So, i was checking the theros spoiler, and i really like this creature... even though he is a 6 mana general, does anyone else see her as a good commander in a x1 game?

in a multiplayer she/he is viable, but i think it will get so freaking hate from everyone...

"Hate from everyone" doesn't exist if you're planning a 1v1 deck.

What banlist are you thinking?

thats why i stated in a multiplayer game, because a high cost general on a multiplayer board is pretty viable (thats what i meant)

french and non french... i was thinking in something like hard control, counter and exile everything and just hitting with her, but i donno if that works!

The problem with this card spear-heading a UW deck in 1v1 is that you gain almost NOTHING over running any other general that is equiped with Sword of Feast and Famine:

• You get to untap your lands (on the extra turn)
• the opponent "skips" their turn, causing them card disadvantge -1 from your extra draw (effectively the discard)
• You do not get the pump or double protection

I'm not seeing any benefit over Geist that has the Sword, which occurs most of the time that Geist is swinging in.

It might be beneficial to not have to tutor the sword, but not enough of an advantage (I think) to merit abandoning the old ways.

Double Planeswalker activations and double upkeep triggers. Seems viable to me.

Not to mention, equip Medomai with sword and then it is like 3 turns.

Fireshrieker, Silverblade Paladin and Strionic Resonator are consistent cards for it.

I played against this deck in a multiplayer game with a 3rd player playing a stax deck, and being able to take extra turns is a huge boon when you've got stax elements running. I almost thing a U/W accel into general/stax and tax deck would be viable.

Cause, you know, the format needs one more solid UW build going around

Medomai is the hero that casual UW wants, but not the hero it needs right now.
