Ok, I have been playing this a long time now and i usually get hated out in multi-player games pretty fast and it is about 70 to 80% winning in one on one. But i feel there is room for improvement so i thought i would post for everyone's in put.
When I go to multi-player Purphoros becomes the general. I know there are a few pieces i need like Rabblemaster and Piledriver. But other than that what are things i could changes that might help. Like i said i am between 70 and 80% winning percentage for 1 v 1.

Just realized didn't included lands, Right now it is 36 mountains. I am still trying to get a Cavern of Souls for the deck, and i have toyed with the Nykthos but can't make up my mind about it.

Seem's like you got a good things going there. Honeslty I'm working on a Norin, the Wary deck that uses a lot of goblins. Here are a few cards I'm running that might help you out a bit.
Artifacts:
Doom Cannon. If you can see what it does then awesome. This card will allow you to basically blast your opponent for three damage with a 1/1 Goblin token
Caged Sun. Sure your goblins are cheap and you don't really need much mana just imagine the possibilities.
Land:
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. Why? Because who doesn't want to deal 3 damage anytime they play a land
Enchantments:
Warstorm Surge. Imagine tapping krenko and putting 30 goblins on the field.
Dictate of the Twin Gods. Flash hell yeah. Oh btw those 30 goblins you just put on the field.....yeah...
Creatures:
Moggcatcher. Since I can see you aren't really going for the whole tribal thing this could help you get out Goblins that you need such as Reckless One.
I get where you are coming from honestly but I only play 1v1 with it and I've dropped that many goblins before. When it happened i normally follow it with Warp World since it's in my Norin, the Wary deck.
But as I said fair points, Just thought I'd mention to Ripbc04 here some cards that I like to use in my decks.
EDIT: You also seem to know a lot about deck building, would you mind taking look at my Avacyn build?
