I was able to get Stormbreath Dragon off eBay at a reasonable price, so it's going to replace Adarkar Valkyrie. I swapped out Diabolic Tutor for Stranglehold for now. I decided if I have less tutoring ability, I can make it difficult for opponents to tutor. I can always use this slot for another reanimation cards like Obzedat's Aid.

Just picked up Sinkhole and the new m15 angel. Along with getting Council's Judgment in draft. Time to do some reworks.
Also, need to re-add Mind Twist. And your list doesn't have Thoughtseize which I am adding.
PS, recount your numbers in your main deck list. I think there are 23 creatures but it says 22.
Hmm. I'll have to take another look then. For now (in 1v1) you might extrapolate from "Fellowship Kaalia" in the second post of the Primer (which does have Mind Twist currently). Then you can replace the targeted discard elements with the reanimation elements for multiplayer.
I haven't gotten a lot of practice on MODO in with that "Fellowship build" because of a spotty router. We've got a new one coming in the mail (maybe it arrives on Monday?) so then I'll be able to get more games in.
I believe you were thinking of running the new Indulgent Tormentor a few pages back, would you suggest running him alongside Bloodgift Demon or as a replacement? I like the card a lot, but Bloodgift Demon still seems slightly more reliable and durable with the extra toughness.

Indeed, Tormentor would be run alongside Bloodgift. Bloodgift is probably our best five drop. Tormentor is the next card to go in, however, I am not quite sure he has a spot in the deck right now (the other targets are currently better). Time will tell though and it's something I will be continuing to monitor (perhaps Karmic Guide is a potential cut - it is much more defensive oriented which is the same reasoning behind the cutting of Avacyn 1.0 and the choice to not play Angel of Serenity).
I still want to find a place for Angel of Finality as well, which is also more of a meta card than anything.

So why the two decks? What is the main one primarily for?
After looking at the Fellowship list, I did see some of those cards used in your games. Especially that fork

The Fellowship build is my experiment with replacing Mother of Runes (hence the different removal spells). I'm still experimenting to ensure it's a better list before making it THE signature list, but in preliminary testing, it is working nicely (it's also packing more disruption so I'm sure that helps).
You will probably always remember that Fork from our game. Haha.

Ok, looks like what I currently have (after adding in mind twist and thoughtseize) is a combination of the main list and the fellowship list.

PS, who still won that match? ;p
I blame my connection - our router has been going out (hence my random d/cs in our game) which was putting me on tilt. (which reminds me, the new one should be here today, so that's great).
Besides you're playing Esper anyway, which is Kaalia's worst matchup - and I still made you work for that win.
Woohoo! Oloro is banned (I am absolutely ecstatic for this! Now my Lyzolda and Thalia can actually compete under the DC banner, should I decide to explore those avenues)! Unfortunately for me though, he is still alive and well on Magic Online. Additionally, I can still play Winter Orb, Cataclysm, and Loyal Retainers there as well. Haha.
Although I am sad to hear of Cataclysm's passing, their logic behind this change is sound.
Made a booboo yesterday. Had Necropotence out and then dropped Sire of Insanity. Felt like such a noob.
That's lol.
Although, it's not entirely bad.
"Exile the top card of your library face down. Put that card into your hand at the beginning of your next end step."
"At the beginning of each end step, each player discards his or her hand."
Both abilities are triggering at the same time so you can choose how to order the stack (put Necros on the stack first, then Sire on top). You will have to use the spells on your opponent's turn else they get discarded anyway, but it is workable to some degree.

draw as many cards as you can before your EoT. Both triggers go on the stack, APNAP: sire resolves first, then you get all the cards. Hope you get instant speed removal to cast on their turn...???
Nothing to see here. Just Kaalia doing what she is intended to do, on time. Poor Kemba deck. (He had this set to be a match, but after g1, he left).
I played a Kaalia deck with my Oloro PW control. Long story short, he plays a turn 4 Kaalia with haste, I cast Cryptic command to tap her down and bounce an enchantment/artifact. I then play Tamiyo and keep her tapped down. Followed by humility with remand back up. Yea....he had some words for me and quit.

I would have Cryptic-counter'd Kaalia and then bounced the haste-granter (Boots, R Ring or w/e else he was using), and then followed up with Tamiyo his land as now it takes three turns to get the mana to recast - which based on your hand from the information provided, you had those turns well under wraps. Just my own two cents, but that feels like a smoother line-of-play from my PoV.
edit: As I look at the 2nd screencap, that client really doesn't look that bad (not near as bad as people have said about it pre-switchover). They've made a lot of changes for the better to it since the closed Beta days (I was in that...*shudders*. Dark times indeed).

The client is still bad by today's game UI standards. If I understand correctly, MTGO is developed in-house at Wizards, and the MTGO programming team is a very small team. Combined with a lot of legacy code, I can understand why even a slight UI refresh took this long. After all, MTGO still brings in a ton of money, so there isn't much incentive for Hasbro to invest in enhancing the client. MTGO could definitely use a DotP-style interface.
I'm sure you've answered this several times in this thread, but why Traditional Commander? Sol Ring doesn't really get Kaalia out much faster and Griselbrand is insane. Plus if Kaalia gets tucked in traditional, that kind of sucks.

I guess it depends on your interpretation of "bad". To me, I can clearly play Magic, differentiate all of the game zones clearly, and I can tell what my opponent is doing to interact with me. it even gives me a chatbox to talk to my opponent and a typed gamelog so I can follow step-by-step what has transpired in the game. For me, that is sufficient enough to be called "good" (although I recognize that "good" and "bad" are both subjective terms). Maybe I don't "get it" because I'm not much of a Modern gamer - I'm acclimated to the days of SNES, N64, and PS2 (I own an Xbox 360, but that's really just for GTA Online and WWE 2K- franchises).

There are several reasons for this, each of which is not insubstantial.
1) I don't play Duel-Commander. I don't have a venue that supports it, nor do I know any players willing to make such a drastic change to the way they play. I have, however, attempted to compile a Duel-Commander legal list for this deck (as it is under-represented in the format and I feel it can be competitive enough to place regularly), and I encourage other Duel-Commander players to converse about the commander right here, using my thread as a central hub of discussion.
2) While it's true Sol Ring itself is of dubious value to Kaalia's converted mana cost, what it does enable is a faster production of my other mana rocks - which DO enable a faster than normal Kaalia.
3) Griselbrand is insane, but he's still not my #1 tutour target - that honour belongs to Master of Cruelties because I'd rather win the game rather than "draw a bunch of cards and then win the game" - it's a shorter route with fewer steps to the same goal.
4) Getting our commander tucked only sucks if you have built your deck to be too over-reliant on it. For me, I'd like to believe I've done an adequate job in easing off the over-reliance of this commander (hence the number of five drop A/D/Ds, and the alternative means to deploy threats such as Quicksilver Amulet). We also play enough mana rocks to be able to reasonably hard cast our threats should that be necessary.
My Council's Judgment arrived in the mail, so I'm going to swap out Ashes to Ashes.
Nice. How much were you able to snag a Stormbreath for?
