While looking through my old rares, I took a look at LoT and started salivating at the thought of using him as my EDH general. Obviously, the idea is to do smash face with Lord of Tresserhorn's obscene power. Simple stuff. Also, I'd like to stay away from very powerful cards like Necropotence, Yawgmoth's Will, Mana Drain, Force of Will, etc. Other than obvious power cards, anything easily obtainable that I should look into? Thanks in advance for any input!
Token generators, so you are sure to be able to cast your general... Lab Rats-This might come out too late on second thought.
I am not sure if you are better off with the mana fixing that is more permanent, or the mana fixing that is a single shot, but draws you a card... Terrarion / Chromatic Star / Chromatic Star / Braidwood Sextant , et. al.
So if the plan is to win with your general, I would cut cards that do damage (Agonizing Demise) because it doesn't help you win how you want to win.
Since your general needs the extra little boost to do the leathal 21 damage, I would play shuko or grafted wargear so that it will have 11+ power.
No Cruel Ultimatum? It's uber cheats.
Play Hatred. Its the leathal damage you want.
I have had success with Seize the Day to get in extra combat steps.

I second the Hatred suggestion; it'll be auto-win if it resolves. If you're running Dragon Fodder, why not Mogg War Marshal? He's better in just about every respect. Kher Keep could also pump out a few tokens for your Lord to eat.
Oh SNAP, I just thought of this: Mindslicer. When you play LoT, sac him and your opponent discards the cards they just drew along with any answers they might have had to your general. Good, perhaps? Grave Pact could also work wonders with all of the tokens in your deck.
Lastly, perhaps consider Snuff Out or some cheap countermagic for added disruption.
In any case, nice deck! It's nice to see someone using the 10/4!
Planar Portal and Decree of Annihilation have been a tad underwhelming, Agonizing Demise didn't make sense, and Sensei's Divining Top is just annoying to play with/against. It may be almost universally better than Petals, but I think Petals is more fun to play.
I'll ask my playgroup about Hatred, though. When I play guys who don't mind, I can probably switch it out of for Howl from Beyond.
Maybe some haste stuff to make you General connect faster? Mass Hysteria might be a bit scary, but Fervor and Anger (ideal to sac for your General :D) make him fast! Lightning Greaves does the job as well while protecting him from targeted removal.
Also, since it's a Zombie, you might want to try that theme. Cemetery Reaper gives it an extra power and provides creatures to sacrifice while foiling an opponent's reanimation plans. Zombie Trailblazer can make your General unblockable and Undead Warchief gives it a big power boost AND makes it cheaper to play him.
Also, Cyclopean Snare is just...bad. *shudders* At least play Icy Manipulator if you like the effect. Cost exactly as much mana to cast + activate, but it stays on the battlefield and is cheaper to activate next turn to boot!

EDIT2: Befoul => targeted removal isn't that good in EDH, and should really be instant and/or cheaper or do more. Fumarole costs you 1 mana and 3 life more, but it does BOTH. Fissure costs 1 more, but it can kill black stuff and prevents regeneration. Incendiary Command doesn't do exactly the same, but gives you more options. Shivan Harvest is nice if you have fodder to sac. Void kills more stuff.

Sleeper's Robe/Mask of Riddles-Fear and card draw is good.
Whispersilk Cloak-Unblockable and Shroud.
More Damage for your general...

Fireshrieker is nice, but I don't have any. I DO have one copy of Grave Servitude, if I can find it anywhere.
I do have , but I played it in my Volrath EDH and my playgroup thought it was kind of lame.
Mindslicer is also very nice. I may have to pick one up next time I'm at the comic shop.
All in all, nice suggestions and I will certainly take advantage of the ones I can!

Control Magic is cheaper than Mind Control / Persuasion. Dominate is also worth considering.
EDIT3: You could also consider counter/redirect card to protect your General. Arcane Denial, Swerve, Wild Ricochet, Shunt, Remand, Desertion...stuff like that

You might try protective bubble as they will need to play some nice sweeper to get rid of him.
Also, profane command is a really nice card to consider.
You should add threaten to expand on your stealing-things theme.

Vicious Shadows can make your sacrifice of creatures painful to other players, as well as Grave pact.
Filth can help give your Lord evasion. It helps to also play Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. In addition, Homura, Human Ascendant can give him flying and firebreathing, which is also nice.
Loxodon Warhammer make your Lord only need 2 attacks to kill with general damage instead of 3. And the lifegain can really help.
Mind's Eye can help you off set the Lord's drawback as well.
Good creatures to sacrifice include Rukh Egg, Solemn Simulacrum, Keiga, the Tide Star, and Abyssal Gatekeeper.
