Ink-Eyes deserves her own deck, she's so cool! The deck revolves around Rats, getting stuff in graveyards and then yoinking it out! Ink-Eyes is very capable of doing that herself and the rest of the deck helps her with that.
You may, also want to speak with the person who runs the EDH database..I think this is the first Ink-Eyes EDH Deck
Congrats
Also, while not a rat, Thraximundar seems like he would fit very well
Hehe, I made it a sport to make cool decks with a lot of the unused Generals If you check all the decks I made lately, they're all from unused Generals Also, Thrax isn't legal, as I can only use the colors of my General, which is mono-B
You might find that, if you plan to reanimate people's yards, a Mind Slash would fit nicely.
Oh, so true. I replaced Mind Sludge, saved me some typing Also, the Slash is better against multiple opponents.
Also, my pet favourite 'useless' rat for EDH would have to be Rats of Rath - people just won't bother with Control Magic effects, and if they do then you just get to mock them.
Likewise cantripping creature / land / artifact destruction suddenly loses its appeal 'cause it won't have a target.
So people will save it up for other enemies. They're awesomely underrated.
Yeah, didn't think of that. Put them in for a Gnat Miser, that wasn't useful anyway. Thanks!
Ik twijfel al mega lang om Ink-Eyes ook te gebruiken als general, maar de grote vraag blijft of je der voor haar Ninjitsu-cast kan spelen vanuit general zone.
Weet jij daar iets meer van?
For our Fellow english players:
i've been doubting ages to use Ink-Eyes as well. Never the less i'm doubting if it's possible to continously play her for her ninjitsu cost yes or no.
I know some playgroups do, cuz they say GZ is a subpart of your hand.
Regarding that, i'd like to have some official feedback on this.
You can't Ninjutsu from the Command Zone, or for that matter, from ANY zone, except your hand:
02.46a Ninjutsu is an activated ability that functions only while the card with ninjutsu is in a player's hand. "Ninjutsu [cost]" means "[Cost], Reveal this card from your hand, Return an unblocked creature you control to its owner's hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking."
The Command Zone isn't a "subpart of your hand". But I must admit, it's an original idea. But according to the rules, complete nonsense
The Command Zone is a game zone just like any other, only in this zone you put your Planechase and Archenemy cards and the Generals. It is not the same as or part of your hand.
Of course, you can always make a house rule that you can do this, but officially it's not possible.
But of course you may :). I don't apologize for not including it, because I was at that time another 2+ years unaware of the fact that it would exist :p.
