get home I'll post my decklist
