So I thought I would elicit everyone's help/expertise in order to help me build a Phenax, God of Deception U/B control Mill deck. I'm still trying to decide on what direction I want to take this deck. Since mill isn't always a viable strategy, I believe a build that's more control oriented would fare better. I also think that a reanimator sub theme may also help. Here is a list of cards I have complied that could possibly be added into the deck. However I am very much open to suggestions regarding what to include. I would like this deck to be as competitive as possible.
