I am currently missing a couple of these cards, so I'm running inferior goblins/lands in their places until I get them. I'm sleeving it up to see how it works this week.
I really find it funny to play a bunch of 1/1s and 2/2s in a format dominated by fat, but Wort's recursion and a few combos should help make up for their diminutive size. Conspiracy lets me tutor or recur for any of my creatures. Magus of the Moon combos with Goblin King for an unblockable horde. Butcher of Malakir and Grave Pact ensure that my opponents lose a lot of creatures. Goblin Assassin is hilarious with Weirding Shaman and the like. Gorgon Flail makes a lot of my little burn abilities more daedly and turns Goblin Sharpshooter into a real machine gun. Kiki-Jiki, Lightning Crafter, and a sac outlet make for an infinite damage combo.
What non-land cards are you missing that you want for the deck? I have a handful that I think would be great in there but I don't want to suggest what you're already pining for.
i think you're in need of living death and patriarch's bidding. also, goblin war drums. the previous two cards are amazing for recursion and the later is a great equalizer when it comes to combat.

Also, replace the flail with a basilisk collar. You save yourself 1 mana and gain a lot of life.
A couple of first striking gobos would be a fine addition here, or throw in an akroma's memorial. The protection would be very worth it when using that fire marshal. Come to think of it so would that collar.

My only copies of the first two are in my dragon deck, and while they're great, I'm unsure if it would be worth acquiring more or not. Gotta test the deck some more. As for War Drums, I've actually been considering things like Chaosphere and Gratuitous Violence for the combat equalizers, but I want to know first if Grave Pact and Butcher even make it necessary.

Memorial would be great, although I had actually chosen Eldrazi Monument over it; I guess we'll just see which I get my hands on first.

I gotta check if I still have a copy of Goblin Gardener - I think it might have been in the lot of 2,800+ cards I sold a while ago.
And I put Door of Destinies in because I find it generally superior to Coat of Arms (doesn't pump my opponents' creatures and it pumps only one guy later in the game after a board wipe).
Is there any reason You don't run some Planeswalkers?
Sorin Markov helps a lot with the aggro plan. I've won a number of games by going "You're on 10. Beat face for lots."
Liliana Vess fits in these kind of decks really well. Tutor and mass Recursion, Whats not to love?
Chandra Ablaze I know She seems like a strange suggestion but using Her +1 ability pitching Squee takes down most opposing Generals in my play group. If the same thing would work in Yours it might be worth trying. Also, the mini Wheel of Fortune ability is helpful.

Earwig Squad really should be in here too. The ability to prowl it in, kill it off, get it back and do it again is huge. I use it a lot for pulling board sweepers out of opposing decks.

Planeswalkers almost never live more than one turn in my playgroup - I've only seen an ultimate go off like once or twice. So, basically, they're really expensive spells that only pull off one ability.

Our Wort deck is still in development, but Goblin Pyromancer has proven to be one of the nuttiest cards in the deck. Combine it with a sac outlet so its drawback never occurs. Recur with Wort and win the game.

He doesn't really do much, but I guess he at least keeps coming back, even without my general on the table. I'll probably try to get a copy.
