First things first this thread is about a decklist I've been working on affectionately called F.A.S.T. Kaalia or Flying Aggro Stomping Team Kaalia.
Second things second if you have not seen it (though you probably have) a fellow named 3drinks on these boards has an incredible primer on Kaalia here and I would suggest you look there as well as here if you're thinking of building a Kaalia deck. This isn't so much of a primer as it is I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions and garner thoughts and opinion's of others on my list. I would say that my list isn't perfect right off the bat but I do enjoy playing it and most of the time my friends don't mind playing against it except for the random Master of Cruelties kill.
You like a deck built around its commander.
Your inner Timmy loves playing big cool creatures. ( and the attack phase)
Your inner Spike likes winning.
Your inner Johnny loves the interaction of some of the cards in the deck.
Why you should not play Kaalia
You prefer controlling the field with instants and sorceries more than smashing face.
You want to play a combo deck that can just win without the combat step.
You will never ever play a deck without either blue or green in it.
You'll notice first off that my list is budgetish. The mana base lacks a few cards that I would definitely use if I had the funds to afford them namely Arid Mesa, Marsh Flats, Cavern Of Souls, Scrublands, Badlands, Plateau. This is for budget reasons and I feel that I have come up with a fairly effective mana base without them. If I had to chose one to spend money on at this moment my first choice would be Cavern of Souls. You will also notice that I am running one of each of the new Temple Lands. While I dislike the comes into play tapped part I do like being able to scry and being dual lands doesn't hurt either.
Along with the mana base you can see my mana rocks and Wayfarer's Bauble, Expedition Map. I am a huge fan of both of these cards especially the expedition map in this deck. Tutoring for Vault of The Archangel is a strong play. Stronger if Archangel of Thune is on the board.
My selection of beaters is pretty standard though this deck is trying to be a swiss army deck between 1v1 and multiplayer.
However my Pet cards in the deck are the Akromas and the Avacyn. Everything is is as cutthroat as I can afford at the moment. Other cards in this category I have tried include.
For reanimation I am rather happy having Animate Dead, Necromancy and Whip of Erebos is one of my favorite cards in the deck as in a pinch it reanimates something for example an Angel of Despair to destroy a permanent that needs destroying. Also Archangel of Thune is a huge fan of whip of Erebos.
Combat tricks and other trick permanents. Reconnaissance is one of my favorite cards in the deck as it makes Kaalia able to get out of combat. Attack with Kaalia drop Fattie use Reconnaissance I also am a fan of Legions Initiative for its board saving and minor pump abilities. Amulet of vigor seems very meh to me. I put it in the deck hoping I would like it with the amount of lands and artifacts that come into play tapped but I just haven't liked it much yet. I like Pain Magnification as well as it can throw a serious wrench into the works of another deck. It also comes in turn three before Kaalia in a no mana rock hand.
Protection. I run both Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots removal is more prevalent than countermagic where I play. However I do run the discard disruption package and Grand Abolisher as well.
Tutors and Draw. I like my list though the jury is out on Disciple of Bolas for me. I can't tell if I like it or not. If I had the money I would totally go for Imperial Seal.
Keep in mind I am telling you right off the bat that I like this decklist it is not final and does have room for improvement. It does however get the job done against the decks that I have tested against. Ruhan of the Fumori is probably my least favorite commander to face thus far. Followed by Daxos of Meletis. Though the matches have never been unwinnable. My Kaalia deck does handle Drana, Krenko, Nylea, Odric pretty easily though Drana is my other EDH deck and I just had a friend play against me.
Probably the biggest glaring omission is the lack of Armageddon and other land destruction spells. I currently only own Akroma's Wrath and I have not been a fan thus far.
At any rate this is my list at present it is similar to other Kaalia lists I am sure but this mine. My thought right now is to take out the Master of Cruelties to make the deck more friendly and save it only if I start getting beat.
Thanks for looking and your feedback is appreciated.
I would even pose a question if I could be so bold. If you had $20 to spend on this deck what would you get?

I run discard and Reanimation spells as well because of the nature of the deck.
For Discard I run Duress, Thoughtseize, Castigate, Hymn to Tourach. Inquisition of Kosilek is on my buy list I just haven't been able to justify spending $6-$8 on an uncommon.

I ran as many tuck effects as possible including Chaos Warp, Oblation, and Condemnation.
