I'm brewing a Stax version of Atraxa. What i'm trying to reach is slow the opponent, avoid him to take to much advantage, give him a poison counter, lock the game, proliferate, win. Easy to say ^^
The point here is to go full competitive, but with budgetal restrictions No Wasteland or biland or Nethervoid etc...
I've never build a Stax EDH, so tell me if I have to much draw, to many removals, redundancy or other.
When telling me what to change, what you think, please argue a minimum, i will answer with pleasure!
You're missing Tangle Wire and Smokestack, both of which combo really well with your general. Skullclamp is also very, very good, especially with Bitterblossom or some goat tokens in a pinch. It's a very efficient way to draw cards, and efficiency is pretty important in this archetype.
Your curve is quite high, which I'm guessing will hurt quite a bit once you have started your lock. Cards like Deepglow Skate, Doubling Season and Inexorable Tide are too expensive, though quite cute. Swords to Plowshares is a must here, since you don't care about their life at all and it's basically the most efficient removal out there.
I'd like to see some mana rocks to help manage the mana deficit once you start locking things down (provided you haven't locked down with Stasis).

I'll just get right down to it:

Cursed Totem could be nice against green.
Hope that helps!
Blue lives don't matter in the slightest.
