So I've read the huge primer above and have been excited to make this my 5th EDH deck. I'm going to buy cards for this soon from an online seller.
Before I do that I want some opinions or ideas for my build. Have I missed anything important? Is something jank? I feel pretty comfortable with this but I'd like to hear from people with experience playing EDH Kiki.
Of the cards you listed I'd cut Threaten and Hammerheim Deadeye. You don't have that many sac outlets for Threaten and Deadeye is hard to tutor up so you usually won't have him when you need him and others times he'll be bad. The main purpose of Puppet Strings is to untap your own guys, just wondering if Thousand-Year Elixir wouldn't be better since it is cheaper and gives haste to a few guys.
EDIT: You should also be running Hoarding Dragon as another tutor, he has good synergy with your general.

Hoarding Dragon. Very nice!
The Threaten and Deadeye are probably the weakest.
I did have Puppet Strings, Thousand-Year Elixir and Jandor's Saddlebags in the build until I realized the 3 shroud equipment would make them all useless. I kept the Puppet Strings as the only untap since it has the dual use of tapping opponets creatues.
After reading your primer I am curious why you don't use Rings of Brighthearth? You can copy Kiki's abilty for 2 mana every turn. It also works with Planeswalkers and any tap abilities.
How do you feel about the Goblin Sharpshooter? Is he worth it on his own and should I go all the way and add the Basilisk Collar too? The collar without the sharpshooter would work similarly to your Warhammer but with an easier to use equip cost.

Just a note -- Thousand-Year Elixir is incredibly useful, even if you can't target your important creatures. The fact that it lets them use their activated abilities the turn they come out is huge, especially if you don't have any haste-granting equipment on the battlefield.

For keeping one untap artifact in the deck, The Puppet Stinrgs is the way to go. The 3 creatures listed below are the only cards that will benefit from the Elixir. 3 out of 100. The General has built-in haste too.

EDITS
- Theaten
- Hammerheim Deadeye
+ Hoarding Dragon
I would also like to add a Basilisk Collar to combo with the sharpshooter since I have a new equipment tutor. Thoughts on this?

What two cards should I remove for that also?
