I wouldn't say its the best 1 mana cantrip in drawgo, not by a long shot. Brainstorm is only good with shuffle effects. Serum and Preordain are way better at finding lands.
If you mull to a 1-2 land hand brainstorm isn't going to help if you have no lands on top. Maybe cut Fire/Ice or Izzet Charm then? They are probably weaker than Brainstorm.
Dig Through Time banned
Doing more than drawing two cards for a total mana cost of 3 is not a thing that should be tolerated already, regarding the format. Yet, doing so among a choice of seven cards, at instant speed, makes this card even less acceptable. Even when played in decks where allowing the 6-mana delve alternative casting cost payment is quite hard, doing so for 3-5 mana still ain’t really acceptable. Dig Through Time is therefore banned.
Treasure Cruise banned
Doing more than drawing two cards for a total mana cost of 3 is not a thing that should be tolerated already. Drawing three cards for 1 mana cost in a late game shouldn’t be tolerated either and generates an imbalance as it resolves. For those reasons, Treasure Cruise is now banned.
flash of insight seems like a reasonable substitute for DTT mystic confluence probably shoe-in if you weren't already playing it ancestral vision is much slower, but should be fine in grindy deck like keranos intuition requires careful package consideration jace's intuition pricey for a deck that blows up its lands
It might also be worth considering that these recent bannings should open the floodgates to more aggro/midrange-oriented metagame. We might want to consider more mass/spot removal.
What do you think about Epiphany at the Drownyard? I replaced it for "Dig Through Time" for now but I'm not sure if that's the best choice. Any Opinions on that card?

Card is a worse Fact or Fiction. 0/10
Saying a card is worse than FoF isn't saying much. FoF is insane.
Well nothing compares to Dig but Fof>Careful Consideration>Epiphany at the Drownyard>Fortune's Favor. I've replaced Dig with Careful Consideration for now.
hey i guys i am looking to make this deck i don't have most of cards in this deck do you think it worth the invest in this deck looks fun and competitive ( maybe not t1) and which cards would be core cards and which are flexible

The "Core" cards if we can even use that term are countermage, mass LD, and removal. A number of the cards are fairly cheap, can you specify which would be out of your price range?

Both Jace's, blood moon and snapcaster mage. But its not like i would never buy them its just i would get them over time since i can't afford to buy out all of them at once.
Blood moon is core of the deck for sure. It works without it (Unlike Pain artist) because you play wildfires and obliterate but you should get it ASAP, jaces are fine but not crucial (some ppl dont even play vryn prodigy), same for snapcaster, force of will and dual lands. This deck can easily funcion of 40 basic lands.
PS: Build the deck if you want to be competetive, its definitely tier1-tier1,5 (at least before last bannings) but if you are building deck just for casual games with friends then its not a good idea. landdestruction and countermagic are two most hated things in Mtg so keep that in mind
Ty for information. How do you think the recent bannings affected this deck ? Yea i mostly plan to play casual magic, but i want to try to go FNMs whit this deck, also my friends have Geist , Karador, Jenara, Zurgo... decks and they all run armageddon so **** them hahaha.
I have around 170 euros to spend. Which big value cards should buy first you said Blood Moon its on the top of the list what about Dack Fayden , Cryptic Command , Devastation and such
The banning of the two draw spells stings, but not as badly for us as for something like vendilion clique or Jace, vryn's prodigy. Keranos is pretty good at accumulating CA over time once he sticks. We can just play less efficient draw spells to substitute (see my comment on the previous page for ideas).
I don't own a dack and have done just fine without him. devastation is solid, but due to its higher CMC, it isn't as essential as jokulhops, wildfire, boom/bust and burning of xinye. I personally don't play it and use obliterate instead for the control mirror. All of the cards I mentioned are ~$2-5, so pretty reasonable. The core of the deck is really the permission and LD suites, as long as you can come up with enough redundancy in both, you should be able to function. Some of the more expensive spells are just a little bit more efficient or versatile, but most have alternatives. For example, dismiss works quite well as a poor man's cryptic command.
snapcaster mage is one of my all time favorite cards and it just does so much, I do recommend investing in that one eventually. It is worth investing in for the format. However, if you are interested in getting into the format in general, the number one card to invest in is wasteland, which shows up in almost every single deck.
New staple! Throne of the High City. Against control mirrors this gives you the option of an uncounterable, uninteractable Phyrexian Arena. It's absolutely broken vs control and attrition. I think this card will be played in almost every deck that is two colours or less, it's that good.
I built and played this deck because I thought Keranos would be a fun general. After playing the deck I realized you don't really even play magic. It is like "Hey you wanna play magic, Nah bro that ain't me." I did have a great grindy match against gitrog though. Never played with treasure cruise or dig through time, but I could see why they would be so great in this deck.
so chandra, torch of defiance is a card. Seems like it does a lot of things that this deck would be interested in. Question is what to take out for it?
I see her as being a second keranos or JTMS. They survive all of our wipes, help us rebuild and can slowly win the game. I think she is very versatile. The fact she has abilities that help you stabilize pre-wipe and win post-wipe is a big deal.
If you can stick her and then wildfire/burning/jokulhaups/devastation/obliterate, you can slowly close the game on her first +1. I count 16 spells in my list that would not be castable off of this, which granted may not be ideal. Early game this could help dig for a wipe, after that you are more than happy to use the shock mode.
Her second +1 makes it easier to cast the game winning spells, or keep up mana for counters (e.g. T4 chandra, T5 keranos with 2-mana backup). Post-wipe, it can help you get off a spell if short on lands.
-3 is removal, which can help you stabilize.
probably only getting to her ult once you stabilize post-wipe, but this should win the game faster than keranos can. The fact you can hit creatures is relevant if your opponent manages to recover board position.
Mental Misstep has been treating me well, but I play in a meta with a lot of Zurgo and Kytheon. Daze is so-so, sometimes it saves you, but a lot of times it does nothing. Think Twice is decent but doesn't do enough and it's likely to be cut in the near future (Edit: List updated, it's out).
I tested it since we'll have a tournament with good prizes coming up and wanted to try something good against Vial. I didn't overload on 3 damage, cmc 2 spells and maybe thats why I didn't like it that much against vial, but the meta expected has a lot of Titanias, also a bad match for the deck, so the field here is not very receptive to Keranos...
Hmmm.. I mainly stopped playing this because I lost a lot to reanimator. Now that that deck isn't doing anything locally it may be time for it to return.
