Have you considered running scry effects to help use Grenzo's ability? Right now it seems like your general might as well just be Wort, Boggart Auntie.
You're only playing 36 lands, so Erebos and Sarkhan are too mana intensive to ever do any good.
I generally like Goblin Pyromancer, but Grenzo isn't a "may" effect, so every time you activate him, you have a 1/99 of wiping your own board. I'd cut him too.
You could try Cabal Therapy for Discard as well its flashback ability makes it usable from the graveyard. Granting naming a card might be tough but you could always cast it see the hand and sac a creature to use its flashback ability if you see a major threat in your opponents hand.
I would assume you might want bonesplitter because the mana cost is low and it could pump Grenzo quickly allowing you to use his ability to get bigger creatures.
Your welcome too. I love goblins. Working on making my list as ubercompetitive as possible. If you really want more discard you could try Unmask or Distress I just got a deal on snow covered swamps and will probably run them in my Ascendant Evincar Casual list.
Also Cabal Slaver makes all of your goblins threats in that anytime a goblin hits that player must discard a card.
Aside from the changes, how's your deck's performance? Its strength and weaknesses.
Very good versus Midrange/Combo/Midrange+Control/Slow Aggro - it's fast and synergic - 60-70% win Good versus Tempo/Fast Aggro - sometimes we are in control position in this matchup's - 45-55% win No so good versus heavy control (if we don't have Cavern in opener)/Kaalia (Iona on turn 3-4 is very bad) 30-40% win Disaster Oloro Reanimator win in less then 30% - but it's gone

Honestly, I wouldnt even concider any of the cards you mentioned except for Ogre battlediver. All of those are just not relevant enough. Cards like Reito lantern of tel-jilad stylus just doesnt do anything but waste space in a deck which wants to have majority of its cards creatures.
Those cards might be good for multiplayer EDH (there are most likely pretty good because you are playing vs multiple players) but duel EDH is more like legacy where most of the cards over 4or5 mana should be strong enough to win the game.
Im sorry if I sounded a bit harsh but thats the way it is.
You suggested over 15 cards if you look at the list above your post, which cards would you remove to be able to play some of those you mentioned?
I'm sorry, still new to the forum. I didn't realize this is a Dual Commander list, thought it was meant for multiplayer.
Even if it's not Duel Commander, it uses the same principle when playing a competitive 1v1 in regular EDH rules. Remember, deck designed for multiplayers won't stand a chance against a deck designed for 1v1.

I've just discovered this topic and I see our lists are very similar. Which is a good sign, I guess !
I don't own a Goblin Settler or an Imperial Recruiter, sadly.
I dropped the "Moon" plan, which can be a problem for us too sometimes and doesn't win me enough games.
I pack a few "scry" cards, namely : Conjurer's Bauble, Surging Flame, Read the Bones (not sure about this one) and Expedition Map (which searches a Hideway land or Cavern of Souls).
Solemn Simulacrum doesn't look that great but is actually awesome. I'm always happy to draw it/flip it. Gets insane with Kiki.
Is Hellrider worth a slot ? I never tested it. The 3 strength bothers me. Also, Purphoros seems a bit weak to me for a 4 mana drop since he does nothing on his own.
I used to run Army Ants in a Goodstuff Grenzo, I think I will try it again here !

Bonesplitter is extremely mana efficient, both in terms of extra damage per turn, and in pumping Grenzo. I would definitely play it.
Quest for the Goblin Lord also seems pretty crazy in a deck with so many goblins, and again, pumps Grenzo.
You're also missing Go For The Throat.
