I feel this is close to my current list, may be off one or two cards. Obviously could still use some tweaking, a few more one-drop or other cats.

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
Built to Last hasn't been amazing, I'll likely switch it out before tonight's Invitational. I added in Teferi's Response and will likely have to put in some graveyard hate as well. Here's my current list. Hoping he doesn't get banned today.
So basically Built = out, Vines of Vastwood = in, removed the second Brimaz (I swear this just happens with me, I ahd one regular Commander deck with 2 Sol Ring >_<_) and with luck my Riding the Dilu Horse will be in today so I can add that in.
No, the deck does not have a lot of draw. Generally if I get Clamp (Steeelshaper's Gift inc as well) I can use that, but the game must be over for me by turn 3-4 or I will lose. Anyway, I'll let you know how the Invitational goes, it's single elim so yeah...

Round 1 defeated Surak Dragonclaw 2-0.
Game 1 he stalled on lands and I just swung for 5 to the end.
Game 2 he stabilieed through Thragtusk and a beast token once that died, but I pushed through 'tusk and Surak by giving Prot Green and hitting for lethal.
Round 2 defated Kess in 2-1.
Game 1 just cat beats slowly grinding through. It was Sacred Cat going all the way here, with some other backup.
Game 2 my opponent got very ahead of me, with abundant spot removal and draw and that was terrible for me.
Game 3 punched through some early damage and then put an Oppressive Rays on Kess, then Cataclyn. He Ponder once, then with Flashback, but never saw another land that was game.
Round 3 defeated by Grand Arbiter Augustin IV
Game 1 I keep a one land hand with Savannah Lions and bring him down to 5 or so before he Wraths away my Lion (no joke...) and then Rishadan Ports me into the ground.
Game 2 I get a Pouncing Jaguar, some follow up, the plan develops as espected and I get some help from my instant-speed color protection spells.
Game 3 was extremely grindy. I manage to flood the board with cats but he slowly starts talking them thanks to a flipped Jace, Vryn's Prodigy shrinking a cat then taking it with Shackles. I manage to weed through a bit but it's just too late at this point, so we shake hands!
Lessons learned: I need that Dilu Horse, Shaper's Sanctuary and maybe some other minor card draw, and the tutors.
The winner of our Invitational Event?
Edgar Markov.
Who did Edgar Markov beat to reach the finals
Edgar Markov.
Yeah, long live the felines!

I tested a lot the deck these past days and i upgraded my decklist. It's the same link than the one just above
I think the deck will be one of the top decks in the metagame.
And people were worried about Edgar. Pfft. This deck is way better and can protect it's threats as well as not just lose to wraths because it doesn't have to over-extend.
Edgar was much better than Arahbo, it just constantly gave gas and had access to the best removal and good draw and tutors too.
I'll look at Asimov's list and see if I can tweak mine, but I think my list was too slow with too many two or more drops, I really need to get the game over by turn 3-4 at max before control stabilizes. Our meta is really, really, removal/control heavy at the moment )Prossh is dominating, and then Kess, Kess, Pope, the UR God, the esper and boros partners, which made me switch to Sigarda with some success.
Meta is sooooooooooo grindy midgame right now, ugh.
Arahbo is fine, if he were GB or GBW he would probably be nuts though.

Nice finish. How do you feel the deck did? Also you have a slightly different decklist, any cards that are super great or just meh?
Any close matches? And the matches you lost, bad draws or 'unwinnable'?
