Hello all, This will be the Fifth deck I have published. As always I am trying to find the next best original thing to make a deck out of. Of course it is a combo deck as I am 100% Johnny.

The Basics:
The deck is not to difficult to pilot, it has a heavy control suite and a simple mission, cheat either blightsteel or trench into play via Jaliras ability. Her ability only brings out non legends, so she skips over the legendary critters I included to guarantee you blight or trench every time. Game plan is ramp and or leave open mana to counter, dropping a critter when you get the chance, then either as soon as possible or when you can safety do it get Jalira out and poly morph that critter, usualy at EOT.

Onto card selection and why I have chosen the slots I have.
Including the man lands, creature steal, and Legends there are 23 polymorph targets enough to very consistently have one ready to go by the time you can safely get Jalira into play.
I opted out of legendary creatures that were four or more mana because between four and six mana, depending on your hand, you want to be playing Jalira and then winning. There isn't usually a lategame vs this deck so the CMC cost all around is very low.
I skipped including draw power as the deck aims to win early long before card advantage starts becoming an issue, so the couple draw cards I included are either cantrips or serve the dual purpose of getting Blightsteel out of your hand.

I really feel it has the potential to reach top tier. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated as I am starting to put the finishing touches on it.

With the loss of Partial Paris mulligan mana is a bit harder to come by so I increased its count a bit.

Looks good! I'm glad that you built this general; it certainly seems like a natural follow-up to Kaho.
I think Kira, Great Glass-Spinner would be tremendously beneficial (since Jalira doesn't have the targeting drawback of Polymorph). I also think that you play a few too many "enablers" for Jalira; between nonbasics, artifacts, and a few good legends, you seem to have more than enough ways to activate your general (at least from the games I've watched), so you could probably afford to cut a couple.

This is very much a all in deck. You have basically no backup plan at all aside from stealing their stuff, which most competitive decks can shrug off. I considered making this deck except with no creatures, which opens up Polymorph, and Mass Polymorph in case Jalira is tucked or doesn't stick
I had pretty good test results, but I only played it for a week or so before moving onto grenzo and have payed zero attention to it since.
MrDizzy: Tucking is not a thing in 1v1 which is where I posted this list. No creatures makes her own ability pretty bad, also why bother with polymorph and mass when I can just use her, removing all creatures is very counterproductive. The fact that she does not target her poly choice and its to late to respond once she does makes her much better. And the around 30 protection/counter spells I have keep her pretty safe anyways. Kamenitza: Those dump blightsteel out of my hand which can be important. I like combo decks, she is just asking to be a combo general. Also the longer the game goes on, the less effective it is dropping my two fatties, but they are game enders early on. It is pretty heavy control oriented. There are not many strong legend mono U creatures, do you suggest any I left out?
I am certain I don't want to add in more fatties as they suck in comparison to the two I am running and I always want to flip into those.
Sol ring is banned, this is the 1v1 french form. Again this is 1v1 duel commander so generals do not get put into the deck, that nonsense was fixed long ago, and leaves most of those recommendations sub par, and while Tunnel vision is a fun card the deck just does not support the tutors or draw power to try and find spots for another combo.
